I went in for a full set. From where I was sitting they looked good. Then I looked at them closely. The paint job was messy and very streaky. Nails were uneven and almost looked round instead of squared off like I said I wanted them. I had them take them all off. Never again will I waste another 2 hours of my life there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Genuinely confused by how this place has 4.5 stars. Chairs and everything are old and beat up, dust everywhere. My nails turned out AWFUL. A three year old could have done better.

My husband and I love this place. He gets manicures and pedicures while I always get a full set and a pedi. They’re always clean and friendly. They remember us always and suggest things they know I’ll like. Love them!!

Best salon I’ve been to in the Phoenix area- they are gentle, thorough, and any time I’ve gotten a dip manicure it stays for a full 3-4 weeks with no chips. The staff is very professional and kind too; thank you Jolie’s I’ll be coming back soon :)

I love coming here, its a smaller shop but always kept very clean. No harsh smells and the pedicures are amazing! Seriously recommend getting the one with the hot stones, the gentleman doing it had me so relaxed I was almost falling asleep. Also their customer service is impeccable, they always remember me and our previous conversations even if its been months between visits. Tyler does an amazing job with nail designs and is always very friendly as well as the lady that works there is always very sweet. It seems like the majority of people getting services done are regulars.

This place was so great! Theyre very nice but I would call in before hand to make a reservation or make sure they have availability.

Last time I was at Jolies I accidentally left my wallet and realized about 30 minutes later that I had left it. They had found it and I was so excited to get it back, everything intact!! I made an appointment for 5 pm. I walked in, there were 4 people in this right, small, hot waiting room full of flies. A man asked me what I came for, after not acknowledging me for about a minute. I said a mani/ pedi and he literally mean mugged me. I left.

The couple that runs the place are very sweet. Husband is maticulous with our nails and love that when I come in with a design request, he is very willing to give it a go.

I got a fill for my acrylics and they were only 15 but i added some diamonds witch was 5 dollars extra so 20. Very pretty and very cheap. The ladys were very nice and very good conversation there all so sweet and friendly. Definitely going to always get my nails done here!

I went in for a manicure, they did a terrible job I could have done this myself at home. They’re rude appointments do not matter to them polish was left all around nail cut me & made me bleed nails were left all bumpy they’re already chipping on the same day.

Very clean job and friendly atmosphere. I went at the end of the day and I still got a great service and everyone was welcoming.

They had no lining for the tubs. Barely washed them when we were done. The nail files had other peoples nails on them. Other than that. The massage was good. And my nails look good. But still feel grows.

They do good work, but expect to wait - appointments dont mean much.

Meh, I came because of all the great reviews but I wasn’t impressed. Maybe it was a bad day for them but not much attention to detail. My full set acrylic didn’t come out very nice. They look super fake, uneven. They are flat instead of curved down. I asked for thin and natural. I understand they were busy but I won’t be back. Disappointed.

The people are always friendly. Usually not too busy around lunchtime. The prices are reasonable. And Im usually satisfied with service. Definitely recommend.

I got acrylics and I’m extremely disappointed they’re already chipped after only having them for a day and there’s also bubbles in the polish!

There service was good as well as their prices. I thought my nails where cute but afterwards I looked underneath. There was a gap between my natural nail and the acrylic nail, on over 5 fingers. I believe 7-8 nails where not glued down firmly, or not held flat . Im very particular about my nails so I probably wont get acrylics here again. Maybe Ill try there other services.

~BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST nail salon Ive ever been to! I have been salon hopping in the area for about 10 years and never really developed a loyalty to any of the other salons because of their workmanship - gel polish/fills lifting, fill lines visible, damage to my real nails, gel fill globs left under my nail, sides not filed flush to my nail beds, etc. I gave this place a try per some reviews AND IT IS THE BEST! My nails look GREAT everytime I leave the salon and are done sSO WELL that Im not STRESSING at 2 weeks to find time to get a fill. (A little Secret-Theyre done so well Ive gone 3+ weeks a few times.) So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jolies but please dont interfere with my appointments! I love this place!~

Maybe my timing was bad, but I had a negative experience. Customer service matters a great deal to me so I take note when I am not receiving it. When I walked in one of the associates looked up at me, stared a bit then looked down and proceeded working with her client on her pedicure. There was a man sitting on the other side of the room doing a manicure. I waited a moment to be acknowledged then assuming they were just focused I stated that I was looking to get a full set. The man looked up at me, then looked at the other woman. Words were exchanged and they both looked down. He then looked up (no smile, no greeting) and said ok. I asked how long the wait would be, he told me 30 minutes. I did not have the time to wait and did not feel honored as a customer, so I left.

Great service. They where very welcoming and up front about prices. They really know what they are doing when it comes to pedicures best one Ive had in years.

Very hard too look for polish colors. A client actually pointed out there were more and only then did a worker show me. No demos on nails so I had to look through colors on a shelf so I just gave up and walked out. It was too much effort to be relaxing.

Super nice and did a good job. $20 basic with the hot towels and stone massage. Kid friendly. Did our grandsons toes. They were understanding and everyone came buy and said hi to him.

First time I went here I wasn’t too happy with my pedicure but it wasn’t that bad. I was skeptical to go back there but I did cause they have really great prices. I was highly disappointed my second visit, don’t let the thicker guy that works there do your pedicure. He isn’t good at all! Reason for a low review is bc I’ve had that guy the 2 times I’ve been and he was worse the second time. I will not be back, to scared to get that guy again.

I went here specifically to get my eyebrows waxed I went to sit on the table and the top half broke and the lady looked at me like it happened all the time so she went out and got a rolling chair and wanted me to sit in a rolling chair to get my eyebrows waxed. I did not get a service here because the wax room walls were covered in dirt and marker from children and the waxxpot was filthy and you could tell it had been dipped multiple times on multiple people and it was basically there storage room very dirty unkept and not sanitary.

I am extremely picky with where i go to get my nails done but this place is honestly the best salon ive ever been to between here and California. The man that does the pedicures is like an angel. I get ingrown toenails and hes always so gentle with my feet to not cause any discomfort or pain and when he massages my feet, its like hes making love to them and i just want to melt in my seat, he is amazing. The lady is so sweet and the other man that does my nails is amazing as well. He does great quality work on my nails and ive never had one break off ever. He also does BEAUTIFUL work on the ombre nails. This place does get incredibly busy all days of the week so its best to make an appointment or to come early in the day. As a long as i live in arizona, i will NEVER go anywhere else but here to get my nails done. Absolutely love this place and the workers here.

Ive gone here a few times and the staff is friendly but unless you get there right when they open you will be waiting a while. I went there at the end of last week and called earlier in the day to schedule an appointment for a pedicure (thinking that I would get right in), I still waited 45 minutes until someone was available. The only time I was apologized to for the wait was when I was getting ready to leave. Im not sure if Ive seen more than 3 or 4 people work there at any given time which could be their main issue.
