I have never had any issues with our services and the customer service is by far top notch. They are extremely professional and have always been prompt in every one of my companys requests. I reluctantly changed over from Worldpay to Turnkey , because everybody promises you everything you want to hear .They lowered my fees to less than half of what I was paying to Worldpay .Credit card processing is one the more confusing part of retail business. You almost need a tax lawyer to figure it out . Not with this people, everytime you call , someone answers the phone and takes cares care of the problem. They are honest and straightforward . Honestly, things didnt go so smooth, but you cant expect everything to go right all the time. There was some miscommunication between me and the original sales person. I was not aware that we would have to purchase several apps to make the unit do everything we needed it to do. My shop doesnt do the amount of business transactions necessary to make Turnkey a viable option.Thankfully, the Martorellis were very cordial through the entire process and even offered to refund the charges we had incurred during the time between when we quit using their services and officially cut ties. Had there not been the misunderstanding at the start, Im sure this would have been a very different experience for all parties involved and I would reconsider using their services again.

My business has switched processors several times, but I am happy to say we wont ever need to switch again. Turnkey Processing has exceeded our expectations, made our business more profitable, and solved all the problems we had just learned to live with that always came along with other processors.
