I made several visits to this place before posting a review b/c the man claiming to be the owner is quite the charming salesman.. I sincerely hoped for a better outcome, eventually. But it never came and the promised follow up never came.I spent over $200 for a detail, but it fell short of the general understanding of a “detail”. I paid extra for shampooing carpets and cloth seats… And even though they were still wet, they were never actually cleaned. I can say this because when I got home, I cleaned them myself; NOW they look brand new.This is just one example of how I had to spend another four hours cleaning my vehicle, inside and out, after already paying nearly $300.Save your time, and definitely your money, like going somewhere else. I regret having to write this review. But after a few months, I tried them again, not for a detail, but the clean was just as pathetic.

Best car wash I have ever experienced! Ive been living in Mesa for 4 years and been going to Campbells car wash for 4 years. They just always do an excellent job and the people who work there are very pleasant. Good bang for your buck there too. Highly recommended

They do a great job. If you plan to tip, give your tips directly to the car washers and not the front desk. Front desk does not give the tips to the workers.

From pulling up to driving out I was very happy with the service I received. 11.00 for the Standard Wash is fair. Outside and inside my vehicle was cleaned. I couldnt clean my car in that amount of time. Great job and convenient location. The chairs inside should be changed periodically. But overall I was happy with Campbells Carwash

There are carwashes through out the valley. But CAMPBELLS CARWASH is more of a detail shop. 100% Professional. I easily give this business my total respect.THIS IS THE SHOP IF YOU WANT TO PAMPER YOUR RIDE!

I went for a hand wash after waiting for 10 minutes I went inside and the girl in front told me to wait outside after waiting outside Omar came up to me ( I explained that it was my first time and I didn’t know how it works out) he said that there was a AutoZone near by and that they sold stuff to wash the truck and to wash it on my own time! Ihave been going here for a few yrs. Over time they have gotten worst. Half cleaning the car, pet hairs were still everywhere, lent all over my dash and the outside of my car. Sunroof wasnt cleaned on the inside nor was my back window. Floor mats (leather) are nv cleaned. are nv clean. If i dont ask them to fix these things i do them myself. I will no longer be a customer because i have had this experience now at least 5 or 6 times. I went here because past work was nice and its convenient.

Cambells car wash and staff are awesome. They always do a great job on washing your car/truck. I have recommend this place to everyone. Great job guys and gals.

A great place to take your vechile they do a good job

Took over a hour. Everyone was nice but you need some xtra help I had to find someone to help me when I pulled up. Then it took forever for them to wash my car. I had to ask someone to turn your wash on. My car just sat there. I was the third car and there was only 4 vehicles. Two people out there cleaning cars. The guy in charge gave me a free wash for next time. I didnt complain ever. So that was very nice. He thanked me for not complaining. So he must of known how bad it was. Again everyone was nice but I had things to do. Plus you werent even busy.

I was so impressed with this place! I purchased the most basic wash in hope of cleaning off the bird poop. It was so clean and thorough! Much more than I was expecting! I am excited to return.

Save your money if your car is dirty, my Son was coming in for a visit so I spent $50 on a small vehicle. Didnt realize how dirty until after. Spilled soda still in cup holder, leather seats still dirty. Outside mirrors still dirty. Door jams dirty. So as you can see it was a total ripoff!!!!Save your money...

Worst inside outside cleaning Ive ever had. I drive for Uber, I told the man that took my order that. I definitely explained that its been a busy birthday week with my kids and theyve trashed my car, and I have to get back to driving. I used to live at the apartments a block away and drove 15 mins from my new house to give this place a try. They could have had a customer for Life bc I do drive for Uber and do have 2 kids so I clean my car ALOT. Disappointed.

So far everytime I have had to ask them to clean the side pockets in the truck or wipe something down, its been something or another, small but noticeable to me. It wouldnt be irritating, but for the fact Ive had to point out something every single time weve gone there.

I have tried several carwashes around my side of town and I FINALLY found one I can like and recommend to others. The price is affordable. The service is spectacular because they take their time on each car. I dont feel like a number to them. Try them out bc you wont be disappointed.

Paid, sat down to wait and checked time on my phone: 10:30 am. Finally slid behind wheel to leave: 11:29 am. How can it possibly take a full hour to run through a full service carwash? Just had a normal service, not a detail. I can typically be in-and-out of any other in 15-20 minutes max. They do an OK job, but Ill certainly factor in how much time I have to just sit around waiting before I go there again. The last time I went there, it was a full 45 minutes. I thought that must have been a fluke so gave them another try. I dont like to write negative reviews, but a lot of times youre getting a quick car wash on your way to somewhere and certainly need to know if you need to factor in a full hour just for the carwash!

No better place.New review. This used to be a great place. Now for the last 4 times i have come here mid week in the afternoon and nobody in line to get there car wash i am waiting an hour to get my car washed. They used be a lot more organized. Today 3 people on one full sized truck that didnt move for 30 minutes

Paid $50 for a wax and hand wash came to pick up my truck looking like they just drove it through the machine. It had glue or something on the driver door. Yes they did take care of it but I will not go back there.

This place was great but after 5 years they prices were all over the place.

Went in with 5 one dollar bills in dash in 3 different places. Came out with no money told the owner and his reply was well you thought you had 5 dollars. This place hires homeless people that will take anything not tied down. To bad cuz I clean every week and this place is just down the road.

I really like this car wash. They take their time and I think do a really good job. Takes about 40 minutes for an overall wash but places to sit so the time goes by rather quickly.

Was a longtime customer, Owner has always been great to me, I have No complaints about the owner and Alex who takes your request for a wash has always been great also, my complaint is after you hve been a faithful customer the quality of the clean doesnt seem to matter as much, Ive always had something that wasnt cleaned right bit I never complained, but Ive always complained about a scruffy dirty looking manager that has No customer skills what so ever and he continues to be allowed to do a job he is NOT capable of doing, they lowered the prices to $15 then turned around and charged me $45 to clean my truck and armor all the trim... Wow!!! It was a move made by scruffy....I really feel he makes up his own prices when the owner is gone, which he does all the time. Hey Eddie, shoot me a message when scruff no longer works for you and Ill return. Thnx bro.

Had a hand car wash, truck still had mud & dirt spots on it in many many places, windows were not cleaned all the way. Very poor quality.

My first experience at this car wash. Reviews looked Ok so I stopped by. I was happy with the service all around. The gentleman who told me about their prices and services was very helpful. My car was cleaned pretty good. No complaints here.

Not impressed. $35 for a cleanup on my maxima. You can find it for $20 just down the street but I was in a hurry. Owner said it’s an extra $10 to get the bugs off the front. I just said ok because I was in a hurry. Got my car back, and my floors were still dirty, they didn’t wipe anything down on the interior, and the front was still covered in bugs.

Staff was nice. Talked football and current events with the nice lady inside and the guys that were washing the vehicles. The prices were average for the kind of package that you got.I will definately visit again.... to talk some football....and to get the car washed also...

The owner is very personable and has alot of rapport with his regular customers by what I saw. I see nothing but exceptional service here.

We always take our cars here, decent prices. They have a punchcard you can get too (to work up to a free wash). The service is a hit or miss depending on whose cleaning cars at that time.They usually forget the air freshener, when they do remember it I like the baby powder scented one. Its nice and not to overpowering.

Did a wonderful taking out pin strip scratches out of my truck. Made it look brand new. Been going there for 10 years and wont go anywhere else.

The wash wasn’t bad but they quoted me at $50 then kept raising the price on me eventually more than doubling it. It’s a shame because I drive by this place regularly on my way to work. Because they wanted to make a quick buck, they ended up losing a potential long term stable client that would’ve have eventually given them a ton more money over time. Bad management....always after the quick buck!

I have been coming to this car wash for several years. They do a good job but it does take a long time. Several times I found issues, mirrors were ignored, the inside of my windshield got missed, but over all they do a nice job. I finally decided to get my car detailed. I made an appointment ahead of time but it rained that day so they were not open. I asked if I could bring it in Saturday morning and they said it would be no problem. I dropped it off by 8:30 am. They said it should be about 4 hours. About noon, I started trying to call multiple times, no answer. I realized I had Nicks cell phone number written on a piece of paper and called him at 1:30. He said they are working on it, it will be at least another hour. At 3:00 I called and he said they need at least another 40 minutes. At 4:00 I showed up and figured if it was not ready, my presence would hopefully speed the process. They said we are really busy today and we will have it done as soon as we can. I stated that when you tell someone it will be 4 hours and it is now 8 hours, at some point you just need to get it done! I finally got my car at 5:30. They missed spots of course because I must have rushed them. The back seat and passenger seat were very wet so the next morning my car was full of dew. Oh, and they forgot to put my floor mats in so I had to go back the next day. No apologies, no coupons. Im not sure I can go back there now which is sad because I like going to places that are not franchised.

DONT TRUST THEM! I had my car washed today and one of the employees stole property from my center console. When I approached the manager about the said property he dismissed me as if i was crazy. I am 100% sure this item was in my console prior to the car wash. If this manager knew how to handle the situation he would have had his employees empty their pockets, instead of insisting they are trustworthy men. No doubts that the same manager may have even been the thief. No apology. No accountability. They lost my business for good.

Despite the good prices, the service is less than good. Be prepared to wait quite a while if you go later in the day during the week. Not staffed well, so the person taking your order is also the cashier and the one doing the hand wash service.Last time I use this car wash even though its the most convenient.

Left a lot of dirt on the air dam of the front bumper. It was a big truck but it was also very easy to see that it was there. Hopefully next time they pays more attention.

Was coming here twice a week and then they lost my mates and made my aunt mates look dirtier than it was then when she came, on the same day. Then I stopped coming for over six months and had to stop by today, very unhappy again, no manager or owero on site. When do the workers do what they want and talk to he customer all rude when I was trying to be nice about it. Young girls that dry cars and clean windows, dont need to talk rude to the customer and act like she have no one to answer to. I wish I could post the pictures.

This was my first time visiting today and everyone was extremely nice. My car had been sitting for a long time so it was bad inside and out. I also drove in at around 5:30 but Ed said not a problem and they would get it done. I had gone to another car wash and was turned away because it was late notice so I was so happy when they took in my car. The price was a bit steep but considering the condition of my car I think it was worth it. They also polished my plastic trim and it looks amazing. Id recommend their annual package since the cost of what they did to my car was almost as much and from what the cashier stated I can add my other car into the package. Thank you, Ed, and your staff for doing a great job on my car!

Quality is inconsistent. First time I went I got the $20 wash. They did a really good job - washed, vacuumed, armor all, air freshener, etc... The second time I opted for the $25 wash. The wheels were still dirty - they didnt clean them very well, and some of the armor all they put on the tires was puddled on the wheels. They only vacuumed the drivers side and did a shoddy job at it. From what I can tell they didnt armor all the interior at all. No air freshener. I wont be returning. Its a shame because I live so close. Anyways, there are many different car washes in this area so it doesnt really matter. The owner is friendly, but that doesnt really help the inconsistent service.

Terrible customer service. My fiancé and I pulled in about an hour and a half before their scheduled closing time and had a guy whistle at us to rush us in. The guy taking our order originally told us 25 but then said 15 after his coworker told the car behind us 15 loud enough for us to hear. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes after our car was done just because another car was in front of us. Also they were turning everyone else away an hour before advertised closing time. Will never go back. No one seemed to care about anything and very disorganized.

Waiting an hour to get a dirty car back. Dirt that came off simply with my finger I was told needed a detail wax to be removed. On a previous visit the ground was so slick that I slipped and fell. Would recommend not bringing your car here if you want a good experience and clean vehicle. I know that I will not be bringing any business here.

Ed is a great guy. You cant beat the car wash and its prices. Deluxe wash is the way to go. Service is always pretty good but, can be a little under staffed at times or else 5 stars

I have been to Campbell’s many times. I have given them second chances in the past. Today they lost my business for good. One of the employees tried starting my truck while it was running. Not that big of a deal. However, when I asked the owner about it, his response was “That’s not gonna hurt anything”. I replied “Well it could”. He said “No, no way”. I explained that I was an ASE certified mechanic and I know for a fact that starting a vehicle while it was running could cause damage. He told me “If there is any damage, it is because your truck is 20 years old and it’s worn out any way”. (My 20 year old vehicle is in pristine condition and I had the tranny out last month. The flywheel WAS perfect.) All I wanted was simple apology. Instead, I get a rude, indigent “business owner” talking down to me like somehow the age of my vehicle is an excuse for his staff to mistreat it. I would hate to think how he would respond to any serious damage to a vehicle.

I will never understand why people are so rude some customers just have no respect and expect stuff on demand. Like go clean your car yourself your not in Hollywood. I come to this place and the employee are really nice to me and my family I been coming here for the 3yrs. Remember you get what you pay for some people will pay a $8 dollar wash and expect a wax job, like no ! Thats not how it works lol and leave no tip

I was totally disappointed with this carwash services!!! I paid $30.00 for handwashing services and my car on the inside looked like it had been clean up by an 5 year old the running board was dirty, dirt was in the door handle. When I complained to so called manager person he started that I got what paid for an proceeded to dry wipe the running board then stated that I need to get a deluxe shampoo to get the rest of my car clean.... What a jokeI will never go there again!!!

They rinsed my car and then dried it with red cloth which left a whole bunch of lint my car was still dirty then they put Armoral on the tires The inside of the rim was filthy a waste of money and time

I read a couple reviews and was hesitant but I am so glad I didnt go off of the negative comments!! The owner works his ass off the guys get on their hands and knees to clean the rims and tires they get in every crack and crevice and are so honest and hard working. They did a biohazard clean up and did an amazing job, it looks like an older building but they are old fashioned when it comes to business and the work they do!! Thank you Campbells car wash you now have a new regular!

I should have read the reviews before getting my truck detailed here. Used to be decent prices, but the manager on duty 10/3/17 is a rip off artist. Beware, I am for sure taking all my business elsewhere.

I started taking my SUV here several months ago. They do very well with their work. Hand wash, vacum, and detail inside. Very good prices. Hard workers and they dont rush your vehicle..they deserve 5 Stars. You can sit inside with t.v., a/c, and snacks or outside with shade.

Paid $35 and they did a terrible job, truck still had mud splatter on the front bumper, the floor mats werent cleaned and still dirty as well as the door cup holders. I wont go back and you should find someplace else to get your vehicle washed.
