Chuck was a Great help as I have always done my own taxes but with additional sources of income and new Covid tax laws I was able to reduce my Federal tax liability by about $2.5 k. I thought they were a little expensive but service and future tax preparation was a key for doing business with them. I’m looking forward to our relationship as other tax questions were covered that have implications I may not be able to maneuver next year. Once an account is set up with JH, it will be drop and go next year.Thank you for a professional and friendly atmosphere!

We have been going to Jackson Hewitt for several years and we have never had a problem with them. They are always nice and friendly and there people are super helpful too. If there is any problem they are always making sure we get our tax refund. I will always recommend them to everybody.

I always get amazing and quick service here. Dawn has been my go to for taxes the last few years. I am a full time student, new homeowner, and still working and Dawn made taxes so simple for me.

I got my taxes done here last year. So I decided to come back and do it again this year because last year it was so quick and easy. And of course this time was exactly the same. I left happy, and was there for maybe 30 minutes over all it was a great experience once again.

The manager Gina was super nice and took care of any issues promptly. The person who was supposed to do my taxes originally was rude and extremely slow. Gina handled the situation and I felt she actually cared. My low rating isnt for customer service. My low rating is because of price. It was $200 more to file than last year. Nothing on my end changed. Thats a huge increase that couldnt even be explained. All I got was we have new owners. Huge disappointment.

My taxes are simple (just a W-2 and some student loan stuff), however I was charged $300 for 25 minutes. On top of that, some of my forms were filled out incorrectly...I was concerned by this so I called my tax preparer. I gave it a few hours, but I still didn’t hear back. So I called again and she assured me that the mistakes would not change my refund...however, I was just worried that I would get flagged for the incorrect info/answers. When you pay 300 to go over two forms, you expect accuracy.In addition, the tax preparer didn’t wear her mask correctly...which I wasn’t thrilled about. My appointment was towards the end of the work day so it felt like the tax preparer just wanted to get through the appointment as fast as possible and go home. I was maybe asked a total of 2-3 questions during the appointment...which led to incorrect answers/info, as the tax preparer just assumed answers for some reason.Can’t say I would recommend Jackson Hewitt after this experience...I feel like I was charged wayyyyy too much. Overall, I am super disappointed. Won’t be going Jackson Hewitt next year.April 14th, 2021**Response to Jeanie from Jackson Hewitt: Yes, I already called your customer service line after my tax preparer refused to amend the mistakes she made due to her lack of professionalism and overall carelessness. I reviewed the issue again with your customer service and was finally able to get my forms amended.However, the fact that my tax forms were done incorrectly and I had to complain to multiply people to get them amended is absolutely disappointing (so much for the Lifetime Accuracy Guarantee). I paid for accuracy and decent customer service, which I was not given at Jackson Hewitt. If I was less informed and didnt read over my forms...my taxes would have been filled with the incorrect information.I will be going to H and R block next year (which is across the street) where they only charge $90 by the hour. Their services also comes reinforced by a Maximum Refund guarantee along with a Lifetime Accuracy Guarantee and IRS Audit Assistance so thats nothing special...

The staff here is absolutely amazing! I went to figure out my taxes because my husband is gone for the military and he’s the one who brings in the income, I had brought my son with me and with him being 18 months he can’t sit in one spot, they have a toy area for kids and the lady who sits at the desk by the door adores my little guy. The last 2 times I was there she helped with my son and kept him occupied, she is amazing with him! With that being said they are willing to work with me to get everything figured out! Wonderful people here!

Everybody was very friendly, professional, and the office was so clean. I wasnt counting on there being toys for my daughter to play with, so it was great having something to keep my daughter occupied too.

Been repeatedly calling this company to follow up with my tax return initial tax return recieved but when I asked for other tax return representative told me that they was going to call back due to a customer being there so I agreed and waited for 4 hours and no call back. Ive been given the run around for 6 months now and still havent recieved anything. DO NOT file previous years with them Only Current just trying to save you a headache.

Had my taxes done by Kathy. My return is pretty complicated, has just about everything in it. She was very competent, nothing fazed her. I feel I got the best result possible.
