Took my grandma yesterday morning to get blood works done and had an awful experience with the lab techs. Witnessed one of them slamming the door on an elderly man and the other tech that was doing the blood works on my grandma did a terrible job and was extremely rude and unhinged. My grandma now has a giant bruise and is in pain. Never coming back here again and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

I had to bring my 6 day old son in for blood work, I made an appointment for 1:15pm we arrived at 1:10pm and checked in. I was sent a message at 1:20pm that they were ready for us. We were not seen until 2:02pm. The room was not clean. The nurses began to argue in front of my husband and I. At one point the nurse was rude. The nurse pricked my sons feet 3 times. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied I will NOT be coming back for any reason. I do not recommend to anyone.

Internet site says 7:00 AM till 2:30.No posting at all that they will be closed from 11:30 till 12:30 for lunch. Not even a flyer on the door.I saw many walk in and try to use the kios. Everyone is just dumbfounded. If you can catch a nurse bringing her lunch in, she just says we eat lunch till 12:30. Otherwise the poor slobs just have to wander around and figure it out.

I had a 9am appointment for pre-employment drug screening. I checked in a few minutes early, they took my paperwork at 9:15, and didnt call me back until 10:15! They have zero concern for their clients. Stay away if you can.There were about 8 people complaining ahead of me. They all stated the same treatment at this facility.

Very clean, efficient! These ladies are great and very professional- not rude at all!! I personally witnessed the exchange of a recent 1 star review and the Labcorp woman was very cooperative and not rude at all; she even made a couple of trips back/forth to locate this persons information. It isn’t the fault of LabCorp if someone does not have a script, which was the case, regardless of the email confirmation (and don’t know if it was even for that location). The other 5 people there had no issues and were in/out quickly.

Labcorp at Walgreens I will need to get adjusted to this location but people could we stop, with the complaints. Let these ladies to their job, They are working effectively to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Yes the appointments go first so best to make one. The ladies are pleasant and skilled at what they are doing

I have been going to Labcorp in Merritt Island for several years with and without scheduled appointments and have gotten to know the two ladies who work there. They are very hard working and are pleasant even when lines are backed up. I appreciate the gentleness they take. when drawing blood since I am uneasy with the process. There have been times I have felt that the facility has been grossly understaffed and wonder why there arent others to help expedite the waiting. The Walgreens location needs improvement since there is no wait room (for sitting) and the restroom desperately needs a redo with the new traffic being created by LabCorp s presence.

I had great service at this location. I made an appointment and was seen exactly on time. The person who drew my blood (Milagros) took care of everything in a very friendly and professional manner.

Moving to Walgreens was a mistake. I am at the N. Courtenay store waiting now for 40 minutes. There is only one person taking blood. There is only one room in the back of the store to take the blood and no privacy. If you have to have a urine test, she gives you a cup and you walk back in the store with the cup and head to the restroom, and then walk back out in the store with the cup in front of everyone and wait again for her to come out for you. There are only 3 chairs. And now there are 5 people waiting and walking around the store and the lady taking the blood has a terrible very bad attitude

Terrible service. I fasted 2 times and they still didnt know what to do. I even called and left a detailed message about the test that was to be preformed

Didnt have appointment in computer even though I clearly had the email confirming time and place. Plus person assisting was very rude.
