First time ever getting a haircut thats actually what I wanted. She didnt cut any excess length, and though the waiting area was fairly full she didnt rush through my appointment to get done quickly. Best haircut experience ever.

Good service, the staff is really attentive prefer this location over the Atwater location which has staff that seems to be the opposite.

Each time I go, everyone is very friendly and Ive always been happy with my haircut.

Walked in, expecting to wait, and I did, but only about 45 minutes. The ladies wear all very busy. It was good to see some normalcy in the world. I love my new cut!

Absolutely worst service ever. Made appointment for 2:45. I was told that I was second in line. Four people went ahead me.. the ladies do a good job but youll continue to lose business when you overbook and you under deliver...

They were great service but cut my hair too short

I phoned ahead for an appointment. They were within 5 minutes of my appointment time. My stylist listened to me for the haircut I wanted and delivered what I asked for.

I use Jacalyn when I visit and recieve excellent service. Staff seems very professional and the salon is always clean. Pleasant experience.

My haircut was fine. HOWEVER, there was a sign outside the building requiring masks while inside and stating that the lobby was closed and we must stand outside until our name was called. I was asked to go outside and wait until called. In the meantime there were 3 adults and 2 children (they were clients) allowed to remain in the air conditioned building. 2 wore their masks below their chins and 2 were allowed to stay in there with no mask on. They had them, they just werent wearing them. Only 1 of the clients was wearing their mask. It was easy enough to see them through the glass door. If you are going to enforce this BOGUS mandated farce, you should enforce it equally.

The haircuts are out of this world! The employees are very nice, and are very friendly! They also go further beyond, I had no clue what I was doing and then I got one of the best haircuts Ive seen in my life! 5/5 Stars!

My hairdressers name was Mary. I was really nervous at first, but during the process she really made me feel at ease. She was super sweet and did an amazing job with making my hair look great. I definitely recommend this place.

Ok so went to supercuts... Or should I say deadcuts. This is no place to get a hair cut or your beard trimmed. This girl that cut my hair should go back to school two more time. She just took Clippers with a number 8 come and went to town on my hair. When she began to trim my beard I could tell she didnt have any idea what she was doing. We end it by ask her just that. Do you know what youre e doing. Oh well 6 months and my hair will be back to normal. Gotta go ... See ya.

The hairdressers here really know what they are doing. They train and retrain as techniques are always upgrading and cuts change. Great service

Appear that they have a high turn around on barbers. Asked for a regular haircut and received a fade. Worst fade at that. Came home and fixed it myself.

I went in with a hack job.... literally I was soo sad the vision I had for the hairstyle I wanted only to be disappointed (completely my fault for going somewhere else) still. ... went with my gut feeling and walked in made an appt for later the same day and crystal (I believe was her name)took such good care of my hair and knew exactly what I wanted and was so nice and let me vent over the hack job that I had been given... thanks for saving my day before I returned back to work!!!!

Sometimes there is a long wait but amazing service.

The people are nice and they always do a good job, but the cuts are pricey and theres always something slightly wrong with the cut I notice afterwards. Make sure to check your cut before you leave to get your moneys worth.

Great service great people best place to go to in Merced I have to say Ellie is the best person there to cut your hair every time there closed have to go to horrible great clips and they do the worst job there but Supercuts is a great place to go to 👍👍👍👍
