Tire shine hasnt worked on the driver side for some time. Kids are on their phone walking from the wash area to pay station taking their time out paying attention. My visit was this morning only one man on duty had no time to take care of the tire shine. For these young men its time to teach how they can provide customer service.

Came here for the spooky car wash and there’s nothing really spooky about it and $20! What!!??!!The clown was only the best part and the guy in the soap. Other then that it should be scarier for that price. This is worth $2.They give u candy for the kids. You can change the radio to their spooky music which is mehhh.

This place is a nice car wash and it does a good job washing the vehicle the unlimited pass is the way to go you make your money back so much quicker even when the car is not dirty why not go get it washed its unlimited

Great prices , I suggest the $25 monthly membership, you get 1 wash per day every day and includes the air freshener, wet towel to clean the interior, and the car wash that is the highest priced one they offer that has whole works. Plus you get access to vacuum for the interior and a place to wash the car mats. Ive never been to a car wash where your car leaves looking out of factory clean.

Cheap efficient got the monthly pass unlimited washes

I cant believe I havent written a review about this yet. I ONLY go to this car wash when I need my F150 washed!!! This place is the BEST and their parking to dry off your vehicle is SO large! I can open my doors ALL the way with NO worries of hitting the other vehicle beside me. Their wash is OUTSTANDING and (as of this review) they are the LAST to raise their price to $5 a wash for the lowest wash tier. Go here and NOT ANY other place!!!!

This is my preferred car wash spot. It is very clean, organized, and well-run. The vacuums area is especially nice and spacious. They provide clean, damp towels for drying your vehicle without spots; and, the vacuums and air blowers are strong... and there are plenty of them, so no waiting!

I had an incident at the carwash last week. I was so impressed by the action taken by the owner. He genuinely cared about the well being of customers, community and employees!! Anyone that has this family as their employer is very fortunate and blessed! Making people feel important sets you apart from the majority of other owners! I will continue to support this business!!

The haunted carwash is a waste of money. I could give it a 0 because it was just a basic wash with no scare thru the wash alone. I definitely would not attend or recommend. My 5 year old thought it was cheap because it was no type of haunted in the car wash...

The haunted car wash is so cool! What an amazing idea, 100% non contact haunted house. Took the kids last night and it was definitely worth the money. We will be going again tonight. They really put a lot into this from the costumes to the awesome decorations. I am seriously impressed. Hopefully this continues even after covid. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work. You are appreciated!

Todd, just because it is called American Speed Wash does not mean you have to get me to speed into the tunnel and get mad at me when I want to leave a gap between me and the car in front of me. I do not like the snarky comments either. You may be having a rough day, but you do not need to make belittling remarks and then tell me to calm down. You are right, I only spent 3 dollars on a touch up wash today... but I will certainly never spend another dime at your facility.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. A part fell off my car and attendant sat there and watched it get run over by next car. Cost me $350 to replace. Manager and owner keep saying they will call me back to resolve it but its been months. Joke.

This place used to be a gas station, convenience store and carwash now its just a carwash. Good prices, staff turnover is high. Car comes out pretty clean. They provide damp microfiber rags to use, however, most of the time rags are dirty. Otherwise, my favorite carwash.

This is a pretty good place, used the$5.00 wash and my midsize car got a good wash, and I was satisfied with the cleaning..I really like that they provide clean Microsoft cloths to dry down your vehicle. They offer free vacuums. So the down part is the entrance to get in and out is a challenge..

If youre someone who likes for your daughters or yourself car to be clean, a car wash is the place to go. This particular car Wash happened to be in the neighborhood so its convenient.

Its a good car wash for the money! The air hoses always have good pressure for drying your car, and the vacuums have better suction that most car washes! If you have anything you are not happy with talk to the staff, they will make it right!!

Went to the wash today. They just had opened not too long ago, a week or so. They are giving out a free was which ended up being the hot lava wash. Which price out at $15.00. The only reason they get three stars is cause the wash did brake down for 20 minutes more or less. Bugs might just need to be worked out. They did keep use inform of what was going on and for not having the tech on site he did get there fast. Air guns are at this wash for blowing water that the blowers missed. Which face it all the drive through places blowers dont work all that great. All in all not bad I will go again and update the review with more stars if they do a good job.

Rude service. Spend your money where they have nice employees who dont look like they hate their jobs and actually give you an air freshener/dash wipe after you pay for your premium car wash. Had to go back and ask for mine. Terrible service,oh and thanks to this place one of my windshield wipers is now broken. Thanks a lot !

3 dollars so killer free air and vacume so amazing

Been pretty happy with the service. Auto-billing is easy. Never had any damage because its all automated. It doesnt 100% dry, but you dont have a crew with dirty dry rags waiting for tips either. I use the vacuums and high pressure blowers for free all the time, too. The one time I sucked up my tie and the crew member stopped what he was doing to open up the machine to help me get it back. Place is always being cleaned up after by the crew, as well. Zero issues.

Great drive-thru car wash. If your vehicle doesnt come out clean (dont leave, you can let them know and) take it back thru again. Vacuums and air hoses work great. Good price for what you get. I recommend the monthly subscription, you can go everyday if you like.

On 2/13/2016. Wife decides to clean car. An employee asked towel or air freshner. She said both, because last time she was there, she didnt get one. He said no, so she asked to speak to the manager. Manager, came over and said the same. She let it go and asked to just let her get by. She didnt get either. And I overheard the manager say that my wife was rude. Lets be civilized.Manager, no respect, no people skills, no manners, no personality.Why be in such a position

Attendants were friendly and educated us on the different choices in washes. We still went with the cheapo wash and it was good!

Theres only one decent attendant that works here. The rest carry a flippant attitude and dont even look at you as your pulling vehicle forward so, even if you arent aligned with the track, youre still gonna get waved forward. If you vehicle is truly dirty like covered in dirt/mud, dont bother wasting your money. We went for a drive through Superstition Mtns and came here after to clean up, purchased the managers special and the dirt turned into greasy caked on mud on the tires and bottom of the doors/bumpers. During the $3 touch up theres still soap left over on the car, and youd think the managers special wouldnt have this issue but it does as well. Go somewhere else. Not worth your money.

Machine torn my factory spoiler off my car, have called and left messages, no response. I know they have a disclaimer for property damage, but atleast return call to ask where in the machine did it happen.....maybe to prevent other vehicles from being damaged?

I just got my car back from the collision center fresh new paint and after a month of not washing my car my boyfriend took it to this place to try it out and it washed all my clear coat off and my whole new un scratched side is in fact all scratched up and for the rest of my car... is all scratched up more... thought we would give them business since we never seen them busy.

Terrible. Just bought my new car and it was damaged by the machines. Paint chips on my hood and chemical stains on my plastic trim. I filled out a claim form and have yet to hear from their owner. Stay away!!

Ripped my Volvos rear wiper blade off and ripped off the 2 front cover caps on the windshield wipers. Those things arent cheap.
