Quick friendly service. The quality needs to improve! Stains were still on the clothes despite being labeled by staff member.

This place is AMAZING!! When they say any garment, they really mean ANY GARMENT. We dropped off all our coats, which were a mixture of wool, leather, down, and there was no surcharge for the gigantic oversized coats! Turnaround is 3 days, which is not bad considering the price. I will be coming here for a VERY long time.

You get what you pay for. They charge $2.98 per garment sounds great but not when you get back your clothes and smells like you just wore it. Don’t waste your time go to another dry cleaner.

Love this place... never a problem with service. they have same day service for all regular items and 3 day for oversized. They now also offer alterations. I will continue to come here!

I started going to 2.29 cleaners when they were 1.99. I didnt expect much for the price but I thought they did a good job for the low price. Today, that all changed. I gave them a white blouse with a black collar to clean when I picked it up today it was GREY with several black lines across the front of the blouse. I was told I brought blouse in that way, one person explained that the black probably ran into the white, then they said they didnt clean it. Jeff, since you are the owner you need to get involved. They kept my shirt and plan to remove the collar and make it white then put the collar back on. My blouse will be ready on Tuesday. I will update my post then. Just be honest and admit you made a mistake and ruined the garment.

Would not recommend this establishment. We’re rather new to the neighborhood and have only used this place 3 times - but that was enough for us. The staff seems rather young, disinterested and bordering on impolite. Second time we used this place, we thought our clothes were either not cleaned or improperly cleaned. The third time proved it - my wife found our dog’s hair neatly pressed on the clothes. Me and the wife both work, so when we went back on a Saturday a week later to complain, we were told we would have to speak to the manager, and he’s only there a few days a week between 12:00 and 3:00 or something like that. As we walked out, another customer told us this was her third time there trying to get proper service. That’s enough for us - price and location was good, but all in all it is still not worth it.

This place has serious problems. They treated me very badly, rudely, incompetently and dishonestly. When I went there to bring some clothes to be cleaned, a young, inexperienced, rude staff member mistakenly told me I had clothes there to be picked up that I had to pay for. I said thats not possible since they require you to pay in advance and I always pay in advance. She insisted she was right. Knowing she was wrong, i asked her to show me the clothes. She had a nasty attitude and would not show me my clothes which she said she had. She was wasting my time and I had things to do. I asked for someone else to help me, and an older woman who barely spoke English apparently was in authority. Even though they acknowledged that the young, rude staff member was wrong, she insisted that I pay for cleaning the clothes which their system said they had, but which they could not show me. They insisted I pay for clothes they didnt have, even though there policy is always to pay in advance and I always paid in advance for everything they had ever done for me before. It became clear to me their systems for keeping track of clothes and payments is defective and can not be trusted, and their attitude is to be rude and stupid instead of simply acknowledging their mistakes when they make them. My experience proves to me they can not be trusted with customers clothes, and that they are stupid, rude, obnoxious and offensive instead of accomodating. I took my clothes to a different cleaners.

They do very good work and is a friendly atmosphere

This place is HORRIBLE, I decided to try them for the first time, felt uncomfortable when dropping off my shirts and slacks, but figured what the heck. Returned three days later to pick up my cleaning and they give me an uncleaned shirt with my cleaned shirts and tell me they need more time to clean this one? I have no idea why, my other shirts are cleaned and why this one, which turns out not to be mine . They are missing one of my shirts. Other than to tell me they will go to the cameras and find my missing shirt and call me..Oh YEA..LOL. They also missed placed my cleaned slacks, which i did get after returning the next day. Update, they are still going to the cameras two days later to find my shirt. I have very little faith in them even attempting to search for my lost shirt.This place has outgrown themselves, overstuffed, lacks any cleanliness on the floors, walls, equipment etc. and the bottom line, you get what you pay for. I will be going back to my regular dry cleaners in East Meadow. I had thought that I would give a local business a chance. Turns out that they dont need me and I dont need them! The one star I check on above, In my opinion they dont even deserve.

Frequent regularly. I receive texts and email coupons with nice incentives. You do have to inspect your items upon pickup as to satisfaction. The management always will redo an item, 3 times if need be. I think the tradeoff this dry cleaners provides by upgrading to envioromentaly safe products leaves some consumers unhappy. I picked up a shirt and jeans yesterday and had no complaints.

First and probably last time. Buttons will Crack as as result!!!Really hoped to like this place.Employees are very cordial but service is you get what you pay for.Buttons on several shirts are now cracking after being pressed here. Shirts Ive had for quite some time and laundered by another spot on Merrick Road. Should have never experimented.3 of the shirts had to be re-done because dirty or pressed wrong way.Jacket was supposed to have been fixed and cleaned. Knowing my previous pickups were not up to standard, I chose to inspect onsite. Right on the front side was a large size visible dirty spot. Annoyed, I showed it to the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would have it touched up. However, once is an anomaly, twice is a trend...To top it all off they charged me an additional $3 upon pickup of my jacket. Insult to injury!

This place is horrible. My real rating is actually 0 stars; that’s just not an option. Everything I brought here came back DIRTY. Smh! I’ve never seen anything more horrible. I think they just put the plastic over the clothes and didn’t bother to dry clean them. I will NEVER go here again. Save yourself the pain and just spend the money to go to a decent cleaner.

I love then. Price is great, clothes are usually ready early the next day, very MOS friendly. Only downside is they take a little long to hem clothes.

The reason this place is called Pressed is because they never clean the garmentI brought a sweater to the Mineola store with stains a blind man cpuld seeWhen I picked them up all stains were still there,I called the store with no answer,so I called the owner an old Wall Street guy. He told me they would redo the sweater at no charge. So I drop tje item off and explain that I spoke to Jeff.I picked it up a gew days later and low and behold the same stainsYou might have gotten away with this type of setvice on Wall Stteet but not here buddy.I give u a Zero.btw...took it to our cleaners no pre treatment.stains came out immediately...your store us a rip off!!!!

THE GOOD: the turn around and price can not be beat.THE NOT SO GOOD: they dont really clean. If all your clothes need is a freshening and a press then this place is great! However, if your clothes actually get dirty, I suggest pre-washing them in the machine first (if theyre not dry clean only) or just taking them somewhere else. Even when I point out a spot that needs a little extra care they still dont really get it clean. And im not talking about stains, just your average dirt that generally comes out if i work on it with a damp cloth. Despite that, I still continue to use them for the price and turn around, I just have to pre-wash my work clothes much of the time.

I have little problem with their dry cleaning, and their staff is courteous and prompt. There are two troubling items that prevent me from recommending this establishment:1) In the heat of summer, this palace has no means of air-conditioning. In place of that, they have a ginormous fan that renders even hair doused in AquaNet tousled in a millisecond. If youve ever wondered why everyone who exits has a throwback do like theyre part of a Flamingoes tribute band, now you know why. Despite its Mach 2 wind shear, it still cant replace good ol A/C when the heat index is over 100. God bless the staff, who have to work through these sweatshop conditions, aggravated immensely by the enormous heat generated by the cleaning equipment. Most of them were dripping sweat profusely; no wonder they wear black T-shirts, otherwise their (ahem) axillary perspiration would be rather copiously obvious. I dont work for the Labor Department, but Ill hazard a guess theres a workplace violation somewhere here.2) Given my reasonable experience with their dry cleaning, and their purported green methods, I was tempted to proffer them my dress shirts for laundering. Again, very good service, remarkable given the inhumane climate conditions. I returned for the cleaned shirts later that week & brought them home, removing the protective plastic, when I was overwhelmed by the smell of sweat permeating the shirts. While trying to figure out whether I was imagining things, my wife passed by and said, Whew! I hope you clean those soon. The second batch was almost as rancid, but a bit more tolerable (either that or I built an olfactory tolerance from the first round). Revealingly, two shirts that needed buttons sewed back on & therefore laundered separately were pretty scentless, thank goodness.I returned the two nasty batches to the cleaners, and again, to the staffs immense credit, despite the sub-Saharan conditions, they promptly offered to re-launder them without hesitation. Upon picking them up again, the smell was noticeably improved (how could it not be?), but get this: there were still tinges of sweat scent, especially compared to the aforementioned mended shirts.When earlier Id asked what might have happened, we agreed that my shirts mustve had the misfortune of being washed with a horribly soiled batch of another customers; hey, I was down with that: it happens. That doesnt wash so well (no pun intended) with the second less-overwhelming but still noticeable experience. Grasping at straws, my nonscientific hypothesis is that the staffs unavoidable sweating in such torridly overheated conditions had something to do with it.I really wanted to like this place. Really. But given my experience, I cant. Oh well. Maybe in the winter when its cold, lol.

I find they do an ok job with most items. However, white items such as shirts,dresses, and pantsuits do not look clean. When i picked up my collard shirts the neck line was still dirty.

Cannot beat the price.

I figured I would give it a chance for the low price. Once again, the lesson is that you get what you pay for. This week my wife had to wash a weeks worth of shirts due to a terrible musty smell. Previous times there were wrinkle or slight smell issues but I would tolerate. I will be changing cleaners and paying the higher price.
