This is a totally awesome office 🙂 all of the staff are terrific. Dr. Steve actually listens to you and Tavo rocks at his craft. I dont know many people who like to go to the dentist 🦷 but here you are treated by a great group of people. Dr. Steve has a Great Aura and it flows throughout his practice. The assistants are also awesome and sweet. You are treated like a person not a number. This small practice ROCKS more than any of the chains who dont treat you like you matter

They are so friendly and nice. The Hygienist (Priscilla) is so good and gentle. Very knowledgeable. You cant beat the prices. Love this place.

So far great service and people. Came in needing new dentures and right from the start the dentists were more helpful and knowledgable than the previous ones Ive gone too. Its going to take a few more visits to accomplish what I need but I feel faithful that the experience will be awesome.

Choosing a dentist hasnt always been an easy thing to do for me especially after my accident. When I found Tru-Value Dental I gave them a try as I have other places. This Dental Office waz different from the moment I first stepped into the door. The girls at the front desk greeted me with big smiles and were so nice. The time waiting, the consultation, x-rays anything they did they did with great attitudes and listened to my concerns and answered all questions. Raquel at the front desk has made every visit, every question and every phone call the easiest things to do. She is very welcoming, kind and informative. I actually dont dread the dentist anymore. If your looking for a great dentist i assure you True Value Dental is the place you want to go. Its not just their great customer service that is wonderful about them; their wait times are minimal, their prices are great, they are very helpful. For the last few years I have hopping around from dentist to dentist looking a real quality doctor that really cares about his patients long-term objectives and very straight forward. A friend recommended Dr. Steven, an ethical and gentle dentist and I can honestly say that I finally found my dentist. I have been treated with kindness, respect and takes the time to explain his recommendations in full. I couldnt be happier.

This is the most honest dental office I have been to. They care about the patients and not the profits. They make sure to help you take better care of your teeth and gums while understanding that visiting a dentist can be an uncomfortable experience.

I went to this office for the first time after doing a Google search for a dentist who would look at my implants done by a dental college and check if they were tightened to the proper specifications.Im a senior and a veteran on a small income and all of the dental offices I contacted required a consultation fee for being a new patient--some at a ridiculous fee, even though the time to check my implants would literally take two minutes.On my call to Tru-Value, I spoke to a very nice receptionist who told me to just come on in and they would take care of me. When I went, even though I didnt have a scheduled appointment time, I had only a brief wait and I was in the dental chair. The dentist looked at my abutments, said he wanted to take x-rays to make sure the bone structure was solid. He checked the tightness of the implants and told me there would be no fee.I had a very gratifying experience here. None of the dental offices I had contacted or that I am aware of do an exam and ex-rays without charge. Seniors are apparently a large part of the practice here and they offer discounts to us as well as payment plans. Everyone was pleasant and I was very pleased. If I have denture needs in the future, I will certainly contact them.

Dr Steven Nguyen DDS was absolutely amazing. Was recommend by a friend and must say I can’t be happier. Have to give a shout out to the hygienist who was super friendly and efficient.Very affordable low prices . 5 stars well deserved. Will be returning for more dental work in the future

I always have a great experience at this office. The staff and doctor take care of you, truly commit their best to give you an amazing experience and their prices are reasonable.

When you arrive at Tru Value Dental, your first impression will be that the outside of the office looks unimpressive and needs updating. However, when you go inside, you will see that the staff are all so friendly and caring. The rooms are very clean. The dentist, Dr. Steve Nguyen, is down to earth and very knowledgeable. Then you realize that they intentionally have a low overhead so that they can pass on the savings directly to their patients. I have gotten implants here and can vouch for the great service and affordable fees. Dr. Steve Nguyen is an extraordinary surgeon. I am hesitant to write this review out of selfishness because I don’t want everyone to start coming here.

Hands down, the BEST experience Ive ever had in Arizona. Dr. Steve Nguyen is thorough and kind, extremely intelligent and I refuse to go anywhere else. The outside isnt fancy, but dont judge a book by its cover because the skill is where it counts!After years of struggling with my teeth after I had my children, I was at my wits end. Constantly in pain, draining my own abcesses, teeth breaking like chalk, it was awful, I was desperate. One dentist I had seen in Chandler sent me to the ER after incorrectly administering the anesthetic. That was a nightmare that required months of physical therapy afterwards. Anyway, the trauma was of course there so I was hesitant and feared dental work for a while. But I was referred here and there is no going back! What a difference a healthy mouth makes! I sleep better and have less fatigue that was brought on by the constant infection.The staff is awesome, definitely worth the visit!!
