For storage units this is the above average facility. It is well cleaned and managed except for an occasional overloaded trash bin but thats not management spot they have signs the people there just dont listen to them. The rates are average for that area the only thing that I was disappointed in is that the gates arent available 24 hours a day. For my schedule back tomorrow convenience they have set hours and schedules for both the office and the gate access. The Managements nice though and they will work with you if you get behind or if you need help with something they also offer a moving truck at a one-time deal to assist you in your move.

I have had a great experience storing my excess belongings at this location for almost a year. The employees are friendly and work with you to set up a payment due date that best fits your schedule. The facility is clean. Im confident my stuff is safe and secure. The only drawback I have found is there are no restrooms available at the times when the office is closed.

So far its fantastic. It was the only company that was completely forthright with us and the price was better than competitive. The man working the front office was patient, kind, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions.

Its not to awful... no really they do deserve better than that... whenever Ive had reason to deal with any of the staff of Storage West, including the phone center, nothing but helpful. Unlike some other storage places around town. rent there before and will again if needed.

Horrible no safety the girl in office doesnt follow protocol rules people piggy back each other side foot standing wide open. Mentioned to her she said its ok

I must say this is one of the best storage facilities i have used. The property manager is really nice and makes you feel like your belongings are in a safe place. I will recommend this place to everyone i know and if i need another storage i will come here first.

Exceptional customer service. Very pleasant to do business with on the phone. I confirmed they DO have a truck you can borrow for free, up to 50 miles, and you dont have to pay for gas! Pricing was beyond my scope, about $40 to $75 for the smallest units, but if it werent Id go here in a heartbeat.

Christina Pineda was awesome

Price started at $150 per month but was increased every year. Two years later it was $190 per month. I called up (acting like a new customer) and asked for a quote on a unit of the same size I already had and was told they had one I could move into for $155 per month. They have low prices to get your stuff in the facility but raise the rent on you knowing its a hassle for you to move your stuff. The manager was very nice and the facility was clean but after I learned of their mandatory rent raises I moved out. I would recommend you request a price guarantee from them for length of your rental.

Its a storage area...

Great clean place. Hours are inconvenient closes way to early . No 24 hour access. And never a special to move in.

Excellent customer service! Also very neat & clean property in a safe area.

Access hours are not good.. Have to be out by 8 pm.. Wont be renting from here.

Low cost storage.

Well maintained, there are no problems there and very reasonable. I rent a storage unit from them and I wouldnt go anywhere else
