I heard from the grapevine that this company was very good. We decided to check them out and we were very impressed! Our salesperson, Parker, was the defining reason for our purchase, let alone the price. He is personable, easy going, down to earth, professional, polite and most importantly HONEST! He answered all of our questions. I had ALOT. He even complimented us on our house and loved the look of it too. We got a great deal and the windows are spectacular. No cheap Home Depot stuff here. If your looking for a return on your investment, this is definitely the place to buy your new windows! Thank you for all of your time Parker! Amazing experience with Windows Select! From the start they were responsive, kind and treated us very special! We wanted to turn our outdated sunroom more into an all seasons room. This required tearing out basically the entire wall, putting studs and new drywall with the window replacement. And then as soon as we updated the inside, we had to get the siding updated. I absolutely LOVE the siding color that they put on our sunroom. The gray slate look is so sleek looking and works perfectly with the updated white windows. The team was great- even when I told them I was ripping out the carpet and they didn’t need to vacuum after installation they continued to make sure it was perfect before they left. They didn’t leave any dirt (and it was muddy winter) or a nail. Which is important since I have dogs. They did a fantastic job with the entire install and the owner Justin is just so nice and treats you like a VIP. It was such a pleasure to work with them and have already recommended them to a friend! See my before and after pictures!!

We understood that it took 8 months from order to installation due to Covid supply chain issues. We had 5 double hung windows put in. Four out of 5 will not lock. We have had them back here 4 times between installers and service and our windows still do not lock. They give us an appointment time, show up hours earlier and wonder where we are. Now they state because of wood grain on the inside of the windows that is why they are not locking. Well all the windows have this and one locks so why not the other four? This does not even begin to address the scratches in the outside of the windows showing huge white scratches in the red paint. One pane window has a huge mar across it. When the sales person tells you the windows are inspected before installation it is very far from the truth. Absolutely disgusted by their horrible service and workmanship.

STILL WAITING FOR OUR WINDOWS! We signed the contract the beginning of May. Was told the windows would be installed in 18 WEEKS OR LESS from that date! Have called SEVERAL times, each time being told should be in the next couple of weeks or should be the end of this month. Now I am being told 4-8 MORE WEEKS! Which ends up being November or December (Im sure they will delay again.) I have requested to cancel our order due to them not meeting their contract time frame and they are refusing to refund our money and cancel the order. They claim it is because of supply and demand yet other businesses in our area are not waiting this long for windows. So I guess their famous words should be soon could mean today, tomorrow or a year from now.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I initially had four windows installed. I was so impressed with their excellent work, that I had new entry doors and a patio door installed on a second occasion. The crew was so efficient in cleaning up after themselves that you couldn’t even tell anyone had been working at my house. I couldn’t be more pleased, and I highly recommend them!

Josh the sales rep took his time, explained the process thoroughly & made it a easy decision. He was not pushy with the sale. Installation went very well. The quality of windows is incredible; excellent customer service too. When my dog damaged a screen, service called and was no problem replacing the screen. Overall from start to finish, I would highly recommend!

I have never purchased Window before so I was a little hesitant in the whole process and feeling like I would get ripped off. I got estimated from about 6 companies and Windows Select worked with me to get the price down to a level I was comfortable with. The Sales guy (Nick H) who came out was amazing and very courteous.The crew that came out did great work and the lead guy (Wish I could remember his name) informed me of the whole process along the way. He even brought up issues of where measurements were off and offered to resize the windows or just fill in the gaps (Which is the route we went). Whatever he is getting paid is not enough.They did an amazing job from start to finish and I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Jordan came to give us an estimate. Unfortunately we are unable to make a purchase at this time but will do in the future. We were very impressed with Jordans professionalism and knowledge. He has a great personality and is very easy to talk to. Jordan is a great asset to your company.

I used Windows Select for a complete exterior upgrade to my home, and they did a superb job! I had 25 new windows installed, new French doors, new siding, fascia and soffit wraps and new gutters, and everything turned out very professionally done. I am extremely satisfied with their work and their product. All their crews were wonderful craftsman and professional in their actions. There were some delays due to the suppliers for Windows Select, but the people at Windows Select worked tirelessly to get the job done in reasonable fashion. I cant recommend them enough!

We had a good experience from the sales rep to the installers. It took a little longer than we had hoped but totally understandable with the current job circumstances. Our windows look wonderful and we plan on using Windows Select to do the remaining windows next year

Soooo I havent seen any posts of how ridiculous their quoting/price structure is. I hate to sound mean but its sort of a scam. Well, in my opinion it seems like a scam because I assume (shame on me) that when a company calls you up to solicit their service and you create time to hear them out you would expect them to provide a fair and honest quote with minimal negotiating needed. Wrong was I. We were told MSRP on our project is 42k but wait its buy one get one free, so we can hold this price of 20k for 30 days... we didnt bite. So then we proceeded to hear about a letter that authorized the salesperson to reduce the price only for select customers down to 16k... sorry but that was much higher than we wanted to spend... then the salesperson, this is the honest truth, calls the manager who authorized a price today only of 13.6k. We declined... sort of felt slimmy. Then a meeting was setup with the sales manager who, honest truth, walks in and asks us who was here as our sales rep.... omg what? Needless to say that was extremely irritating to hear. After a few more minutes of sales talk our new price was just over 10k. To me thats a scam. Imagine if someone you know spent 10k more than they should have. I understand incentives and deals but that seems extremely shifty, just my opinion and not how I operate. I post this in hopes it saves someone you love money and from not being taken advantage of. My overall review is - dont buy from the first person that shows up. They might have the best windows but the sales pitch seemed shady to me.

My window installation was done professionally by 3 skilled window installers.They removed my old 1960 windows and replaced them with beautiful energy efficient ones.I was amazed how they removed a picture window approximately 5 feet high and 10 feet wide.They replaced it with a highly, very beautiful Bow Window. Being a first time homeowner and purchasing a house with windows still in from the 1940s more than likely, I had to make a big decision of buying new windows for the entire house! I was SO IMPRESSED with Jon Ziemann that I literally signed up for the 3rd biggest purchase of my life on the spot! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and didnt try to up sale me like a Used car man (you know the type). Not to mention it was the best price in comparison to the others! He got down to the nitty gritty and used my time wisely and efficiently to get me comfortable to make the decision. Windows select seem to have very great customer service and great money-saving deals. I definitely will be sure to use their services for my next home improvement project.

On April 30, 2020 the sales rep came to our house with his presentation. Since this was a big investment, we wanted to take our time and get some more quotes, thats when the high pressure tactics came in. Since our old windows were in such bad shape, we figured anything would be better than what we had, the price was right so we gave in and signed the contract. Like most of the negative reviews, Window Select has major communication and project management problems. Windows were delayed due to Covid, we totally understood as it was something beyond their control. Finally, after some rescheduling, and still being understanding, the installers showed up on November 12, 2020, walked through the house and said they needed more supplies, left and didnt come back until the next day. Now a two day job was going to be completed in one day. I told Justin, the owner, that I didnt want the job rushed with a poor outcome. He assured me that we had the best installers and they would get it done. Our windows installation was completed in one day on November 13, 2020 as they worked until 9pm, in the dark. The installers did leave the house inside cleaned up, but the next morning when we went outside to check their work we discovered a hole in our siding and most of the j channels cracked and broken, screws all over the place. We went into the house, opening and closing all the windows to make sure they worked. We had a total of 13 windows replaced so when we had some minor problems with locks and our awning window didnt close properly, we once again were understanding. For a job that big, you might expect some problems. On November 18, 2020 we had our first service visit, waste of time. Second visit on Nov. 30, 2020 and the technician came out and fixed the minor problems, except for the awning window, supposedly that needed some parts, I also give him a piece of siding so they can match it with our existing siding. They lose the piece I gave them. Siding guy comes out with swatches, cant find a match. After 2 visits, when the 3rd technician came out on May 3, 2021 to fix the awning window, it was determined that a new window needed to be ordered, along with that, a wrong replacement window was ordered and he also looked at an issue with another window. Is it normal for you to lift the window 1/4 when its closed and locked? I think not. More calls, more emails, no calls or emails back. There is definitely a trend here. They keep kicking the can down the road. Sent an email on May 1, 2021, asking for an update, this was Andrews response:Hi Joyce,Yes, the siding has been ordered and should be in at the end of the week. It’s a pretty small piece so it shouldn’t take long at all to get here. As soon as it comes in we will have our siding manager come out and take care of that for you. On May 19, 2021, I email Andrew, assuming that the siding came in, asking when it would be installed. Andrews response on May 25, 2020.Just wanted to give you an update on the siding. Across the country for months now the Home Exterior industry has some of the worse delays weve ever seen. We are still waiting on the siding to come in but because of delays we are doing everything we can. As far as the window issues are concerned, please refresh my memory on what the issue for the DH is so I can direct you and direct my team to help you so at least we can get that taken care of ASAP. We take a trip to Menards, go to the siding department where we find a match to our siding and they tell us it can be delivered in 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Interesting. On May 27, 2021 I email both Andrew and Justin about my siding issues and the new problem with 2 of our windows. No response from either one. I reach out to Andrew via a text on June 16, 2021 and he was to get back to me on June 17, still waiting. Ive lost my patience and I am no longer understanding. I want my issues fixed. We have yet to sign our Certificate of Completion. Go to the BBB, theyve been flagged for complaints.

Let me first start out by saying I am posting this for my grandma, she doesn’t have a google account so I told her when I got back from vacation, I would be sure to post this review.It’s been a nightmare for her to even get windows and a door installed to begin with, due to the COVID-19 backup. Then after she had everything put in, we had to have a crew come out and fix her locks and some other issues. There were two different employees that came out that day, Ed and Sean. Ed was very kind, patient and seemed to know what he was doing. The other technician Sean was not patient, seemed almost angry, and to be honest he had a very distinct odor of alcohol! He seemed very out of it as if he was under the influence. That was extremely concerning for us as homeowners and customers of window select. There are some very nice employees that have helped us out but overall our experience has not been the best. The icing on the cake was that employee with his attitude and odor. I am so glad we can finally be done with this whole ordeal.

The windows are great really happy with them Justin and Ray did a great job fixing all th issues we had will recommend them to all friends and family. Great job guys thank you

One minor miscommunication regarding a storm door {which I did not order ultimately}. The installers were efficient and polite. Small disappointment of several pieces of glass by one area, but otherwise clean up was very good. Very happy with new windows and door.

I want to share the experience I have with Windows Select has been quite a journey filled with difficulty, frustration, and plague. Through all of this, I stuck with them because they went above and beyond trying to make things right for me and my home, and made sure I was happy with everything. Recently replaced 12 original windows in my 1955 home with the Defender Max windows. Everyone I worked with, from the salesman to the installers and finance department were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. They took time to answer questions and guide me through the process. Installation was estimated to take two days, but the team finished it in one. They cared about making me happy and I truly am. Would recommend this company to friends and family without hesitation.

So far windows select has been quite the let down. They told us that we needed to have all the furniture moved away from the window and the blinds taken down before they come I did all of this and wait all day for them to show up (the appointment was for 8 to 10) and no one shows up or calls to let us know whats happening. So I call them monday morning and was told the person i need to talk to is in a meeting and he will call me 4 hours go by and still no call so I call again and he is in another meeting or so Im told and to expect a call with in the next two days. So Ive canceled everything I need to do and tore the house apart and they cant get any answers as to what is going on for days. To top it off the finance company started our payments and we were told there are no payments until the job is done. Quite unhappy with this company.

We ordered our windows back October 2020. They promised an install date and when I called to confirm they said that the manufacture was backed up due to Covid. Then in March they came and installed our window (which the big picture window was cracked). My sliding door handle was scratched and the screen ripped. They couldnt find my front screen door. They finally ordered a new screen door and months later came and installed it. Finally in on May 28th 2021 the came and replaced the cracked pitcher window and I reminded them about the scratched handle and ripped screen. They were going to have someone contact me right away. NEVER HEARD BY FROM THEM!!!!!!!! Tried calling multiple times. Still waiting and it 7/22/21

Salesman said all the right thing and promised service delivery and follow through.Months of delay , constant and I mean constant of myself calling Window select owner to see where and when items were going to be installed.Contracted installers not their own crew as sold in presentation did a good job overall.The lack of communication from wi Dow select was the biggest problem.Over ordering of product and no refund offered on expensive stone product.Decorative pieces offered to compensate delays never installed even after being reminded.Old gutters being left behind for 3 weeks killing grass and had to call to have them picked up. Said truck was to small?Should have backed out when I had the chance.Would stay clear unless you want to babysit the process.Will be filing a claim on the overcharged product as owner again wouldn’t respond. Giving 2 star only because hired contractors did a good job installing the siding and stone.

Using Windows Select has been a nightmare. We ordered windows and one door May of 2020. Windows took about 3 1/2 months (they broke one and had to come back with a replacement) and the door? Oh well that has been measured wrong about 3 times and we’re still waiting on it. If you need them to call you back on your questions...don’t count on it. If you’re looking to speak to the staff that say they are the ones handling your issue...don’t count on it. If you’re waiting to hear back from anyone...definitely don’t count on it. We’ve been promised several times that someone will call us back on the missing door, and they never follow through. What a disappointment. Please don’t waste your time with these guys, especially if you need your project done in a year or so.I have to say the staff is very friendly!! So they have that going for them.Update*So they came with our door finally!! But 4th time was not a charm. Wrong size yet again…. We are always promised a phone call back, to no avail. We are at a loss now as to what to do because no one will contact us, return a message or even attempt to rectify the situation. It’s a DOOR.I know you will write on here that you’ve tried to contact us but that simply isn’t true. We are paying for an unfinished job and it’s super disappointing. Justin, Ray, and Andrew will not follow through with anything. So again, beware of this company and save the headache.

The rep never even made it to my house for the estimate. He canceled twice at the last minute. I imagine only his time is valuable and not definitely not my business. If they cant get it together to get out for an estimate what can they do?

My husband and I met with Windows Select and ordered new windows and a sliding door July 2020. We have had two failed installs due to the wrong windows and door being delivered. We have had many promises of fixing this situation and here we are over a year later and we still do not have the windows we ordered. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

I cant quite give an answer yet as Im in the beginning of the process. The sales pitch is a bit excessive, I already know Im buying windows, why are you trying to sell me on them? Maybe ask in the beginning of your pitch and cut the wasted time. Ill update this review once my windows and door are installed.

Had an in home consultation a few days ago. The sales rep started out professional - kept using us by name, was very scripted, etc. Has not worked for the company long, only about a year, if we had questions he would send a text to his boss to get answers on the spot, great. We picked out doors (4 doors) and we were getting pricing. Noticed the salesman was on Snapchat on his phone while he was pretending to use his calculator. Gave us our pricing (outrageous, almost $10,000) for the 4 doors. We turned down the service and then felt very pressured and guilt tripped into purchasing the product. They were willing to give us the preferred customer discount that still brought it down to $8000 for 4 doors. Mind you, 1 front entrance door, 1 screen door, 1 porch door, and 1 door with just a half glass.After the rep left, we looked over the quote and our doors colors were selected wrong (so if we would have ordered it, the door would have been wrong), we werent asked if we wanted blinds inside the glass, grids, etc. We didnt get offered any other sort of designs - just gave us 4 sections of the catalog to look from and that was it (full, half, 3/4, or craftsman glass). Overall poor experience and I do not recommend this company - or atleast this salesman. Was not sold at all by the product.Update: had about 10 missed calls from the company as a follow-up on to the consultation and was still trying to pressure a sale. No thanks.

The 3 guys that came and installed were proffesional and quick. We had 6 windows put in last week when it was 10° outside and very windy. We really appreciate their work so much. Also Brittany came for the inspection on Saturday morning. She was very nice, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We would highly reccomend Windows Select.

We wanted to replace the original windows and sliding patio door in our home. We took several quotes and Window Select was the most competitive of the bunch. It may have taken a bit longer than planned, but it was well worth the wait! The install crew led by Daniel was top notch and very professional. They showed us how to open and remove the new windows and practiced safe distancing and took all the other precautions against COVID. The quality is exceptional and we’ve already noticed a warmer brighter home. No more drafts anymore for us! Their was a minor hiccup with the door but Window Select is committed to our satisfaction and worked with us to make it right. To me, that speaks volumes of a company and their commitment to their customers. I would use them again in the future!

Very professional company from the beginning to the end. We just had our installers leave (father/son team) very nice and answered all of my questions up front. Our 1958 home, that had original windows, looks newer and in better shape with the new beautiful windows! We did hit one hiccup with waiting time after measurement appointment and installer appointment. After reaching out to check on the status, the owner called me one evening and apologized and said due to Covid, the manufacturer is/was taking a little bit longer than usual. We did tell him that we understood and it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I got a call within a week saying my windows were in and two days later they were installed.

Window Select did an exceptional job with the siding and was also super proficient. We could not have asked for better installers; they went above and beyond! The process and order were seamless and we have already had so many compliments from our neighbors whom have said our 120 year old house looks brand new. We highly recommend the company.

We love our new windows. We were very unhappy with the ones we had as they functioned on a pulley system (double hungs) and several of them were broken and we could not find anyone who could fix them. Many were not able to be opened. Our new windows go up and down with ease. They look great in our house. I do like the double locks on them too. The installers were excellent...very hard-working. No complaints. Excellent company to go with. I would definitely recommend them.
