Pretty poor customer service here. Had been working with Michael for 3 weeks to design a simple shop addition to our home. He thought it would be a simple project and said he would get right on it. He kept telling me that he was almost ready to get to it and should have it done soon. Finally he came back to me and said that he just didnt want to do the job and dropped it. Wasted three weeks of my time and delayed our project by three weeks thinking wed have plans ready to submit soon. Would definitely not recommend using these guys as a design service.
