I’ve used a few pool guys out here in Phoenix and it takes them forever respond and get things. TJ was very responsive, did things the right way, quality work and quick doing it. You can tell the guy knows pools in and out. Won’t trust anyone else with my pool, use this guy!! 10/10!

Hamel Pools is the best pool maintenance company I have ever used to maintain my pool. TJ always shows up on the day he says he will be there, he is very responsive, explains why he is doing extra services required and my pool is always crystal clear. After each service you receive an email report with a picture of your pool detailing what was done on the day of service. I would highly recommend Hamel Pools.

TJ is absolutely great. We had a different pool person before him and we are so glad we switched. He is responsive and accessible, always willing to help and answer any questions we have, even on his off-days or during weekends. He is great about letting us know if there is anything going on with the pool we need to know about and if it is an issue that needs fixing, he is quick to give options or do research to get you an answer. Our pool always looks amazing after he does his routine visits and the pool stays clear until he checks the following week! We are happy with TJ (Hamel Pools) and feel like our pool/property is in great hands. Love the photo and update after every post-service too!

We are very picky and meticulous customers and love that TJ is the same way. He does an incredible job!!! Grateful our realtor referred him. Our pool is always sparkling blue, he’s responsible, great communication, and he quickly fixes any problems. We had a leak in one of our pipes and he was very knowledgable, he fixed it quickly, upgraded the parts, and was very honest about the pricing beforehand. He also has a wonderful personality which makes it pleasant to work with him. If you want the best pool service, TJ is the one to call!!!
