Had a job needing this companys assistance. Called three different days got no answer. Left messages each time and never receive a call back! Without knowing the reason for not responding back to me, I have to assume they do not care about taking care of business or new customers. Based on that I can not give a single star, but to show I did rate them I regretfully leave one star.

I used this company to resurface existing countertops as part of a low cost remodel for my sons’ bathroom. Unfortunately my experience was not a pleasant one and was met with challenges. There was a mistake in the mixing of the color option I chose, and while I understand mistakes happen I was frustrated and irritated in the additional time that I needed to take off work for a second appointment. My frustration and irritation grew as I spoke with Velda Wood who was unprofessional, combative and lacked any acknowledgement or accountability for the mistake. A simple apology and suggestion of resolution would have sufficed; instead I was met with a sarcastic tone and deflection. Velda was not present at the site and did not complete the work. Her account of what took place conflicted with what her business partner who did the work stated. This lack of accountability and shift of blame – along with the unprofessional tone and handling of the situation is why I would never recommend business with her. I will gladly support and acknowledge that her business partner Shawn, who worked to handle and resolve the situation was a professional and helpful business man. He was respectful, kind, and customer centric. If you chose to do business through this company, I’d suggest dealing only with him.
