The Dollar Tree at 7843 Mentor Avenue use to be an awesome store. Now the store is a complete train wreck. Constantly dirty, lacking stock and employees. The one on Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe is much better. Very well stocked, clean, and outstanding employees. It is further from my home but it is worth the trip.

Such a mess. When John the manager worked there the store was so neat and stocked. I keep going back to see if there is a improvement, but so far none.

The store wasnt stocked at all, the staff acted like they didnt care there was customers in the store, the place was trashy and unkept! There is one of the road make sure you go to that one or just hit up dollar general

This place is an absolute mess. Not sure what happened. It used to be fine. The employees also dont know how to properly wear masks. It goes over your nose, people.

This store was easily one of my favorite dollar trees until as of late. Was always stocked well and not cluttered. I went last week. A total mess, and whoever decided it was a good idea to put t-shirts and socks behind the counter is counter productive. The line was long as ever while having the cashier sift through sizes and colors. I used to go out my way to go to this dollar tree. I didnt see any of the regular workers...is there new management. Cant see myself going back anytime soon. Disappointed.

Came in here to get a few things. Cashier in the front had a line as long long as the aisle it was in front of. Cashier Patricia was calling for help for Tina to come up and ring.. and we could hear a small tantrum being thrown in the aisle next to us for being called to help ring. Tina stood there hiding in the aisle talking on the phone through blue tooth ear piece and didnt leave her aisle... We got in line behind the 12 other people.... Tina shouldnt have a job...

Stop in there a few times. Usually alright. Went to go tonight, google says open until 8pm and the store door also says 8pm. Went to run in quickly at 6:20 and there is a hand written sign that says “we are closed”

This store is one hot mess. dirty floor, looks looks like hasnt been swept in months. shelves in disarray...there are 2 ladies at checkout who are nice, thats the one star. no longer my go to store

April was absolutely fantastic. Even with some extremely unpleasant customers and coworkers. She has always treated me with extreme friendly and professional behavior. With a long line of customers waiting to check out, 2 of her coworkers were playing on the other registers, possibly clocking out. One was on her cell phone utilizing the speaker, trying to deal with Doctors appointments. I felt extremely sorry for April. She always tries to make customers feel like they matter. Even when they are rude or worse.The 5 stars is only for April. If it was for her coworkers, it would have been a minus 5.

There was only one cashier at the time I went and she took her time helping someone. When another cashier came she was on her phone and didn’t pay attention whatsoever to the customers. We waited about 20 minutes in line when all I was buying was juice.

I stop by this store for the 1st time in 6 mos. I use to work down the road from this location and would stop at least once a week. It use to be well maintained. It was always clean , well stocked and the staff was always friendly. That was not my experience today. Since the new MGMT took over, the store and its customer service has gone down hill. The 1st thing I noticed today when I walked in was how cluttered and un-keeped it looked. I was also suprised to find how relaxed the employees were about the present day health codes.Unlike the other locations I now frequent, when l walked in, the door was propped open and no were did I notice were it said how many people are allowed in the building at any one time. Although, they do have plexiglass barriers at the registers, only the floor between the 2 main registers had the required 6 separation markers. The one that I was at did not. As a result, customers were clustered together in line. While I was in line waiting my turn, I was watching the cashier. First of all he was not wearing a mask, as is required for employees per store policy (I asked at another Dollar Tree) and current health codes. I watched this cashier stroke his long beard and wipe his mouth at least 3 or 4 times w/o cleaning his hands afterwards and continue to wait on customers. When it was my turn to checkout, I asked him if he could clean his hands with sanitizer before he waited on me. As I had food in my basket and saw him wipe his mouth several times. His response was I only touched my beard and I cant use sanitizer. Not the response that I thought I would get. It was only after I told him that if you dont clean your hands I am going to leave everything on the counter and walk out did he clean his hands.During this crazy time, everyone needs to do their part in keeping each other safe and healthy. Especially employees that work with the general public. As they can see hundreds of people a week. This particular store and its staff has shown how little they value their customers.

Love Dollar Tree! They have snacks and candies that are hard to find elsewhere. They also have some really pretty glassware (wine glasses, drinking glasses,etc.) It is a great place to buy decorative items for holidays as well

Its a dollar tree, you cant complain about something that cost you a dollar. Ive been this one a few times only since there is another closer to us. They always have stuff in stock. They always ask if you need help. No issues at all.

Its a dollar store, cant expect too much. The workers are friendly and helpful when you ask for their help but otherwise they ignore you and just chat with each other. Its always well stocked, but not super organized.

The store was nice neat clean well-stocked but I had the strangest feeling I was being followed throughout the entire story by one of the employees it would be 5 stars but the fact that I felt treated like Im guilty until proven innocent doesnt sit well with me so three stars for the store

This Dollar Tree is huge compared yo others that I have been in. It is also really organized. I will definitely be stopping here often.

Its a pretty nice Dollar Tree. It is fairly clean and organized but the floor is a little dilapidated which makes it a little unpleasant. Honestly it is a great store.
