Yesterday, I came in for a quick job that I did not need until later this week (just a couple sets of business cards). Just hours after my request, I had received an email from the designer about their completion. Upon pickup, I could tell that their attention to detail and responsiveness was nothing but 100% well noticed. I appreciated working with such nice and professional team of people for a job that could’ve just been slapped together and called it a day. This will be my go-to print shop from now on.

Ford is great to work with. I was not able to pick up an order before they closed for the weekend and he went out of his way to meet me after hours to deliver the product. His pricing is great as well. Highly recommend.

I would recommend that you go anywhere but here. I went to get simple earring tags and earring care cards printed as well as thank you stickers to put on my packaging. When I had things printed previously I was told that my color was extremely difficult and annoying to print and this time was no less of a treat...When I picked up my cards, the text on my care card was missing a letter and the wrong size (on all 200 of them) and when I brought this to their attention, I was told that they just print what’s on the file and that I should have someone proof my work so I don’t miss anything. I started to think that I quite possibly could have made the mistake but then they pulled up my original file and lo and behold, the lettering was all there and the sizing was what I intended it to be. Then they accepted responsibility for their mistake but I hate to think that had I not pushed it, I would have had to pay for something that was not my mistake. Then, I noticed that the coloring on my sticker sheets was completely inconsistent and half the page was this murky green/brown tone while my color is a nude pink and should have been the same throughout. I brought this up and they walked me out the front door to check it in the natural light and was told that it simply just looked different because of the different lighting. This was not true, but I was so uncomfortable that I said okay and dropped it. Not only that, but each sticker was completely uncentered and overall the job was just done very poorly and it didn’t seem to me that they cared to fix it. Furthermore, I was overcharged for my earring cards because of a previous job I had them do and had I not had the problem with the cards in the first place, I would have overpaid without realizing because the invoice wasn’t itemized in detail.Overall, this whole experience was very unprofessional and the job was handled very poorly.I truly have never left a bad review for anything in my life, but I had such a bad experience that I felt I needed to warn you to go literally anywhere but here for your print jobs.

Could not believe the poor quality of the print job they did for my wife. Our little inkjet would have been way better. I would not recommend this place for any serious print project.

When I need print and graphics work done I typically needed it quickly and professionally done. This is my go to printer. The owner is personally involved and gets the job done, on time, well done and budget friendly.

I have used this location for years for multiple items. They are very easy to work with and provide quality work. I will definitely continue to use this location for my copy needs and projects.

I recently had 500 menus printed. I found the quality of the work outstanding and on time I strongly recommend alpha graphics for your printing needs

I have been using AlphaGraphics here at the Greenfield and Baseline location for years now. The print quality is superb as well as their customer service. The owner, Ford, is great to work with. I appreciate his staffs industry knowledge when I come to the front counter, that is much appreciated.If I need to talk specifics like file types - bleed - resolution/dpi they dont have to go find someone in the back to talk to, the staff knows their stuff. They know print and do it well.I come in sometimes with a crazy deadline, sometimes same day requests, if they have a way to do it they pull it off. Always a pleasure to work with.When you need quality and a creative source, AlphaGraphics is the way to go.I had stopped in a few times at another competitor in the past, cant really call them a competitor because this place was busy shipping boxes and they could basically only handle the question of how many copies would you like. They have to search for someone to talk to if you need anything more.Thanks Ford and team for your great work!!

Worst experience!!! I wish I could put 0 stars!my signs didnt last 6 months.And Ive been getting the run around for the past 6 months to get them replaced. At this point I would never recommend them to anyone! This is just the start, I will be getting the word out about this company. DONT TRUST THEM!!! Images coming soon..........

I am hurt by my experience here. John, Ford and Sue are amazing, the nicest people Ive met. With that being said, Im so disappointed with their business. I had a misfortune with my company vehicle and commissioned this business to create a small decal wrap for my personal vehicle to get thru a major trade event. I ordered on Thursday and was promised delivery by Tuesday of the following week. Well the week has come and passed, no product, now the event has passed. No communication from anyone, I have reached out daily. I have a knot in my stomach because I really like them as people. I cannot, with good confidence, recommend this business to anyone. Im awaiting full reimbursement for this experience and loss of revenue. Very sad.

Very bad customer service. Had a print job that was promised by an exact date. When the day arrived, it was promised that it would be completed the following day. Now I am a week past the original promised date for my order. I would NEVER do business with this location again. The customer service is horrible, when I call to inquire about my late order. No apology just a vague reply of It might be done tomorrow, we will call you If you do not need your order done this year, this might be the place for you.

Originally when we Googled Alphagraphics it took us to a location off Greenfield/Baseline where their marquee was still on the street. Couldn’t find their office so I called the number on the listing and she said they’re located off Baseline between Power and Recker. I told her we were on the way and hoping to make a few copies before they closed. I called her again when we were in the office complex to ask which building number they were or what major office they were near since they didn’t have a marquee on the street nor a sign on the side of the building. She never said the machines were off and they would be unable to print copies for us from a flash drive. We arrived with 8 minutes to spare before the time they told me they closed (5:30) and she informed my husband that the machines were all off for the day and she couldn’t help us. Would’ve saved us a 15 minute drive by notifying us that when I originally asked where they were located or even told us they shut them off early, we wouldn’t be bothered trying to make it. Will be looking for a different printing company for all of our marketing materials in the future, very disappointed with their lack of customer service.

I am So unbelievably upset with this company and how they do business. I️ had these people with Alpha Graphics, specifically working with Johnathan Meere and my 3 store front signs almost immediately started getting discolored from the sun and somehow johnathan was trying to spin it as if it’s my fault they are starting to change. My signs are next to all of the other business in my complex, mine are also the newest and the ONLY ones discoloring.I’ve spoke with John on multiple occasions about my signs and he said he was pass it to Ford the owner. But now I️ get hung up on and my calls go unanswered.You live and learn in life so if you are reading this learn from my mistakes and DO NOT USE ALPHA GRAPHICS 👎🏼

I have worked with Ford over numerous occasiones, and could have been more happy with his work. He and his employees are nice, respectful, and quick when it comes to completing jobs.

I was told my order ( 2 copies of a photo on sticker paper) would be ready on the Oct (2017) 11th or 12th. When I did not hear from them on them 13th I took my business elsewhere. They did contact me after business hours on Friday. I regretfully did not read any reviews before I chose them. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. You have been warned.

Worst company Ive ever delt with! They will rip you off. Please do not make the same mistake as we did! Jon meere was the one we were dealing with up front but when we had issues he would not let us speak to the owner about these issues. Unfortunately our business with alpha graphics is now esculated into bringing them to small claims court. Please save yourself the time and exspense and chose any other company. This company does not have your back and will not stand behind there products!

After 5 months this company never could provide me with the booklet that they had committed to produce for me at a given price. Poor communication between front desk person and tech producing item. Finally asked for my deposit back and went elsewhere. I would never use this company again.
