Found Auto Spa after a prior arrangement fell through. Had a worn out seat cushion on my newer model VW Golf R, causing lumbar discomfort on longer drives. Steve and the experts at Auto Spa fixed it right up and saved my lower back for a reasonable price.Also appreciated his honesty in work and pricing on things that might be more expeditiously handled at a specialty shop. I drove to this place to get an estimate near me, went to three places. I needed a headliner for my van, Steve comes out to look at it, gets a call, puts one finger up to say one moment, I step a few feet away to give him privacy, he goes back into the office, I am standing outside waiting, after 17 minutes he did not come out, not sure if he forgot about me., I got into my van and left, very poor customer service in my experience,.

Brought my car in to have my headliner done and my center armrest to be restored, along with some tint. Came back the next day and the results were amazing! I recommended a few people I know to Steve and his team for a job well done. I love my car even more now and they are more than absolute certain to keep my business!

Steve and his team recently completed a complete interior replacement for my aircraft with excellent results. While aircraft interiors are not Steves typical focus he was more than willing to work with me to understand the unique requirement for aircraft upholstery and to modernize the design of the interior. He spent time searching for vendors that provide FAA approved materials and worked with me to validate that typical automotive leather and carpet will also meet the FAA requirements.Once the materials were selected and verified compliant to FAA requirements his team refurbished the seats, side panels, and carpeting to achieve my vision. There was considerable constructive interaction between myself and his team during the process. The work was completed within the estimated time frame, for the expected cost, and with excellent quality.

We needed leather in our Ford Flex repaired as the previous owner had child seats tied down very hard and the spills made indentations in the leather.Steve was very friendly, and helped us decide on a matching color, and went the extra mile to ensure they would do the exact perforation pattern that was in there already. They got it done in 1 day as he had quoted and it looks like new. Great job and service!

The work was excellent, and much more affordable than Id expected. As I had a hand-sized hole in the fabric on my drivers seat, I was seriously considering replacing the whole seat, but instead, its as good as new, for a fraction of the price of a replacement. Thrilled I found this company!

Auto Spa in Mesa did a fantastic job rebuilding the front seat in my 2002 Mustang. Very professional, honest, and on-time. The seat looks and feels like new, in fact, I did not realize how destroyed it was until it was fixed. They showed me the seat while taken apart, showed me the welding, and springs that needed re-doing, and the new fabric that they we using.I highly recommend them to anyone needing high quality work done to repair upholstery, or to restore any car. Prices were reasonable, and service was excellent!

They also hand made new visors at the same time. When I had a concern with one of the visors he addressed it immediately. Steve made us feel like he didnt want to give us the time of day. We went to get a quote to get an idea of what it might cost to get a seat recovered... it went from $1700-$5000. Really...you cant get any customers that way.

Took my Mustang there because top wouldnt go up. I was told it was hydraulics. They could be replaced for $700. They were and failed after less than a week. They were replaced but not without a hassle as he claims he buys his parts used without a warranty. Two months later, the replaced ones failed as well. He claims you cant buy these new. Guess what? Had them replaced again by someone else and the top works better than new. Avoid.

Had a ragged armrest on my Honda. Steve and team were very efficient and its good as new. Would absolutely trust these guys with my car again!

My Solara convertible was in bad shape, so we shopped around and found Auto Spa. New top, smoked windows and the best detail you can imagine! Did I mention that the prices are very fair? Steve is great and delivers what he promises!

Nice enough people, but I had an absolutely terrible experience with them several months ago when I brought my car in to have the carpet redone. In spite of my request that they replace the old carpet, they glued the new one on top of it without consulting me; trim pieces were broken and glued together haphazardly; all four of my previously-functioning power windows stopped working due to improper re-install of the switches; and on top of everything, they scratched the heck out of my brand-new Nardi steering wheel (Id had it for less than a day) and refused to compensate me for the damage. When I pay someone to work on my car I expect them to treat it with care. If you share that philosophy, do NOT bring your vehicle here.

Awesome new top

I love my 2005 corvette and keep it in top condition. One thing about vettes is the drivers seat will eventually hammick. The seat bottom will breakdown and come apart. When mine was ready to be refurbished I first went to the Corvette Forum to see about DIY. It can be done but finding the source for all the components is complex and putting it all together without blowing an airbag is a concern. Then I decided to search the internet. Im very particular who works on my car. After much research I saw the Auto Spa site. When I arrived at the store and was met by Steve. We looked the seat for an estimate. He knows what hes talking about. He knew every panel and had all the components. He even told me how we could cut some corners to save a little money. I was totally impressed. The price was right and I gave him the keys. When I came back and picked up car the seat looked brand new. I was more than satisfied or I would not have taken the time to write this review. These guys are good at what they do.

Charged me $500.00 for 1-2 hours of work. You make the call.

Very rude on the phone. Placed me on hold in the first min to answer the other line (his words). Then when I asked for a estimate he refused to even guess, even when I told him the year make of my car. It was was just his tone from the beginning, just doesn’t seem to have the right phone etiquette and acted like my inquiry was an inconvenience.
