I had a frustrating experience with Clean & Neat. I booked their level 3 mobile detail (highest one they offer, $379). My appointment was at 12, I got a call saying the tech would be 30 min late, which I completely understand can happen with a later appt. Tech didn’t show up till 12:50.I had the car pulled in the driveway since it comes with a hand wash of exterior. He said he would pull it into garage to detail it after exterior was done. I looked out 5 -10 min later and he had already pulled it into the garage and the driveway was dry which means he never hand washed the car.The detail is suppose to take 3 hours, after 2 hours he calls me and says it’s done. It’s the first detail I’ve ever had done and this is where I take blame. I come out and to the garage the car was shining. I tipped him (was going to tip regardless of the job but I should have looked closer before tipping). After he left my wife came out and actually looked over the car and then proceeded to show me how poor of a job he did. I have attached pictures so you can judge for yourself if it was a good job.I called the owner right away and explained what happened. I took blame for not looking closer before the tech left but I just trusted that the job was done right. I sent him pictures and he agreed it wasn’t done right. He said he could send his “two best guys out” the next morning. He said they would be there at 7. The next morning 7:00 rolls around and no one is at my house, finally at 7:15 I call the owner and he says “they are 15 min away”. I told him to just have them turn around because if they can’t pay attention to details of being on time I don’t want them detailing my car.After some discussion with the owner I felt like the only solution was a full refund. The owner did finally agree to a full refund (although he refunded all of it except for $20 for some reason). The owner may comment his side of the story, which he is more than welcome to do. Ultimately my advice is to hold the tech to high standards and don’t let them leave till you have looked over everything carefully.

Horrible experience. Not only did they run when a storm came and left their trash everywhere, they sprayed this oily substance all over my windows, the work was awfully and the car smelled. I reached out to them and they could care less.Avoid these guys at all cost or youll end up spending money on cleaning your windows like I did.This was the opposite of a detail

I am picky when it comes to detailing usually I detail my own cars. I wanted to treat myself and have my carpet steamed cleaned to get coffee and grease stains from the previous owner. The truck is gorgeous and the interior is perfect. It makes this 16yr old truck look brand new. Also they got the scratches out from offroading. I am very impressed by this company and will use them again! They took it from all muddy from a fun weekend to this!

Outstanding! I keep my car generally clean but after 8 years, it was time for the professionals. Everyone involved was really, really nice and my car looks great. Would definitely use them again.

I recently bought a used car and believe me when I say this… it was a mess. I scheduled an interior detailing with Clean and Neat Mobile Auto Detailing and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The whole interior looks brand new!! I have a cream interior which seems like it couldn’t be cleaned, but they definitely made the car new again. Definitely worth the price!! Definitely recommend!! Just had a detail on a 2005 black convertible. The car is well maintained but had lots of scratches on exterior. Leather seats in good shape but needed cleaning. Clean & Neat did an incredible job! I had my doubts but was assured I would be pleased with the outcome. I am VERY pleased with what was done. Very reasonable prices as well. The tech was super professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Henry at Clean and Neat is amazing! I was a little skeptical at first that they could buff out some of the scratches from my Mercedes E55 AMG since its a black car and very difficult to keep clean, but he assured me their Level 3 buffing service would restore the car to original! When he finished I could not believe how good the black paint looked once all of the imperfections were removed! We highly recommend Clean and Neat for any detailing needs on high end vehicles!

I am blown away at the level of service Clean & Neat provided. I recommended them to my neighbor already and plan on using their service again for a gift for my father. I called on Wednesday to book an appointment. It was my first time using a mobile car detailing service. Branko answered ALL my questions, talked me through the entire process, recommended only what was truly needed, and was super kind! My vehicle has never looked better. I booked a level 2 appointment because I have two littles who destroy everything. The techs arrived within the time they promised. They brought all of their own power, water, etc, and they showed up with a gigantic steamer-wow. I was impressed. They got all of the crumbs, footprints on the back of the seats, all of it, gone. The exterior looks brand new too. Next time I won’t wait so long. I’ll continue to use this company for sure.

Great costumer service. had my appointment for 12 pm. Andrew arrived on time, and did a great job bringing my 350z back to life. The level 3 detail job is a must if you want your car to look like new. The exterior looks impeccable, not one water mark, and everything is shining as if the paint was new. Wheels, exhaust tips, and even inside the fuel door. The inside is even better, my car was a mess and they took care of the carpet, upholstery, all the panels, spare tire compartment, etc. I will come back to them on a monthly basis as Ive never had such good detailing on my car. Best mobile detailing service in AZ! 10/10

I’ve got two small children, they are tornadoes, and quite frankly disgusting, our car had become a dumpster on wheels. The Clean and Neat crew may actually posses magical powers. I am AMAZED! All the employees were so kind and so nice.I went to get my van detailed and to be honest it was not a very good job done. I dont hardly think they cleaned anything to be honest, except my middle seat/bench in my van and even that didnt look to much better.I personally will not be going back here.

I was stood up twice by these guys today. If their customer service is any indication of the quality of their work then I dodged a bullet. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere reputable.

Level 3 detail is the way to go(most bang for your buck). Awesome staff, I havent had my car this clean since I bought it, its practically new. 100% will suggest to friends and family and will be back for more ceramic coating

They forgot to clean the back window on my CRV but Im not even mad. The deep clean and restorative work is all I cared about, and it was great. Will call them again next time I need detailing.

I never do these reviews- however I am keeping up to my word because of the satisfactory I was given and served. I contact Victor to do a job and for my application/service I didnt need a full detail.Victor wasnt NOT pushy or try to upsell me whats so ever. He was very kind and understandable for the needs and work that I needed.They 2 young gentlemen he had assigned for this job were really great. The young men called me on time at 8am and arrived on time. The moment I gave them directions to where my vehicle was parked, they got right to work and in this Generation with the younger people, they dont work that well- but these two worked VERY HARD no matter what the cost of the job was.After I came outside to check on them we had a small talk, and I encouraged the boys to think like a entrepreneur and I hope that one day they would have their on car detailing business- thats how much potential these young men had .I contacted Victor by phone to pay and I informed him how satisfied I was by the work the 2 young men had done. I will most definitely be a returning customer if I continue to get this service . I give Clean and Neat Detailing 5.0 because they did a good job on a lower application.Great Job Guys! My car looked amazing after taking it into these guys! Their attention to detail was amazing. I have kids constantly in the car so spills and crumbs get everywhere. I have tried getting them out of the crevices in my leather and was unable to but these guys got every little crumb out. The inside of my car was impeccable! And the outside was insane! My car looked better than when I first bought it! My exterior just looked so shiny and glossy! I would highly recommend coming in to see these guys! Ask for Fernando and Viktor! They will take great care of you and they are so friendly! They even gave me advice on things to do to help keep my car in tip top shape!

I had Clean and Neat come out to my workplace, they arrived right on time, texted me and met me by my car within seconds (and it is a complicated parking lot, nice work!). After a few hours I came back to a brand new and completely different car - no more kid gunk inside, no goldfish crackers, crumbs, sand, or legos. Dash had all the dust removed, which is not easy since the windshield has such a low angle, the carpets had years of dirt removed, and all the fuzzy strings were trimmed off. The paint hasnt looked this good for years, despite my best efforts. I am hard to impress, but these guys did a great job for a very good price. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Clean and Neat. My car looked fantastic except the trunk, I don’t think the detailer ever opened it. The carpet was still dirty and the little nooks and crannies were still full of obvious dirt. The gas door was also never opened, still very dirty. Other than that, my car looked great and despite those missed areas, I would still recommend

These guys came to my workplace for a wash and wax, very friendly and quick service. They arrived early and got to work right away. The car looks great inside and out.

I opted for the Complete Detail Level 1 which was $159 for 2 hours. They arrived 30 minutes late and left 30 minutes early. So, I paid $159 for only 1 hour instead of 2. They did an OK job. It was clear they rushed it. The carpet and little crevices were not properly cleaned. All in all I would not use their services again unless they dropped their prices. You dont do an OK job for $159, for that price it should be a great job at least. For an OK job you deserve only $80.

12 PACK OF SODA EXPLODED! Yes...an entire 12 pack of soda that had come open and scattered all throughout my Tundra... and after forgetting about them...2 days later I found all 12 had completely exploded inside of my truck. No lie... it looked like I scene from DEXTER. The dash... the windows... the seats... the floor... and worst of all... the entire ceiling. I thought it was done and the dealership was my next stop. But luckily I came across this place and they made my truck new...crisp and clean from top to bottom. I was AMAZINGLY IMPRESSED. If you read this... CALL THEM. 10 STARS!

I had two cars get a full interior and exterior detail simultaneously, and in less than 3.5 hours both cars were immaculate. The guys do a great job, and the prices are incredibly affordable. Best of all, they come to you. Very highly recommended!

I made an appointment with these guys to have a full detail at least a week ahead for a Friday at 7 AM. I text the guy at 5:24 AM Friday morning to see if we are still on for today. I didnt receive a text until 6:09 AM. He claimed a truck broke down and would try to work me in. He never worked me in and would not return the text messages. I have the messages still . I had an important person flying in for the weekend and wanted to have a nice clean vehicle for us to go see the beautiful sights Arizona has to offer. Well, I had to go to a local car wash to have it done because he never returned my calls. In my experience this is incompetence. Plain and simple. Id go on to say the good compliments could possibly be friends . If I were you,Id find a more competent detail company. You obviously can not rely on these guys.

Quoted $225 by scheduler for a ‘showroom condition’ result. They allowed 2 hours and left without allowing a final inspection to rush to their next job. Dirty wheels, dog hair left under seats, pop out window ignored, windshield smeared with cleaning compound. Owner rude and arrogant! Wouldn’t listen to me or make it right!STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!!Response to owner: Facts not emotion here-FACT: I came out to meet the detailers promptlyFACT: The FJ was used very infrequently off-roadFACT: The owner NEVER offered to make it rightFACT: The conversation with the owner deteriorated into a pissing match after I was repeatedly cut off by him. No profanity was used by either party.FACT: I have given 4 google reviews -the other 3 have been 5 stars! This is the ONLY bad review I have given. Anyone can see that- anyone except the owner apparently.FACT: The owner sent a text with his address for me to send a check which I have done. I would not give my credit card # over the phone.FACT AND MOST IMPORTANT: I was NEVER told that a half-ass job would be done BEFORE the work was started. If the proper job was going to cost more than the quote given there was an obligation to inform the customer that it was beyond the scope of the original quote before starting the job. - especially since the website GUARANTEES satisfaction.
