We are very fortunate to have Morgan overseeing our homeowners coverage. He possesses top notch customer service skills and customer focus and truly eliminates any stress or frustration when dealing with insurance matters.A month or so ago we received a notification from our mortgage company. They informed us our homeowners premium had not been paid and we were on the cusp of no home coverage. We knew this was not accurate as it is paid from escrow. Upon trying to reach them by phone, the frustration grew as we were unable to get a live person, and in these cases correspondence by mail is totally out of the question.Enter Morgan, who does answer his phone. Within a few minutes of good listening and accurate questioning, he recognized the mistake on the mortgage companys part and he assured us he would take care of it. Take care of it he did. In less than an hour he called to say all was resolved. Goodbye stress and frustration.Morgan displayed great customer focus and care. Morgan has been terrific on communication, and is willingto offer solutions. We did have a water loss claim, and thefield adjuster was good. However we pay a premium for Farmersand I felt that the over all assessment was not necessarily fair.There was no way that we could have restored the house to matchits previous standard. This is a Corporate issue and has nothing todo with field staff.They need to adjust claims to 2021 not 2005 .
