The worst apartment complex I’ve ever rented from. The pools are always closed. The managers there don’t care about anyone or anything. Do not rent from here! Go somewhere else. I guarantee it’ll be better!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The landlord is unprofessional telling other residents lies about other residents. The office will harass you for any reason they can. They have no care for kids so if you have any don’t move here unless you are ok with complaint after complaint. The people who live here are just as rude as the people who run it. This place is a joke and until they get new management here this place isn’t worth living at. This is by far the most unprofessional ran place with no consideration to actual families. If you are single and sit at home hating the world and that’s it this place is for you but if you actually have a life, friends, family, kids don’t even bother looking here.

I normally dont leave reviews, unless its food related, but I have lived here for over a year and wanted to share some insight.I live on the 2nd floor towards the back of the complex and its very quiet, towards the front entrance location there is more commotion with children and late night activities. I would recommend this place if you are looking to live on a budget and like a nice open floor plan. Some things to be weary of is that utilities get tacked on after rent, so verify that before move in what the total cost would be. My utilities were more than what was said to me upon move in so I had to account for the extra $40 a month after the fact.Maintenance here is wonderful, the guys are super friendly and quick. I havent had an issue with them not being readily available, I even had a bee issue on a holiday weekend and they were able to get someone out to me. Only complaint I have is I have had my water shut off several times with no notice which is frustrating.A change was made going in to effect April 1st, 2018 that they will not be taking packages at the front desk, I order everything online and am glad to be moving before this happens. The community is gated, and a lot of my packages were dropped at the front desk area, so make sure you have arrangements for this.This complex has been undergoing many changes over the past 4 months and I anticipate more to be happening in this next year 2018, overall I was happy with staying here the time that I was, but as time went on it started to get more loud and rowdy with residents. Its a very small complex.Hope this review helps those on the fence about moving in!

I would recommend Lucera to all my apartment seeking friends. The staff is so helpful. Very responsive and patient. So many improvements since I checked them in the past. I’m not sure who could possibly have a problem with the staff. Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed when I toured. There will always be people who are unhappy. You can’t please everyone!

I lived here for a year and I had issues the whole time. My stove didnt work and I complained my first month there. By the time my year lease was up, my stove still had not been fixed. They shut the water off multiple times through out the complex with out even giving the residents a notice. I had a water leak in the master bedroom for 6 months before someone came to supposedly fix it. Not even a month after they replaced the dry wall, you could see water damage through the same dry wall they replaced, obviously not fixing the leak in the roof. Also, they were doing some maintenance around the complex and they put up a new beam above the stairs. Apparently when they put the beam up, they put a hole in my living room wall. They didnt even mention anything to me and I had to come home from vacation to a hole in my living room. I could literally see the swimming pool while I stood in my living room. It took the apartment complex 2 months to patch the hole!!! Never rent from Lucera Apartment homes. I couldnt wait to get the heck out of there!!

Roach infested units. Disregard for your well-being and pets. It took over 2 weeks and 6 complaints before they fixed the knob on my shower. Theyll schedule and confirm services with you, then 24 hours later leave a note on your door asking to reschedule. They dont tell tenants about new management, office hours, or technical issues that wont allow you to pay rent. The 3 office ladies dont talk to each other; youll call with an issue, then call back after not hearing anything and nobody knows what youre talking about. Theyll boast about their Mesa PD safety requirements but SWAT just came busting in and dragging 2 guys out of a unit this past Saturday. Half the time the gates dont even close. Youll pay too much, for too little space and too much stress. The owner promised me concessions off Oct rent and now they changed their mind. Rather than move me units, they offered to let me out of my lease 5 MONTHS EARLY?? Who does that? Sounds like someone is concerned about legalities. Its been the worst customer service and living situation of my life. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

I think this place is a great place to live. Ive been here for over a year and Ive had no major issues that have gone unresolved. In fact the first weekend I moved in my hot water heater went out and maintenance was at my apartment late on a Saturday night replacing it and very friendly about it. On occasion things in the apartment, or on the grounds, break (just like they would if I lived in a house) and every time Ive contact the management office about it, its fixed within a day. Office and maintenance staff have always been very helpful. I see other reviews about bugs, broken items in their apartment and unfriendly staff but I can honestly say Ive not experienced any of that. Do I hear neighbors on occasion? Yes, but its an apartment complex. I also use the pools, spa and fitness center on a very regular basis and have had no issues with any of these spaces. Overall I think its a great place to live.

Make sure you tour you apartment before you sign your lease.We have not had the best of luck with our apartment. If you dont mind old you will do great. Davina the apartment leasing manager has been great and has been attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, the Management company is sending out contractors that are not doing their jobs right.On a positive note: If you dont mind an older complex and dont mind the looking past flaws with cabinets scratched and dented appliances; you will be fine in this complex. The space for the rent is is great. the Grounds are beautiful. The office staff and maintenance is all very friendly.

Lived here for almost a year now and management has been trash they never respond or get working on anything in our apartment still has crooked cabinets and 2 doors that don’t lock anyone could pay 50 more for a better complex anywhere else

Is the worst place you can live ... 3 month living here and my fridge was not working two time .. my microwave dish washer dryer was not working at the same time the can’t fix it because the guy leave so far ( it’s not my problem ) I need to wait at least 3 weeks for fix it ...Laura and July the manager they don’t have cust service they ayer rude and they don’t bring solutions .. DONT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENTS ... they enter at your apartment with out your permission ..!!!

We had roaches from the day we moved in to the day we left. We had police constantly arresting people and dragging them out of their appartments. We had our water shut off multiple times without a notice or apology. We had personal items stolen by maintenance. We had a 5 day eviction notice for having up decorative lights while everyone else kept theirs. We had been verbally assualted by Juilee, Dave and sam on seperate occasions. Avoid at all costs.

This are the worst apartments to move into Ive been here for only 4 months and wish I didnt sign a lease with them.First of all make sure you tour your apartment before you sign the lease Ive had bad experience from the beginning.There always seems to be plumbing issues and always turn off the water for hours with out letting you know. Also if you have kids dont even consider moving in.There is someone always complaining about how there to loud.

Want bed bugs? If so, move to these apartments. Quite infested. Also, very thin walls- can hear EVERYTHING. Dirty pools. Old workout equipment, falling apart.
