Dont go on the weekends...I just came home after asking them to please spray the bugs that had died on my car and that was NOT done. I called and they said that since I left the premise they would not allow me to come back and have a rewash. My car is still wet! Poor customer service. I would not recommend the Shell station especially on weekends the you dont have the regulars working.

Always enjoy coming here for an oil change or a carwash and of course to buy some gas.Very friendly and pleasant staff, who are always happy to help get my car in order.Not many places like this left, where you can go to the neighborhood mechanic and enjoy a good conversation and some friendly advice.

Easy to access station. Prices were good. I had a pump that had a credit card reader problem, and I didnt see any signs. I just stood there trying multiple times and cards. Moved to another pump, card worked first time.

Just fine. Prices tend to be on the lower side when comparing shops.

Except for the random rude employee, I love this Shell full-service (self-service at the pumps) station. The loyalty program is phenomenal. The gas never gives me problems, always high quality/clean. They have mechanics that do quality work, but it is a bit pricey (better than most dealers). The car wash (brushes with full contact) is the best in Ozaukee County. Free vacuums after your wash along with free air - thats unheard of these days! A side note, the architecturally pleasing design is a nice, added bonus. REMEMBER TO TIP AFTER YOUR CAR IS WASHED AND DRIED!

State mask mandate and employees in the gas station are not wearing masks. 🤷‍♂️ I stopped to get gas but I certainly wouldnt get anything there that required interacting with the employees.

Get my gas there often as its ten cents cheaper per gallon in Mequon than it is at many of the gas stations in Thiensville.

The absolute BEST stay in your car, car wash in all of Ozaukee County, with hanging cloths that clean and employees that pre-spray and dry your car at the end (try to tip at least 10% people, more if youre happy with the work and people). Last time I checked you can buy wash packages in quantities of 5 or 10 and save money that way. The vacuums are free for YOU to use in the parking lot.The gas is top-rate and if you join their rewards program you save at least five cents per gallon (up to 15 gallons per fill up). The six-pumps/12-total are well lit and if you use a debit/credit card, it is 24 hours at the pump.And get this - the air is free!I havent used their mechanics (I go to Tom Butler Auto & Sales on Teutonia in Milwaukee) but the place is always packed so they must be good.I highly recommend this station.

This place has the best car wash in a 50 mile radius. And no b.s. with the mechanics, they saved me like 600+ doing a repair flipping pipes around.
