I would not use this company again. Im very disappointed in the service provided.The gal at the counter upon drop-off was very friendly. I pointed out spots needing to be treated to my husbands white shirts, I also asked them to be starched and dry cleaned. After a few days I came in to pick them up. After paying, I went to take my shirts and immediately noticed the stains were still there. (Having worked at a dry cleaning buisness many years ago, I knew they were stains that could be lifted.) As I lifted the plastic bag I then realized all the shirts still had stains and the last shirt had a large black rubbed mark on the back that wasnt there when I originally dropped it off; I was not too happy. The girl at the counter then talked to the owner and she said he wanted to know if I would leave them longer to be dry cleaned? Umm, okay, but werent they already dry cleaned? No apparently they only washed and pressed them.Fast forward a few days. I asked my husband to pick up the shirts. He brought them home and I am once again so upset. The shirts still have stains, they are not starched, the black mark on the one shirt is still there, and they now look like they have cat hair all over them. Being allergic to cats, I wont even take them out of the bag in fear I will have an awful reaction. My husband wont even where the shirts until they are fixed.I can not believe that this company did not stand up to their reputation, the quality was awful, my husbands shirts look terrible. I didnt get a refund and now I have to pay another company to fix this companys mistakes. Not happy at all. Im advising you take your clothes else where, unless you want them possibly ruined, covered in animal hair, or not cleaned properly. Save your time and money, go to another location.

They expertly cleaned a WW2 burial flag that I purchased from an Estate sale~ this flag was brand new in the box from the War Department dated 1945! They charged me NOTHING to restore it to new condition and treated it with the upmost respect knowing that it is for my Uncle that was killed in the War. I cannot recommend them highly enough and my family thanks them.

Im not sure why anyone would leave bad reviews for these guys. Ive always been treated with kindness in service and fairness on price when bringing my items here. I will continue to support this great neighborhood business.

My son was in a school skit & needed to borrow an old prom dress of mine that has been sitting in a closet for over 20 years. We completely lost track of time & needed the dress dry cleaned asap. We dropped it off Wed morning & said that we needed it by the next morning. They said that it could be done by the next afternoon, but we needed it by the next morning. The people working there busted their butts & got it done by the next morning just in time for the skit & it was as good as new! I will be sending everyone that I know to Bartoli Cleaners now! Thanks Bartoli, you guys rock!!!

SO RUDE SO RUDE SO RUDE!!! I am new to area and was excited to when I found this dry cleaner I looked into the TIDE cleaners but always want to give my business to a family owned company first because I know running a business isn’t always easy and in my opinion they are more deserving of the business but unfortunately they opened my eyes to that theory of mine and I will not be back after how I was treated. I’ll be heading somewhere else that actually appreciate their customers. I went to the drive thru and no one came out which is fine I get it but then I go in there and wait and the owner (female) walks up and just looks annoyed with me before I even get a word out I give her my information and she says “can’t get til Tuesday” and was so mean about it and I said ok well I need sooner to which she said nothing so I said I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else (which is crazy because every cleaner I’ve been to has offered express service for an additional cost) she rolled her eyes and said nothing and just looked at the next ppl in line who had a trash bag full of clothes and she was much friendlier to them which made it even more upsetting. I don’t know what it was about me but for someone’s first experience to be treated that way I promise you I will not recommend or go back.

I was not aware that after getting service done I was needing to inspect every inch to make sure there wasn’t a gaping cut out of my dry cleaning. I had one pair of pants to be cleaned and when going to put them on the next day realized there was a huge cut out of them! How do you not own up to making a mistake but letting the customer take home the items to then find out about this. This is ridiculous!!

Just had alterations and a couple shirts dropped off! This is our new cleaners very nice people!

The only place I trust for my garments! They are always perfect. Also I have had alterations completed there and the quality and measurements were also perfect. Highly recommended.

I’ve tried to keep patronizing them, but it is always something, a few months like 3 maybe I took some dry cleaning asked for dry cleaning service, total bill was $76, no worries get home one shirt had obviously been washed and dryed becsuse it had shrunk , I took that on the chin didn’t even mention it. I came back 9/1 going to try them again, this time I did inform the attendant what happened and asked please tell them don’t wash my clothes. So I get back two pairs of summer pants, which were dry cleaned but didn’t get pressed, really c’mon already bill was $45, I left some clothes not knowing what was in the order I was picking up. Quality check what is going on with the employees this is unacceptable.

I have been going here for about 20 years now and I have to say it is well worth it. They have never lost any of my garments, they usually know the next question to ask about my dry cleaning needs before I even do sometimes, and theyre always making helpful suggestions to keep my wardrobe looking good day in day out year after year decade after decade, even free advice sometimes. If the way your clothing looks is important at all for your success than I greatly suggest investing in yourself and being a regular customer at Bartoli Cleaners.

Do NOT take your items here. This place is unprofessional and the owner makes a complete joke of himself with his major lack of professionalism. I took a $420 Burberry shirt to be cleaned and cool pressed and specifically said to only clean it if they can follow the instructions on the tag. Well they didn’t follow the instructions on the tag and used a hot iron! NOT TO MENTION THE SHIRT WAS ONLY HALF CLEANED WITH DEODORANT STAINS STILL ON ONE SIDE! This isn’t the main problem, I’d expect a professional company to take responsibility for ruining someone’s items and pay me for the entire shirt. Instead he ARGUES and YELLS saying he won’t pay more than 1/3 of the shirt cause it was 3 months old? This is absurd and disgusting to see from a place who gets an average amount of customers. The lack of attention and detail is the problem and I could only imagine if they lost my shirt they’d do the same thing and only be willing to pay for 1/3 the shirt which is just unbelievable. This place has been reported to the BBB.

I go once a week to do my dry cleaning and I feel like part of the family. They take good care of me repairing and cleaning my clothes. Very professional and reliable.

The best! they do the best work and it is perfect every time. other reviews read that they have poor customer service. not true. I have received excellent treatment every time and they are caring. great people, great work. Its not a convenient location for me as I live in Tempe now, but I make the drive because I have full confidence that my suits will be perfect everytime

I absolutely love this place! Their customer service is top of the line, in a matter of fact every time I go in they remember who I am and call me by name. I think it’s very impressive. In regards to the comment below about the coupon, I don’t think they read it in its entirety... It most likely came from the 2012 Entertainment book and it CLEARLY states present coupon/card with incoming order it’s a shame someone places a negative image on a company because they simply didn’t get their way. I have been going to Bartoli’s for over a year now and will continue to use their exceptional services for as long as I live in the area

Dropped my dress off to be PRESSED only (it was wrinkled not dirty). They told me it would take 7 days I said I would need it sooner, so then they said 4 days. This wasn’t exactly a nice exchange either, they were rude and seemed put out that I thought steaming something would take less than a week. Had my husband pick my dress up today and the bill was over $30 including tax!!! Wow! Just wow! I wish I would have gone to Walmart and bought a hand steamer for $30, it would have been better customer service and less of a rip-off than this place. Unfriendly owners/staff and outrageous prices. New to the area looking for a good dry cleaning place, the hunt continues. I will never set foot in their unorganized, rudely ran business again.

This is by far the best dry cleaners I’ve been to! The owners take so much pride in their work and make sure that every item going out is in pristine condition, quality is #1. They do everything in house from alterations to wedding gowns to rugs! Sandy and Bipin always make sure you are happy and taken care of! Fast turn around times, and always friendly service! We have been using only Bartoli Cleaners for the last 28 years. We use them to launder shirts, as well as for dry cleaning, with consistent predictable results. Less expensive cleaners do not seem to change their chemicals as frequently, but the “funky” smell that is associated with that has never been an issue with Bartolis. I highly recommend them.

They do a decent job cleaning your clothes but not an amazing job to justify their steep prices. Charging over $17 for just 2 slacks is highway robbery. I’m taking my business to another cleaners.

No clear pricing given! Tried to use a coupon and was told I couldn’t use it... Went to pick up my clothes and it felt like highway robbery. Vastly overpriced. Severely poor customer service. Would NEVER return. I’m usually not this dramatic, but avoid this place like the plague!

I will never go there again.I dropped off my beige and blue comforter to be dry cleaned and when I got it back all the blue was bleached out of it! When I asked to be refunded my money she said I dont believe there was any blue in it. I would have remembered. SO... I said I would drive all the way home to get my matching pillows, which I did. At that point she said, Well, in that case it must be the manufacturers fault. You obviously brought me something that was un-dry cleanable. What? I was at a loss for words. I showed her the tag that said Dry Clean Only. Shes like, well, I dont have to refund you because its the manufacturers fault. She finally Did refund me, but it was a huge ordeal and I have a ruined bedspread now. Also, they are SUPER expensive. I was definitely not happy with my experience.

Absolute worst rippoff !! Girl at counter lied, told us curtains were $20 to clean...went to pick them up and bill was over $80 ! Called owner and was absolutely insulted and rude told us we told that price..This place is a joke ! I own two businesses and you DO NOT treat your customers that way. Will never be ba k and will also inform any one i can about our experience !

The people here are nice enough until it comes time to step up for customer treatment. I was a regular customer since the beginning of 2011 and today was my last day doing business with Bartolis. I had a new pair of pants that I brought to get cleaned that had a matching coat, a nice suit. When I returned to pick up my clothes there was no extra message for me just smiles and have a nice day. I bring the jacket and pants home only to find a large tear in the front of the pants in the crotch area. I admit I was pretty livid but refrained from taking that out on the employees because I understand mistakes happen. When I returned to discuss the pants, I was handed a brochure of clothing damages that cannot be fixed and basically told that I am stuck with the pants as they are with no credit for future dry cleaning. The situation was diffused when the manager (a nice lady) said she would take care of me next time, I appreciated the thought and left mild. Fast forward to today, I went to pick up a jacket that they wanted to charge me 50 dollars to clean. The reason it was $50, because she can only wash this item in the washing machine alone which usually holds 80+ items. WAIT! You are basically charging me $50 to throw a leather jacket in a giant washing machine, no hand cleaning whatsoever?? Thats not even the best part. I asked for that favor to take care of me by knocking $25 off that ridiculous price since they did ruin a nice pair of pants. The very same nice lady manager then told me she cant do that, the most she will do is $10 off. I said thats a little high and she said thats all I can do. But hey, its not all I can do! I vote with my dollar to take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

Been coming here 4 years. When I moved a couple years back I wasnt as close to Bartoli cleaners AZ before and I tried a couple cleaners that were closer to me. Nothing else near me that I tried compared at all to Bartoli Cleaners
