Loved the service and how my nails turned out. I always go here for a manicure, can’t go anywhere else. The price has gone up since I’ve been last (my guess is due to COVID). But it’s all worth it for the results! (The last photo was an the inspiration photo I brought in)

If I could only give a 0 star!!!My daughter and her friend wanted to get nails done. They called before they went to check the process to make sure they could afford it. They were told $35 for the dipped nails (her friend wanted this) and $30 for acrylics (my daughters) she even checked the price to make sure she wouldnt get charged extra for getting only one color. They allowed one color. They set appointments for 12:30.My daughter asked for a short stiletto. Mostly because I dont allow her to have her nails too long. Yes, Ive had it done for her before other places. When the girl started doing them long, my daughter told her to shorten them. Lady said ok & proceeded to shape them with out timing them. She mentioned it TWO more times to the same girl. According to my daughters friend, she wouldnt because she said no, it look better longer. When she asked the third time, the lady said ok, but made my daughter wait since new customers just walked in. After waiting over an hour, they still werent done. Then the nail tech went on to a pedicure! So my daughter asked the owner/ manager that just did her friends nails to shorten them. All he did was start shaping again! Then he rang them up since my daughter was late getting home & her friend had to get to work. They tried to charge her $80!!!!!!!!!!!! She didnt have that much so she told them she asked for short nails & that the girl wouldnt shorten them. She reminded that they called ahead to verify the price. So my daughter paid all the money she had ($45) & then they threatened to keep my daughters phone! Somehow they thought a $1200 phone was an even exchange for a shotty nail job! So instead her friend paid the rest so they could leave.When I heard all these details from her & her friend, I called the BBB, then when I found out they made her friend pay, I went over there demanding a refund. I showed them pictures of the work that was left undone. Im not a nail tech & IVE done acrylics better! Go ANYWHERE else!

Nice roomy salon. All of the workers are nice. And the receptionist made sure to greet me upon entry when I said I had an appointment knew who i was and greeted me by name and even recalled my last visit and made nice personable chitchat. The lady who did my nails was very gentle and painted one nail to make sure it was what I wanted before she continued. It was so polite. And very quick. Exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price.

Got my nails done here for my wedding and Henry was very considerate he insisted on doing a good job for my and he exceeded my expectations i highly recommend this nail salon.

I got my acrylic nails done here two weeks ago with my own nail polish and when I called to have them filled plus doing just regular nail polish on me and my daughter they priced my fill with gel nails and refused to tell me how much it costs for a childs nails. I will go back to using the nail salon at walmart since they at least tell you over the phone the prices when asked!!!!

The whole salon was very nice and the guy did a great job on my nails.

Cut my fingers without apologizing and just covered the blood with acrylic powder when filling my set. She was very rough on my hands pulling and twisting my fingers, leaving nail Marks in my arm. The file got so hot it was burning and I had to tell her to stop. Customer service was awful she didnt say a single word to me other than cash or credit. The paint job was mediocre from what Im used to. Its all over my fingers without a single attempt to clean up the mess. But, luckily after some at home filing and clean up Ive made them work. Plus the cost wasnt bad thats my reasoning for a second star. Wouldnt reccomend to go here for someone who has an important event to go to such as a wedding.

My wife and I have gone to Laverns for years for our monthly pedicures. Henry, Vee and KIm are unfailingly nice, friendly, and never make you feel rushed. We love this place and I highly recommend it.

Ive tried this place twice, and both times I was very disappointed. The first time I got a gel manicure. The manicurist burnt my finger with the gel, and I left with a sloppy, uneven manicure that chipped within days. The second visit I asked for a gel clear coat, and again, it is uneven, looks very poorly done, and does not feel smooth. I will not be returning.

Miss V was very nice! She got me in and out very quickly but she took her time and made sure that I liked was I was getting. I would recommend her to everyone!

I dont get my nails done at all but my wife go to this location Lavern Nails & Spa DBAHenry & Vee are 2 of your most awesome peeps around. They take care & pride into the services they provide for there customers. Highly recommended to those in need of getting there nails done.

They did great! Love my nails. Gentle and listen to how you want them done. Only thing that got me was i had 3 people do my nails and we were there for quite a while but th hey did an amazing job!

I went here last minute to get a fill and gel polish. V was amazing, really listened and took her time to shape my nails exactly how I wanted, and made sure they were all even. I would recommend her to anyone!! The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the chairs looked really old and were very uncomfortable to sit in. I left with beautiful nails but also a back ache.

Love love love this salon! They always do such a good job keeping my feet feeling super nice! But please people, make an appointment! So tired of sitting there watching group after group walking in because they think they dont have to call ahead and being turned away because all the appointments are keeping them busy.

I will never come back again. They kept giving me a guy who was a in training and gave me disgusting gloppy nails. He was impatient. I asked for thin nails and they are far from that. I ask for coffin shaped and didnt get no where near that shape. Total waste of money. Never again

They do an amazing job on acrylic nails and are reasonably priced. However I took my two daughters in just to get gel polish nothing fancy and it cost me $27 thats ridiculous. But other than that theyre great at what they do.

The person who did my feet was really nice. He was very detailed. The person who did my nails was terrible. I came in for a refill on gel nails. My nails were almond shaped. He trimmed my nails down, by the time he was done, they were oval shaped. I asked him to shape them into almond. He treated me as if I was bothering him. The shop did not have the colos I asked for. Never again

I went for pedi and acrylic take off. Ladies are GENTLE , neat and gets EVERY peice of cuticle. I was traveling so its hard to find a good nail spot. THE BEST hands down.Also, the prices are VERY VERY affordable!Thanks ladies. All the way from Minnesota!

Ive been coming here every month since May to get my acrylic nails done and filled. Im extremely happy with them given my past experiences with several places improperly fitting the acrylics and causing fungal infections. Henry is very careful every time, friendly, and pays close attention to the areas affected from previous bad nail jobs. I drive from South Mountain and its totally worth it! Great job, great prices, and clean!

I’d give no stars if possible. This nail salon is the complete worst. By far one of the worst nails salons I’ve ever been to. I highly don’t recommend that you go here. I called for an appointment at 10:30 am, I got there at 10:22 am and the MANAGER was so rude to me I said I have an appointment at 10:30 am and he said “why you here so early?” I was on a time crunch so I needed to get in as soon as possible by the time I got in the chair and he started it was 11:16 am and I had a hair and make up appointment at 12:00 pm and it was all the way in Chandler. My nails are done so horrible I want to remove them. He cut them way shorter than what I asked for mind you I’m getting ready for my 15th Birthday party and I needed to look nice but he ruined my nails. Save yourself the time and to Mane Obsession(they don’t offer gel if you prefer gel), Greenfield Nails(usually very booked so I suggest an appointment) or Margarita Nails(call for an appointment at least one day ahead and ask for Jerry) they are by far worth the wait and time they care for each and every customer like you are a regular. Lavern Nails needs to go out of business you are all flat out rude and don’t care about any of your customers needs. I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed.

I lost my cell phone and only one way I can reach Lavern Nails to make an appointment is go to Google and I found them in there .Read all Laverns reviews and I saw they had more good reviews than bad , but event those couple bad reviews , I still feel unfair for all staffs and the manager in there , all of them always try to work their best on happy . I just wanted to say review writer , look entire their work and you will see they pay lot of tension on the job , do not just a little bit of thing and take them down . I can say that because I been come in here for 7 years + plus and most my friends , my neighbors , they been come in here before and after me , all of us still happy to come in there .Five stars is not enough for them , I would raise more than that if I could :)

I love it there. They are the sweetest people i have ever met. They also take their time which is great. They focus well so they dont mess up.

Tuoc ( pronounced tuck, I think), was great. The other staff was engaging as well. I heard them ask other patrons about their work and lives, something I never hear in these establishments as they usually chatter away to each other in their native language. This staff asked politely How may I help you? instead of barking What you want? from their stations. There is ALOT of choices available in this type of shop. Save yourself some irritation and support this business. You will be glad you did.

Took 40 minutes to simply apply glitter on only two nails; i noticed that the service is good but made current customers wait awhile. My refill was poorly done and dont have a variety of colors to choose from. They did not have the color i wanted.

The sugar scrub cleaned out all my dry skin from my lower legs to toes , warm paraffin repair cracked skin , keep moisturizing and nourishing feet , fresh cut oranges , hot stones , more and many more ..., Nails technicians are friendly . I really enjoyed . Highly recommend to every one who is wanted best pedicure .

I came in here because of the high marks on Google . You got it right ! The staffs here was super friendly . The spa chairs are new and clean , I loved the massage chair , Its wonderful .They did a great job : cuticle are clean , no cuts , polish over whole nails , no mess . This place did something that Ive never seen , massaged in lotion that had been warmed up , which felt sooooooo great :) Im really glad Google led me to this place .

Very relaxing environment. Bit of a language barrier but they do know how to do what they do well. I recommend it!

Used to go here with the wife and 2 yr old daughter they tried to charge us double for our daughter the last time we went and it truly was the last time we went lost a family of customers

I have been going to the spa on and off for 4 years. There facility is nice and clean, they are always friendly, however, there service is really contigent on the employees performance. Some are excellent and some not so much. There have been times that I have been cut, soaked with water on my pants, had wax dripped through out my hair or had a rushed pedi due to patrons waiting. although at times these things can happen, as a regular customer, never once was I offered a discount or extra service. I go back every so often to see if they get better, but the service is usually the same and sometimes I leave VERY disappointed and ask myself why I go back.

I am very disappointed in the service of this spa. I came in to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. The technician cut my cuticle on my thumb so far down, that it would not stop bleeding. It was almost a week ago, and I am still having to baby my finger because he cut it so badly. I wasnt offered any sort of discount or even that my manicure was free, even though he had to repaint my nail about 4 times because it was getting covered in blood every time. I will not return to this salon.

I will start out by saying that I had never had a pedicure before. I always did my own at home, but lately due to injury have not been able. I made an appointment, and when I walked in, the technician put me right at ease. She figured out quickly that I had never had a Pedi before, and she explained everything. I was so relaxed and my feet looked soo good when I left, I am now a regular! Love this place so much, would recommend to anyone!

I like this nails salon , the technicians take their time and make sure you are happy with the results , the place is clean is not tacky like the other around town .

I had been going there for a couple of years. My newborn son is in the nicu and I had to take my acrylics off. As much as I tried I couldnt get the girl to understand that I need my natural nails filed down and rounded so they wont scratch my sons skin. I kept having her refile them which Im sure got annoying.I wanted to go gel polish since its a little thicker and my nails were thin from having acrylics for years. She kept saying I needed to do sparkly gel since its stronger. I had her put it on a few fingers then stopped her because I wanted my nails to look natural, not like I was a stripper. I had her stop and I washed it off and had her put clear gel on. The girl talked to the owner Linda for a while about it and they both seemed annoyed. They just refused to understand what I needed.Fast forward a few days later I went in to have my eyebrows waxed. Linda waxed them and when I walked out I saw that one of them had about 1/3 waxed off the side. Unbelievable! I will never go there again.

I have been going to this nails salon for at least six years ...even after I moved away to Queen Creek , I still go down to this place .I had and have callus and ingrown toe nails problem , they always take good care of those matters .I prefer this one because most nails tech have worked here for a long time and even with new employee , they all do a pretty good job . They have never rushed me on services , no matter how many people are waiting . Ive seen them turn down walkins when its full , rather than rush the service .I have read other review that said that this store rushed due to patrons waiting . No , thats totally not true .

Very friendly staff, provided free water, etc. Only thing I find ridiculous is that last minute after paying I asked to have a matte coat put on and they told me it would be an extra $5 for a matte top coat. Ive NEVER been charged for a matte top coat anywhere else. And $5 is absurd when I could buy a bottle of matte nail polish myself for $2 and use it many times after.

My friend and I made appointments on a Saturday morning and had a terrible experience. Our pedicures were supposed to be 50 minutes long (which is why we paid extra for their Hawaiian pedicure) and they were about 30 minutes, they massaged us for about 3 minutes total. We were rushed out so they could provide service to their regulars, who received lengthy massages by the way. Also, we should have been given a choice of lavander, orange or chocolate scrub but we were both given orange. As for the shellac manicure... It should have cost $20 with a floral design (seen online before I arrived) but she charged me $32 after I had it done. An hour after I left, the gems on my manicure fell off. She did fix it; however I still wont be returning. I spent $90 for services Im 100% disappointed in. Give your money to someone else!
