In the past, doing laundry has been one of the worst activities to partake in, but after a day at Wave Max, Im good with it. Everything about this facility was top shelf from the pleasant air conditioning, spotless conditions, state-of-the-art machines that were also efficient, and a big screen too. Linda was cleaning and relating a funny story to me. It was an excellent experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

BEST LAUNDROMAT EVER!!!Okay, this is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen! Machines and vending use a loaded card for purchases, with a discount for more loaded on the card. They have tables and outlets for devices, good WiFi and kind staff continuously present and willing to help.Relaxed and safe atmosphere.One attendant even helped a customer who discovered her car would not start by asking other patrons if they had jumper cables... which a couple of us did and we helped her get it solved.This is the best place for a college student to study and get laundry done. They also have a drop off fluff and fold laundry service reasonably charged per pound. A big time saver!Food places nearby if youre hungry.

I come here to do my laundry every week and this lady needs recognition and a raise she is always making sure the place is clean, cordial and sweet but this week was especially uplifting the gentleman in the picture has poor motor skills and has difficulty moving about and when he was folding clothes she quickly went over and without being asked started helping him fold his clothes we need more people like this woman with a spirit of service.

Cleanest laundromat I have ever experienced, wash & fold is amazing, and Wavemax is the only laundromat offering UV light sanitation for your clothes and the washers. Strongly recommend!

One person taking up half the floor using 4 laundry carts and now they also charge extra . 80 cents for a new card borderline expensive to do laundry here.Place is to busy kids running all over the place and blocking the doors, I had to use other exit its a zoo today.

This place was super nice! The workers there were so nice and were constantly cleaning the place, that was a great thing to see. Washers were fast and so were the dryers, after only 29 minutes even my loyalty of heay jeans were completely dry! Really good price too. They even have a laundry rewards thing they call a Loyalty program that already save me money and this was my first time there! This is now the laundromat Im going to keep going to! Love love love this place

This is the nicest laundromat I have ever been to. It is always clean, the workers are so helpful, genuine and friendly. Its always an awesome experience! The machines are always clean and taken care of. The restrooms are clean, the machines are fast and really cheap. I use the 80lb. Washer and its a little over 7$ and only takes 19 min. This place is a Gem.

I anticipated this laundromat opening! It’s state of the art! I love how fast and clean the machines get your clothes and the driers... amazing! I have never been to a laundromat that has washers that do it by the pound. 80 pounds down to 20. I love getting notifications for the washers and driers being finished. I must say I love technology! The owners are super friendly! Best wash experience ever!

Great place. Melissa made my day! She was genuinely sweet and attentive. Noticed me lookin around for what to do lol... communicated the systems to me with ease and walked me through setting up a card and connecting to the free WiFi. Best! Laundromat around, I guarantee! Staff is great and always there. Every thing is extra sanitary the washers even have a sanitize setting you can do pre wash, very nice 👍. They are not cheap.... but you pay for the cleanliness and also theres usually no waiting due to that fact also. So pricey-er is good in this instance, trust me. Free wifi, bathrooms, and phone charging while you wait. I didnt appreciate the price until I went a couple times and now I dont go anywhere else, lol.

Clean, Nice Staff, Great Machines that Function, No Coins Needed as machines work via a card that you load with funds. They do have vending machines with a small selection of drinks and snacks. Safeway is right next door if you need anything last minute. Give yourself about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to wash, dry, and fold. Washing and Drying will take no more than 1 hr if not less. Depending on your load the folding can take a bit.Machines also have a sanitizing function that you can turn on before loading your clothes. Takes aboit 1 minute.

Great place! It is exceptionally clean for a laundromat and the machines do what they are supposed to do. However, it is Linda who is the real star of this place. I was trying to navigate the card-buying process as a first-time customer. Linda noticed my efforts and offered assistance and advice. She asked me a few questions about my needs and then walked me through the process while giving helpful tips---Exceptional service from Linda!

I found it to be a great place to go to get my laundry done staff is really helpful and friendly places kept up nice and clean Safeway grocery stores close by so if I want to drink while I wait or go and shop I give this place a 10 out of 10 plus if I want to leave my laundry here and have them do it for me theyve got that too and the times I have done that everything was wrapped up nice folded I wish I did the clothes that good and the cost of them doing it wasnt too bad A+

This service is awesome I truly appreciate service like this even tho I could have washed the clothes myself I would not have done such a better job they will use the soap you prefer if you ask and provide it I received a discount on my first time and the Associate Linda I was dealing was sweetest and kindest person I have met in a long time I felt very comfortable with the way they handled my laundry and I will definitely be returning

Clean, all machines are well kept and maintenance. Hygienically, the cleanest laundromat I have ever been. The attendants are very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this place to those folks that want to get out of a hostile, death tortured like looking laundromats. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

This place is awesome! We used their drop off laundry service on Sunday and picked up the clothes today. Everything was folded and hung very nicely when we picked them up! None of the clothes were shrunk or damaged. They smelled great and were handled very carefully. Im very impressed with the quality of service and how quickly they were ready for the price.Also the two women who helped us were very sweet (:Will definitely be back again!

This is the best place ever the place is always spotless and the laundry room is always clean and the laundry machines are always working perfectly their brand new so that cant beat that and I One Day locked my keys in the car in the man working there he was awesome he got me an Uber to go home to get my extra key theyre fantastic people that work there and I love this place and I will never go anywhere else

As a first time customer, Sandy greeted me with enthusiasm and showed me the ropes--a real Laundromat 101! She continued to teach me about all they have to offer and kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. The facility is very clean and I felt comfortable using their shiny new machines. Sandy, however, was the shining star who made the whole experience wonderful!

Just left the Main St location. I ask to change a $20 bill so I could put a $10 in the machine to get a bonus dollar. I was told to get cash out of the machine which only gives $5 bills. Assuming I would still get the $1 bonus if I put 2 $5 bills in the machine but NOPE. So, I decide to take my business elsewhere. I asked the lady for my money back off the card. She said she cant do that, dont have a way to do that...?...had I known what you were trying to do…. I told her that is why I asked her for change in the 1st place, and left. Now I know why the machine only gives 5s.

This is hands down the best laundromat Ive ever been to. It is immaculately clean at all times. It is in a large shopping center so it feels pretty safe. Free super fast wifi. The prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for in this case. Oh also I love how you can pay with a credit/debit card!

I had a horrible experience this morning at a different laundromat I walked in the washer took $6 from me the dryers didnt dry my clothes and I ran out of time with wet clothes. So I went to this new laundromat which is right down the street from my house not my complex what a dramatic experience they do everything on these cards and the cards sink up to whatever cell phone number you put in so that when you load the washing machine it texts you when your clothes are done so no longer are you sitting there checking and checking and checking to see if your clothes are done, the machine text you and tells you its done. Then the dryers act the same way . But heres the cool part if someone opens up your washer or your dryer the machine text you too and let you know that someone opened your washer before it was done and tried to steal your clothes phenomenal friendly happy laundromat and its cheap its not even that expensive I thought it would be so much more expensive with all those features but no you know its like a buck 50 to wash Buck 25 to dry its the same as every place else or thereabouts anyway phenomenal experience this place definitely gets five stars.

I will never wash anywhere else in the area. Free wifi, .5o cent reloadable cards. $2.00 bonus when u load $20.00, and they have staff available for all ur needs. And whats best is the carts fit out the door to make loading and unloading clothes ezpeezy. Thanks WaveMAX for making laundry fun again.

Both times Ive used this facility for laundry the staff was extraordinary both in the way they treat their customers as well as maintain the facility.Unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the attendant from my first visit, however my second one Travis went above and beyond in making sure the facility and machines were sanitized properly (which he was cleaning when I arrived) on top of being super patient as polite as he tended to myself and other patrons :)Two thumbs way way up!!!

Women working there was friendly, convinced my friend it was safe to leave clothes in washers to run to store an back, I NEVER leave my clothes unwatched but I left, an we were back in 10minutes.Didnt notice almost half a load of clothes was missing till I started folding my stuff!!Some of my favorite clothes stolen cause i trusted this rotten women!!

We came to check this place out, since it had 4.8 stars (seemed pretty high for a laundry mat). The front desk clerk immediately welcomed us in, and displayed exceptional customer service. She didnt need to take the time that she did to help us, but she did. Because of her, and because the prices are very reasonable, me and my girl will be only coming here from now on.

This place is very neat and clean. It’s least crowded in the mornings and evenings close to closing time. Other times it get crowded. Also I noticed during the busier hours some people are not wearing masks. See photo attached. They’re just two of the many people I see breaking store policy and local mandate. I’m disappointed they’re not enforcing the rules. It makes me feel unsafe for myself and my family and close friends. COVID-19 I real and it’s not a minor inconvenience to be infected. It would have been 5 stars but apparently they only care for making money than putting safety first. That one of the major dealbreaker. After today I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

Traveling in my RV through the Phoenix area, time to do laundry. This is the nicest laundromat I’ve been to during my travels in the past year. It opened recently and has all new machines. Use cash or credit to add money to a laundry card, no quarters required. Valerie was welcoming and helped me with the laundry card and machine selection. Highly recommend!

I had been hesitant to do laundry because of Covid-19, but decided to come here. It was an awesome experience! It was super clean and cool inside. The attendant, Valerie, was friendly and helpful! I will be returning next week!

Nice laundromat. Reasonable prices. It has a bathroom for customers and vending machines. There is always a staff member in site. Only thing is people like to sit on the table..and given the pandemic, who knows where else they’ve sat. Kind of gross. They should have signs that say do not sit on the folding tables. In addition, you can now sanitizer the washers before use. But seriously, address the sitting on tables...especially if they provide ample space with seats and seating areas with tables.

This was a place that was on top of the coronavirus the attendants were cleaning and wiping down everything and the two ladys were very helpful this was my first visit there and I will be using this place to do my laundry.

Wavemax Laundry🧼🧽💦💦💦 is not your average laundromat. I had to do some bulk laundry so I stopped in. I dont know that part of town all that well but it was convenient. Talk about clean, the facility is spotless, machines all brand new😁 My type of place. Oh my goodness.. Matt one of the owners was so awesome and showed us how to get laundry card (which if free). The staff are so welcoming and willing to help. I have a very large family so washing can be pain. But not here.. Everyone needs to check this place out.

I am glad I came here to do my bulk laundry. I am going to be a regular now. Everything is clean the staff is beyond amazing. The washer and dryer did such a great job at getting our stains and fluffing my pillows. The neat thing about this place is the texts; the washer and dryer will text you to inform you that your load is done. It is the best thing ever.

Matt and the girls are SUPER friendly, kind, and welcoming with smiling faces and just overall FANTASTIC. Theyre so excited to see mine and my Yiayias enthusiasm for the new laundromat opening. I LOVE the layout of the laundromat and find the location convenient as its right next to Safeway and has food shops within walking distance. This place will get to know both my Yiayia and I SO well. I am a woman with six kids a single mother trying to do laundry trying to get money transferred over to another card and it refused and denied the money I was told that money did not belong to me that the card that I was given was banned being a pregnant mother of six kids this lady today decided to stress me out so much I had to be in the hospital now

If the hours of operation have changed, Google needs to state that as well.I just got turned away being told they close at 9 when Google still says 10 and no signs up stating the new time change.If the employee is closing early cause they are tired of working and is lying about the closing time just to close up shop, then they need to be fired.
