My wife and I had a horrible experience that was able to be remedied by the excellent customer service and follow through of Roy Hannah. Through a series of errors, our delivery day was compromised without our knowledge, costing us a tremendous amount of time and frustration.Once the issue was brought to the attention of Roy he was able to quickly and professionally solve the problem. He personally attended the newly rescheduled delivery to ensure that everything went smoothly. Thank you you Roy, Clifton, and Spencers.
Service requests are not being answered. I realize it is a strange time with COVID, but they could at least return a call.
WARNING: They do not follow CDC guidelines. the 2 installers that showed up to deliver the fridge, they had no masks, gloves or any sanitizing equipment. Beware of this company!!
