Had AZ Tree Trimmer come prune 3 of my citrus trees, the trimmer basically just came and hacked at my trees. cut off huge branches and left a ton of dead branches and citrus. Called them back when I realized how bad of a job was done, they said they would send someone next day to fix the issue...well it’s been a few weeks now and no one has come by, nor has anyone called to let me know they weren’t going to make and needed to set up a different time to fix their mistake. Tried to call them back yesterday and couldn’t get through. Left a voicemail, but still haven’t heard back from them. Don’t pay hundreds of dollars for them to do a hack job on yo ur tree like they did mine.Update: they have returned my call and will be fixing the tree. Will update after they return
