I asked to have my gel nails removed. They did not remove the tips or the gel. The girl simply filed my nails down which actually left the mail so weak that they started breaking away soon after I got home. 3 of my nails broke and ripped my natural nails off to the nub causing bleeding and now I am in severe pain. I had to soak the gel off myself - which led to such pain since they filed it down and weakened my natural nails. I will never ever ever go here! This was boarderline abuse!!! The picture is AFTER 3 painful days and me having soaked my nails for 30 minutes in acetone since nothing would take the gel off!!!

I highly recommend coming here. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and do a fantastic job. My favorite is Pablo he takes the time and it’s very attentive!

Friendly staff, excellent service. I walked in for a pedicure and they had a spot right away. Ana was very gentle and thorough, making sure everything was perfect before I left. I see people complaining about the prices but hey, you basically get a full body massage in addition to being rubbed down with real aloe plants and hot rocks (this is the basic pedicure). This salon is clean and provides great service. They use liners in the pedicure tubs. The pedicure chairs are in good condition and they have remote controls for you to adjust the massage functions. The regular pedicure comes with a scrub, callus scraping, oil treatment on the heel, leg and foot massage, hot stone massage, and hot towel treatments. When you go over to the drying station, the pedicurist will also give you a shoulder massage. I have not yet gotten a manicure here but I plan to! There is a membership club available for a $5 fee, and the club provides 5% back on services so it sounds like a good deal if you get your nails done often. I will definitely be back!

Id been going here awhile and even recommending this place to others.My last visit was rushed and she did a poor job on my nails and barely looked at my feet during the pedicure.The gel polish chipped a day after they were done.When I went in to have it fixed, instead of redoing the nail she just painted over it and put it under the light for 30 seconds.When I asked if she was sure it wouldnt chip again she reassured me it wouldnt.The same spot chipped again that night.Wont be returning there again, nor will I recommend this place to others.Its a shame because this place use to be my favorite. Its too pricey for the employees to rush through appointments. Ill have to find a new spot to visit and promote 🤷

Lady made two of my fingers bleed and still expected a tip. And didnt even phase her that she had hurt my fingers. She was new, but clearly not experienced enough. It took over 10 minutes to get my finger to stop bleeding so she could finish and the end result looked terrible because of the fresh cuts. Not impressed.

I went to have my nails filled I have gel nails and their my own,however my thumb nail did break and I needed a til and of course gel application ,Tina proceeds to do my nails this was a Thursday and on Sunday the thumb nail that she did new the entire gel coat everything came off except the tip that was still glued to my nail. But the whole topping with Polish and gel was off and 6 nails lifted from the cuticles! And I paid a pretty penny to have them done ,spend time and designed everything and all gel , which isnt cheap for it to fall off in 3 days and I was off work so I went back and she had to take 7 nails and sand them all off and redue them over plus I told her to do the other 3 she did ,and all for free. Come to find out ,she sis not use bonder,she used primer but to make the Gel bond they are suppose to use that and there so cheap they dont and would rather work double for free,Im ok with having her do my nails over for free,but so Im necessary.. with all that She did do them and was kind and I appreciated that the most

This nail salon is very clean and is able to accommodate for a lot of people. I was hosting a bachelorette and called them a week before to reserve for 7 people at the same time and they were able to do it! I have since gone back and am always impressed with the service. They are a little more money then some other places in Meriden, but the cleanliness, professionalism, and massages are worth it. I highly recommend making appointments instead of just dropping in. If they cannot see you, they will turn you away.

The worst nail salon experience ive ever had in my life. Its safe to say i am never going back to that place again. The staff is not the friendliest, they have people working there that dont know what they are doing and they are just not too organized. The worst mani pedi ive ever gotten. My card got stuck in the ATM and nobody did anything to help me or fix it smh it was ridiculous. Super expensive for poor quality

I came with with a friend, I live in NYC and she swore this place was much swankier than some of the nail salons in NY. It was very nice asthetically and was very clean. However the women that did our pedicures were clearly talking smack about us, but little did they know that my friend speaks Spanish. The woman who did my pedicure was rude from the get. She made fun of the fact that that it’s been a while since my last pedicure. She was really rather rude throughout the whole pedicure but I overlooked it because I was just so happy to get a massage and have my feet pampered. For the price that I paid I normally get a much better pedicure for less money AND for $38 callous removal my feet should have felt baby smooth but when I got home my heels and sides of my feet were still really dry. I wouldn’t typically return here either way because I live out of town but my friend does not plan on returning either and she used to be a very regular customer.Edit: also got a terrible in grown toenail for the first time in my life.

She didnt let my feet soak, rushed clipping cuticles one foot, stopped when I said ouch, and did the big toe on the other foot, barely clipped my nails...when I stated my heels were still rough, she said callous is $10extra, with an attitude, I brought my daughter with me, you would think they would be a bit more polite to a potential customer who lives close...wont be back! It was better before the influx of new staff...

It truly was very clean but I paid for 2 upgrades, callus remover & addl 15 minute leg massage & was left feeling rushed & still had major callus on both heels. Plus, she was going SO fast she cut my toe & when I cringed she acted as if she didnt realize what she just did. I mean my toe was bleeding in her face, no thanks, Ill pay $65 to go somewhere else! Beware, they only accept cash tips. I wish I didnt tip at all : (

My coat got stolen while having my nails done. I accidentally left with the wrong coat, when back to the salon to hopefully get my coat, but the person who took my coat was dishonest and kept it. My coat is a much nicer coat, so I get it, but the person who did this is scum! Then to make it worse the salon owner claimed she saw me leaving with my coat in her security cameras and basically accused me of lieing about what happen. This place is a sweat shop. No one speaks English. If your a minute late for your sceduled appointment they will just take another walk in and make you wait. Appointments dont matter. Ive had to wait many times even with an appointment. I will NEVER go here again. You owe me money for my coat that got stolen!!!
