I went in today and it peeled hours later. Also didn’t paint all of my nail bed. In my picture, you can the space in between. I’m disappointed that I had a bad experience. Lady was nice, but seemed rushed.

I love coming here! Its very clean, relaxing and overall a great experience each time. All of the employees take their time, theyre very sweet and polite.They dont rush you! I love the massages and the peaceful atmosphere. Cleanliness is important to me and they definitely meet my expectations and make me feel comfortable! Theyre very clean! I have not had a bad experience here. Its my go to place! I definitely recommend 👌

If you are a walk in they will use you as insurance and I will explain. When you come in ,most likely they are busy they will have you sit down in one of their pedicure chairs as long as you dont mind waiting the time they say,which was 30 min this last incident... after waiting 30 minutes in there massage pedicure chair with my bare feet in the foot rub, they allow some other woman who supposedly they claimed had an appointment to have her pedicure ,would have heres DONE BEFORE MINE even though I had been waiting 30 minutes.IF THEY KNEW THEY HAD A ANTICIPATED APPOINTMENT,WHY HAD THEY INSTRUCTED FOR ME SIT BAREFOOT IN THE FOOT BATH ,WITH A SERVICE TIME OF 30 MIN WAIT...BUT I FIGURED THEM OUT;;What they do is they will have walk-ins wait as standbys INSURANCE JUST in case theyre regular appointments dont show up that way they dont lose business for that booked hour . If their appointment doesnt show up they will take the walk in. But if an appointment shows up they will have the person waiting leave which is what happened to me twice in a row at this establishment. The first time I waited one hour and I was told that the regular appointment of a person was more important than me waiting so I had to leave. This place is expensive anyways and their work isnt that great the only reason I come here is just convenience. Save the hassle and go elsewhere because these people are very rude very very rude and they dont care about customer service

I got acrylics, full set, for about 70 bucks. I was serviced by Hannah. The experience was mediocre. Another woman brought a child and it distracted my artist a lot which was a bit irritating. She also took frequent breaks during doing my hands. She also left them filed really jagged on the sides which it honestly kinda ugly. But theyre nice. Are they worth 70 dollars though? Maybe 50. I forgot to mention that i had an appointment and she took walk ins before me and had me wait 30 minutes past my appointment time.

Prices are not as listed. Horrible work done. Dont waste your money or time here.

Rude customer service, went by and was told it was a long wait so I told them I would come back went back and they told me come back tomorrow. I remember getting my nail/toes there one time and I clearly remember they did this to a customer in front of me the last time now I know how she must of felt

UPDATE: Nails lifted really quick (within a week) so i dropped the rating to 4 stars instead of 5.-----Their customer service is outstanding and way better than rose nails. They will stay open past their closing time just to make sure their customers are happy. If you don’t have an appointment, I’d recommend calling since they get pretty busy so they’ll tell you the times they have available for you to come in. Saves you time and gas.As for their acrylic nails, they use the dipping technique to create the nail. First time I have ever had this done on me but it took about the same amount of time as the normal technique. Because sod this, their salon doesn’t smell like the acrylic monomer (liquid used to make the nails) so that was nice. I was helped by Dan and he took his time and made sure my nails came out the way I wanted them. I paid $42 for a full set ($38 for the acrylic nails + $5 for the coffin shape). Would definitely recommend.

1 star is too much for this place!! Horrible cannot even describe my experience. Made an appointment for 3 people, after an hour of waiting I ask why we were still waiting. She keep repeating that they are “busy” she then only calls one of us starts her nails, gets up and starts helping other customers for 15 minutes, we timed it because we couldn’t believe what was going on. It was crazy!! Needless to say after waiting over an hour with only half of 1 out of the 3 started we went somewhere else for the other 2 sets. Wish we could of all 3 just left I would never recommend!!

Extremely upset and unsatisfied! I went in to have a mother daughter spa day spent over$160 and ended up getting my skin cut open by Hannah not once was I offered a way to rectify the situation other then was I okay? Well lets see no obviously not okay, I was bleeding, even after I asked politely to please go slow. No offer of discount nothing. Will never come back to this place!

Booked an appointment online, arrived & was told only phone call appointments. Couldn’t accommodate me same day or day after. Would’ve been nice if their Facebook page was used to update information like this.

They charged me $60 for a plain white ombré acrylic which is done badly, the nails are different lengths and they are bumpy around my cuticles never coming here again ! And they didn’t even cut my regular nails down so my acrylic nail is already lifting and it’s been 5 days since I got them done.

This place is great! I went there for the 1st time on my birthday to pamper myself. The place is clean and the staff was very friendly. I love the gal that did my toes, awesome job and I will be goin back!

I was in the area and decided to check this place out. They were busy at first and told me to come back in 40 minutes. After half an hour, they called me and were able to attend me. It was my first time getting a pedicure and they treated me so well. At one point they massaged my legs with really smooth pebbles that were left under UV light. It felt so good.

Hidden Gem. Im very suprised of the bad reviews. I have had 3 pedicures here and have all been great. I get Annie every time I go and I can tell she loves her job, she gives a great foot/leg massage. I recommend getting the spa pedicure. The massage chair is great. It is clean and the other staff are always friendly. This is my go to place when I need to relax and unwind.

I came in at 9 right when they open on a Sunday. I was seated right after I picked my color. I had a relaxing experience. The people who work here are very friendly and not pushy at all when it comes to asking you what type of pedicure you would like. They also handed out mini water bottles. I would come here again.

My best friend and I went here. It was her first time getting a manicure. We made appointments for both of us and we ended up waiting an extra 45 minuets before getting seated and even more time before we had our technicians come and work on us. The stations were dirty and my nails were slopily done. I asked for gel and a child could have done them better. The shape was crooked and the paint was uneven and looked like there were globs at the tips of my nails. My best friend had bubbles in her mani and while we were seated we heard the owner (a man) talking to a woman who had a lip burn from their waxing (so theyre bad for that too). I had to go to Sallys and get stuff and I removed it the same day. Their gel setting machine also made my hands REALLY dark, something that has never happened before. They also charged WAY mor than waht was agreed upon over the phone.

Nice salon, very clean. Pushy male nail tech did not want to do coffin nails and wanted to charge more for coffin than stiletto. Middle finger nail shorter than my other nails. Told the nail tech and it was not fixed. Other staff was very friendly. Nails were not buffed enough for acrylic. Worried it will lift.

Made an Appointment for me and my Granddaughter her first Pedicure. Christina is GREAT took her time Very Professional Excellent Customer Service. The salon put sanitary bags inside the water base so there are very clean.Had been going to Nail Time for a long time the last three times that I have gone my feet are ichey and burning call for an appointment and still have to wait .service is poor so many customers they hurry and dont do a very good job.Try Ruby Nail Salon you wont regret it.

I recently went to have a pedícure which i was not very happy becuase i wanted my toes to be acrylic which they complain to much i understand that is more work, but either way im the customer and i am paying for their service so i decided to do one acrylic which they were filing my toe and cut my cuticle and it still sting a lil bit but even dough they would talk on their language it made me feel really uncomfortable they were still having toughts about what i wanted to be done

20 minute wait almost every time. I asked for a spider on my ring finger and they made it seem so inconvenient and told me it would be an extra 12 dollars. They are very rude.

Im giving the salon an extra star because the wait wasnt too long as a walk in and it was late when I went in. But I was overcharged, I paid 50 dollars for a full set of acrylics.. med sized one color coffin nails. I have gone to 2 other salons for the same thing after & was charged less. Not to mention I had a bubble on a nail (they use the powder dip method)
