Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a tech repair shop. I brought a game console in for repairs and was told it’s unfixable. I went in to pick it up and was told that actually it is fixable, but they mixed my parts up with another customers parts. How does that happen at a computer repair shop?! The story changed from my console only missing the panels and they’ll order replacements to now my console is missing the motherboard and all the inside parts and they wanted me to order the replacements. They did eventually compensate me by ordering a new console, giving me $100, and my diagnosis fee back, but this was after TWO AND A HALF MONTHS. They should have done whatever they could to fix it as soon as they found out they messed up. Also the whole time I was waiting for them to fix it I never received any updates as to what’s going on. I had to call them to get any info every single time. I eventually spoke to a manager who knew what was going on, but never stepped in to help. I was told by the manager that they’re finally going to order a new console and be able to transfer the data on my hard drive without wiping it. I was also told they would call me as soon as the console came in and when they finished the transfer. Two weeks later guess what didn’t happen? THEY NEVER CALLED! I had to call them again to get told that it was done and just sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. When I did pick up the new console I found out that they didn’t even transfer my data like they said they would.Very unprofessionalNo communicationCan’t get their stories straightTake way too long to fix the problemDO NOT GO HERE!

Brought in laptop today because tape connecting fan vent to heat sink was flapping away. The went through, cleaned it out, put some more conductive tape, and even replaced the thermal pads on some of my parts that were crumbling away from use and age. Computer is 30-40 degrees cooler across the board(system,gpu,cpu). And they managed to get it done same day. Cannot recommend them enough. I am coming back to switchout my fans and battery as the battery is toast and the fans have begun to have a small amount of rattling from being out of balance from age and use. Fantastic Service, George is the man.

Very professional, courteous, and polite when I brought my hard drive in for repair. They are very concise with their answers and I’m glad to come here for computer needs when I need help with anything computer-related.

Whatever time frame they give you EXPECT 3 TIMES THAT. What ever price they “estimate” EXPECT 3 TIMES THAT. I was charged full price for a repair after two weeks even though they didn’t touch it after not meeting their estimated repair time. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE IN 2 WEEKS AND I STILL WAS CHARGED IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED PLEASE COME GET YOUR ELECTRONICS FIXED HERE.

Came here to salvage a desktop that was fried from an electrical surge. They were able to save my data, unfortunately the circuit board was a lost cause. The staff and new management are fantastic! Simone, thank you for your friendly, prompt service! We’ve used them many times for our business and personal computing needs.

Action Computers really helped out our company at the very last moment. We had about 20 computers with no operating systems installed on them and we were going to open our business on a Monday. Me and my team had extreme difficulties trying to locate somebody who would be able and willing to help us install operating systems on these computers. Action Computers helped us out we dropped off our towers on a Friday and they worked over the weekend to install our operating systems. We were up and running by Monday. This company is extremely helpful I would give them five stars any day!

I will admit, I was not very fond of using this business for my tech work. Until I learned that there was an entire new crew and someone I know and trust working there. So, I gave it a shot. Lets say that not only was the price very reasonable but the quality of work and attention they put into what they do is amazing. They turned me from an untrusting skeptic to a firm believer of their service!

Jorge is AWESOME!!!! The best customer service I have ever received - did not make me feel stupid and actually solved my problems without charging me a fortune. The dude is honest and friendly and very knowledgable. As long as you employ Jorge you have my business.

I took in an old HP XP desktop that was totally dead. I Left it there and went home. Amazingly enough, I was called about 2 hours later and advised that the computer was repaired. It had a dead power supply which Action Computer Replaced. They only charged me the standard diagnosis charge and the price for the power supply.I was impressed that their Techs noticed that it was probably an easy repair, took the time to check it and repaired the computer right away.This is about the 3rd computer repair theyve done for me and I have had no issues on any of them.

Good place to have your computer questions answered. The staff will do a diagnostics check and to tell you what your computer needs. On my computer it was a internet network adapter issue which was the modem port from the computer to your router.My experience with the service is great but the prices for the services is a bit higher than I expected but still with quality service you cant go wrong with Action Computers.

Action Computers fixed the screen on my computer easily. The charge for the diagnostic and cost of screen was great. Most of all they had excellent communication. I got lucky finding them!

My laptop had a virus and when I took it to action computers, I explained the problem and told the gentleman that this was my only home computer, which was shared by three of us all taking on-line classes, and therefore wanted to know how long it would take to service it. He told me it would be within a week for sure, so when a week had passed I called and they said it was currently being worked on and that it would only be 2 more days. After 2 additional days had passed, I called again and they asked me what needed to be done, which was a contradiction to what they told me earlier. I told them and they said they would work on it and I would have it back by Friday of that week. I called on Friday to confirm it was ready and again, they had not even started working on it. Eventually, I did get my computer repaired but it took twice as long as they said it would. When I picked up the computer, the gentleman stated that he just wiped my computer clean of everything, but did a recovery of all my data. However, most of my data was not recovered. They also wiped off my Microsoft 2010 that I had installed, and when I took my laptop by to them and asked them to reinstall it, he would not reinstall without proof that I had purchased it....what? Also, they uninstalled my printer, and because I do not still have the disc and it is an older model, I can no longer use my printer. Lastly, when I picked up my laptop I told the gentleman that it would have been more productive for me if they would have just been honest with me about the time it would take them to fix it, and I would have made other arrangements. The gentleman admitted that they had actually misplaced my computer for a few days and werent able to locate it. He also said that since I was needing it quickly, he just wiped it clean instead of trying to remove the virus. So while the people that I dealt with were always curtious, their service was horrible and I will personally never use them again.

Our computer was not recognizing our printer and it was seriously frustrating. So I called action computers and spoke with Simone, She was here the next day on time and got right to work. After digging deep into our computer Simone diagnosed the problem, our old printer information was the problem. Now our desktop is in touch with our printer and the unit overall is faster. If I were to need computer help in the future I would call Action computers and ask for Simone. Thanks again Simone for your Knowledge and Ability to resolve the problem. Prices are super high. But they have the best people to fix your computer. I would never buy a system here but I would have no problem bringing one in to be fixed

DO NOT waste your $40 to bring in ur pc for the diagnosis! These staffs do not have enough skills and knowledge to fix ur PCs. I already wasted too much time and money in this place. Repeat!! DO NOT waste your time and money on them plz, they suck.

Helll naw, too expensive and while yes the gpus are expensive right now you are no better trying to sell it for “less”.

I took my computer in because I didn’t know what was wrong with it because it wouldn’t turn on they told the motherboard was Fried.So last night I open it up and checked on it and I was able to fix it and now it’s currently running again and they charge me for there service and they said it had no fix to and they couldn’t get a motherboard for it so no way in replacing it and I was able to fix it like in 30 minutes.

I really recommend action computers. They are really honest on what u should do to your device and they are also really helpful when you have any questions.
