We have rented a pontoon boat for Cape Crossings twice now, both times it was a great experience. They could definitely offer some earlier times to take advantage of the good fishing in the barge canal. We did have issues with the gps units both times but thats not really a huge deal for us. Either way it was a great trip!

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We had a king studio that was nicely decorated, bed sheets didn’t smell like clean but it was too late to ask for a change and we were booked for just one night. Boat rental is highly recommended. Front desk staff friendly and informative. We will come back!

Great place to stay, we stayed at the townhouses and in the high rise and both places were amazing, clean, great value and so close to Kennedy Space Centre.

This place is absolutely beautiful. We came for our 7th Anniversary and we enjoyed everything about the Cape Crossing Pilgrims. Chris was phenomenal at check in time. He was very nice. We then reserved a half day pontoon boat and unfortunately it had some mechanical problems but Chris went out his way to call us back and allowed us to go out on the river for two hours. His son, Ethan was very nice helping my husband with things he needed to know about the boat and river, especially since it was his first time driving a boat. Our condo was very clean and beautiful. We will definitely be returning for another good time.

Came to Cocoa Beach for the weekend. Stayed in the 3 bedroom Captain’s Quarters Suite.Fantastic room. Very well kept, beautiful furnishings and great view overlooking the river.The hotel was very accommodating to my dogs, Dixie and Chase.Great experience and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Unfortunately Unit 106 on the building had a smell of rotten eggs that made our stay very unpleasant. We tried to open windows, turn on fans and bought air fresheners but nothing worked. The management should be aware of this before renting the unit and it’s ashame we paid almost $400 per night for such kind of place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We rented a boat and the town home was very modern and plenty of space for our family of 6 on vacation.

The house was beautiful and spacious. It was very nice and the kids loved the pool. We stayed at many places during our stay in Florida and defiantly wish we had found this one 1st!

Pros: The grounds and condos are beautiful - especially overlooking the marina and no direct sun on the balcony. Well maintained and the furnishings are modern. The staff was extremely helpful. The saltwater pool was very warm and relaxing during the day. We watched dolphins, birds, and fish every day out in the river, which was awesome! Living areas were spacious, but some of the furniture was not very comfortable - it looked great, though! Close to the beaches, cruise port, lots of local businesses to support.If you get the chance - check out A Day Away Kayak Tours for the nighttime Bioluminecent Kayak Tour at the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. It was an amazing experience and super cool to see the water glow blue everytime it was disturbed! The staff were amazing too! Also, we ate breakfast twice at The Cozy Corner Cafe - it wasnt anything fancy, but the service was great and the food was delicious and well priced!Cons: The sofa bed pulled out to a trundle, not an actual sofa bed. Not enough towels in the condo for our stay...and there was not a washer and dryer in the unit to wash the towels we had. Water from the kitchen sink shot out from all angles when turned on. The bathroom faucets were super loud. The bathroom showers did not have many places for toiletries to sit, other than on the floor. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms when we arrived, even though there were makeup removing wipes. Also, while this was not the propertys fault, there were children/teenagers running/biking around the complex at all hours of the night (I almost hit a little child on a bike coming back from a night kayaking trip around 12am - no reflectors, no lights, no helmet, and he was in the middle of the street!), including underage drinking and girls meeting/leaving with guys who were not guests at the property...where were these kids parents?! It was mostly those staying for a baseball tournament. The same kids were loud, disrespectful, and did not pick up after themselves in the lobby area.Overall, our stay here was great and we made lots of family memories here! I would most definitely stay here again.

Had a one night stay booked. Kids running unsupervised through property banging on doors well past midnight... No hotel staff or security to contact. Staff are overwhelmed if you can find one. Guests wander through property with open alcohol. This is like staying at a frat house. Avoid at all costs.not family friendly at all.

Went with a large group for my daughters memorial and it was a really nice. There was plenty of room for everyone and the place was beautiful. We really enjoyed it. Thank you.

We stayed there 6 days in one of the 3 bedrm condos. I must say there were positives and negatives. The accommodations were nice. Bed was very comfortable, nice showers, wonderful view of the waterway and boats, nice kitchen (well furnished) and good parking (could get a spot in the garage if we did not stay out too late. Parking was a little tight though). Office people were very nice. Washer and dryer in the room too. You could also rent watercraft. The pool was very busy. It was nice.Negatives not too bad. We did not realize the $200 housekeeping fee was NOT for daily service. You are on your own with that. There is none. You wash your own towels. You provide your own soaps, towels, TP, toiletries, etc.. You are provided a somewhat starter package though,, to be fair. It is apt living for a week. There is no restaurant either (I think they are building one). Someone programmed our keys wrong and we were locked out late at night with no management on site. They did come in about 15 minutes and gave us new keys. It was like a big block party for a couple of days, but it was the 4th of July weekend. It did quiet down at night. We got good sleep. There were a few things that should be addressed ( would have made it nicer) the kitchen sink sprayed water sideways out of the nozzle, you cannot turn lights on or off while in bed, bathroom faucets a very loud (guaranteed to wake your roommate up) and patio door had nothing for privacy. Open glass door day and night.If you go with several people that are splitting the bill, it could be very economical and well worth it. I would stay there again. I just know now what to check on beforehand. Overall, we had a nice stay. There were plenty of places in the area where we bought supplies, food and other necessities. There were some supplies that could be purchased at the front desk too. We have NO regrets on the stay.Happy taveling!

We rented a townhouse and it was amazing. The location is great too. It took us approximately 20 minutes to get to KSC on a weekend.morning.

We rented the CraigKat mini cruisers for the afternoon and had an enjoyable inner canal cruise with the dolphins, manatee, and many beach homes. The crew was very helpful with locations to cruise. I left my favorite YETI water bottle on board and when I called them to look for it, I was blessed with a call that they found it for me. 😎 Good things happen. Lee Fez

Nicely updated facility with average customer service. The facility was nice. Everything has been updated. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with a pull out sofa. It was enough for 8 ppl. There’s plenty of space. The room came with everything you need (pots, pans, etc). However, the construction started at 8 am and was quite loud and annoying. We were all quite upset because we were looking forward to sleeping in and to a peaceful vacation. When we asked for a late checkout they didn’t even bother to check what room we were in and just said they’re busy and needed the room. The people at checkin were also just sort of rude and not hospitable at all. Overall the property is very nice but the customer service could be friendlier.

The place was very clean and very new. The interior design was beautifully done. Plenty of room for the guests to sleep. Its also right off the highway. Will definitely go again when were back in the area.

We stayed for a couple of days and didnt know much about Cape Crossing or the local area. We were extremely please with the condo and all the amenities they had to offer. We will certainly be heading back to enjoy some things we missed.

We love coming here to watch the rocket launches from the balconies! The rooms are exceptionally appointed and spacious, well above their price point. Similar lodging in South Florida would be double the price.

One week before our visit to Cocoa Beach, I called to reserve a boat from Cape Crossing. We were only able to get a half day for Saturday, August 15th which was from 1:30-5:30. When speaking with the rep, I informed her that we would have about 8 people and that we were interested in fishing as well. She told me that would be fine, but that I was to arrive early to watch a short video about the manatees. We arrived at 1:00 to check in. We waited patiently about 8-10 minutes while the person in front of us was deciding what day she wanted to reserve a boat all while safely socially distancing. As we finally approached the desk to check in, the phone rang. Instead of asking the caller to hold, she proceeded to spend another few minutes helping them instead of waiting on us.(customer service 101). We finally got checked and was asked to step over to watch the video, which did take longer than I expected. At this point its past 1:30, so we drive around to the dock to load up our stuff. There were two pontoon boats, one was definitely bigger and newer. We watched as 6 people boarded that boat, it was obvious they had no intentions of fishing, just cruising. Of course, we were given the smaller boat. This boat was NOT what I expected. It was old and had several large dents and no type of power steering, so it was very hard to maneuver. It definitely was not suitable for what we had requested. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

Stayed there about a month ago for a baseball tournament and booked thru Anthony Travel.when booking, we were told the cleaning fee would be included in our total which upon check in found out it was not...after 2 nights we realized there was a pair of underwear and socks under the sheets..took them to the office and all they said was were sorry and well send someone to make up the bed which they did but after they left, we found socks and kids toys underneath another bed which goes without saying, they really dont do a good job cleaning

Contemporary place by the marina

This place was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms, nice pool, and great BBQ grill that is brand new. It has a gym and nice lounge area. Would definitely recommend staying the night before you set sail on a cruise leaving out of Port Canaveral. We were two families, and had plenty of room in a 3 bedroom, two and a half bath.

We are becoming owners of one of the townhouses. Very excited! We felt in love with this place at the first sight. Beautifully designed homes, great amenities, great location and hospitality shown everywhere we go. Cant wait to stay in our own place and enjoy what the resort has to offer. We work with Ellen Krall, and she has been amazing! Highly recommended.

Nice place and I bid the electrical on the condo thats being built out there right and won the job.. Theres gonna be a restaurant built on the waters edge out there too.. Contractor also doing more condos in the area plus a 180 give or take custom homes too in the area.. Nice place for your vacation....

Was fortunate to watch the Facon 9 manned space launch from 6th floor roof observation deck. Beautiful facility with magnificent future plans.

We are fortunate to have found this marina as home base for our Viking 44. Its first class all the way, from the resort management to the dock master and offers a stress-free environment. The facilities are family friendly and easily accessible. Whether as a place to dock your boat or staying in one of the townhouses , I would strongly recommend this resort as a vacation destination.

We stayed here while escaping a hurricane in SC. Couldnt have asked for better accommodations or nicer employees! The booking process (went through airbnb) was so easy and communication was wonderful. The condo was gorgeous! The pool is amazing! The marina is very nice, we saw dolphins and manatees. Mike told us to throw rocks in the marina at night and theyd glow... and they did! Very centrally located while still feeling secluded. Would highly recommend!

Cape Crossing Marina is under new management. Out of the goodness of their heart they allowed us to put our sailboat in for the hurricane. They are redoing the entire Marina but stopped working on their projects so our Lady Longlegs would be safe!!

Very nice place to stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Was very happy until we had gotten home and received a message that there was a blanket missing?Nobody in our party had taken anything on accident or on purpose.I called and Ruby let us know that they do an inventory after everyone leaves. ( even thou the other person I talked to 1st asked me if it was there when we arrived?)Long story short we were charged extra 40.00For it.Word of advice, do your own inventory!

Rentals and resort very nice. Not all that much for amenities yet but what is there is good. Nice exercise room and pool. The marina has filed up with boats that look tired and run down, some even have tarps on them. The marina definetly doesnt match the rest of the place.

This place is great! We are boaters who happened to see some good ratings for Cape Crossing, so we called and booked a slip and room for the night. Beautiful, huge units that are spotlessly clean and a good, secure marina slip right out back. Boaters, take a close look at Cape Crossing next time you are coming through this area.

This is a gorgeous resort with outstanding water views. There is a beautiful pool area and really nice gym and sauna. The homes are large and beautifully decorated. It’s nice how close they are to the cruise port area.

Beautiful property close to Kennedy Visitor Center. We needed a place to stay that was close to KVC and this place was perfect. The unit was a clean fully furnished condo with the bedrooms upstairs and living area down. It had wifi, cable and all the amenities such as soap, shampoo, dish-washing liquid, etc. that you need. There was only one day of coffee provided. There is a nice outdoor patio that overlooked the river that had two chairs and a table. We only used one of the three bedrooms but the bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet. We didnt swim but the pool was heated. The staff there is very helpful.
