Stratus has been the best experience I have had when dealing with exterior signage for our hotels. Designs and quotes are on time and thorough. Pricing is very competitive, and they are up on the latest brand requirements. With their help these large projects are smooth and efficient. That is why Stratus is my first, and only, call for exterior signs.

Weve partnered with Stratus for roughly two years (dating back to when they were MC Sign). Weve worked directly with their senior leadership team, marketing group, and sales team and theyve all been tremendous. They are collaborative, thoughtful, and flexible as a partner. Were looking forward to the rest of 2021 and some additional big projects were discussing for 2022.

Before you work for or with the company I strongly suggest you read this.I worked for MC Group | Icon from March 2020 - August 2020 during the middle of the pandemic. During my time employed there I watched them do the following: Fire ~10% of their work force. Cut everyones wages by at least 5%. They had all non-salary employees cut down to part time, stopped matching everyones 401k, and this was all delivered through a series of company meetings that was summarized as being done to make sure that they could continue to meet profits set by the year previous.I worked in their IT department and played a pivitol role in making sure day to day operations were as smooth as possible with ~700 people working from home.This company terminated me without warning or reason in the middle of a Global Pandemic and tried to get away without paying me for unused PTO. There was never a follow-up for my termination even after a formal 3 paged letter was sent to their Board of Directors.This is a terrible company to work for and I would urge anyone applying or thinking about working with this company to go elsewhere.

Youd be much better off calling a local contractor yourself to do the work. Wether it be for sign removal, replacing light bulbs on the outside of your building, or making sure a sign is fully working. Just by calling this middle-man, you will be paying at least 40% more than if youd have just called the same local vendor yourself. Plus, they have a very high turn over rate with their customer service employees. Youll be lucky if you can have the same project manger throughout the project.
