The Sharp Edge crew did an amazing job installing my yard. Took it from absolute zero and cleared, cleaned and prepped the yard for seed and sod, tree installation, gorgeous beds with plants & flowers that really pop. Jeremy and Darin were super helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted and then coming up with a plan. They’ve come back several times just to check on everything and clean and trim everything up. Couldn’t be happier!

I am SO happy with the work Sharp Edge has done (tree removal/trimming) that I would give ten stars if I could! From the initial phone call to completion of todays work, Jeremy and his crew were professional, polite, competent and thorough. The crew arrived 15 minutes early (I know, right?) with tons of equipment and as I watched them work it was apparent that they all knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I have to mention cleanup - they went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything was taken care of. Were scheduled for some additional landscape work in the next few weeks and I couldnt be more satisfied with having chosen Sharp Edge for the job. And heres the kicker...the price was substantially less than the other estimate I received!

My daughter purchased a home in Painesville whee the yard and landscaping had been seriously neglected for years, maybe decades. I called several contractors for quotes and they ranged from $1,300 to over $8,000 all for the same exact job. Jeremy from Sharp Edge came over and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was knowledgable, professional, and took the time to write up a detailed, line-item proposal. After reviewing all the bids, his quote was about 1/3 of the highest bid. After accepting it, he stayed in contact and advised of their start date. When they did arrive, they had an army of guys with professional equipment and what was supposed to take 2 days, they finished in 9 hours, counting a break for lunch! Of course it helped that because of all the rain, they were not able to work on a couple of their bigger commercial jobs so extra manpower was avaialble. But all the guys actually seemed like they were eager to work and enjoyed what they did. They cleaned up when they were all done and now my daughters house is one of the nicest on the street. I HIGHLY recommend Sharp Edge!! If you know me, you know how critical I am and what a stickler I am for details. We currently use Sharp Edge for our weekly landscaping needs and for snow removal in the winter. Weve also used them for large tree pruning. Weve been very pleased with all their work. We decided to use Sharp Edge when we needed to have 7 very large pine trees removed. Sharp Edge took steps to protect the property while they worked, handled the job quickly and expertly, and cleaned up nicely after the tree cutting was complete We are very happy with the results and we wouldnt hesitate to use them again!

I cant say enough good things about Sharp Edge. Jeremy took pictures and came up with a great planting design plan for all sides of my home. They ground a tree stump and planted lots of beautiful plants. They were all very nice and professional and left the place so much nicer and cleaner than when they began. We were very happy with the services provided by Jeremy and his crew. We had them come to fix what someone else did not do well, which included redoing a bed; removing, transplanting, and adding shrubs; leveling land where an old bed was; as well as adding a bed around our air conditioner. We didnt know what we wanted, and he knew exactly what we to do! Jeremy and the crew were very friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend!

Darin and his team did a phenomenal job with our tree removal project. They cleared about 30 medium size trees from our backyard, then ground the stumps, and cleaned up the area all in one day. These guys were top-notch! They were tasked with a huge mess of a maple and had to crane the entire thing over the house. Two days of clearing out woods in our backyard so we can utilize more space. They cut down vines that were killing trees and cleared out every last branch. Even pressure washed our driveway when they were done! Highly recommended!

Watch if you call for an estimate. They will come out without making an appointment. When I already had another company, he said I had made the appointment and walked away unprofessionally. Since I already had someone coming I did not make an appointment with this company. If he was here, he should have gone ahead with the estimate instead of having a poor attitude. This is not the only company that came out without confirming an appointment, but the others did the estimate anyways and did not have an attitude problem.

The only tree service youll need! We contacted Sharp Edge because we had a significant number of trees we had to take down....twenty six. Darin came out several times to walk the lot, assess the job and discuss how we could make the large job fit into our budget. He addressed our concerns about safety, relative to our home, and delivered as promised. The largest of the trees removed was a hundred year old cottonwood that toward over our home. His expertise in using a crane to gingerly lift and carry the large pieces over our house was nothing short of amazing. They took care in placing boards down to minimize the damage their equipment could cause and spent the last day cleaning up so we were not left with a mess on our hands. Four days on site resulted in a perfectly executed removal of all trees. Sharp Edge exceeded our expectations. They were professional, respectful and certainly a company we will continue to call in the future.
