I put up a 5☆ positive review about Pools Etc a few years ago right around the same time as the lady with the apartment building and my review is missing.Weve been using Pools Etc for at least over 15 years and probably far more. Anytime we telephoned them they have been responsive and courteous. When it comes time to turn on and off the solar each year they are out within 48 hours. They are also meticulous when inspecting our solar panels and those solar panels are now 40 years old and in excellent condition. When a tiny part connecting the pool sweep to the pool broke, they came out the same day!So once again I will give pools etc a 5 star review and I hope this one stays up!

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. I questioned a repair price and Joey ranted at me for daring to question the repair price. I posted my experience on Nextdoor and received several messages from others having similar issues and some questioning the the validity of the repairs Pools Etc was recommending. This makes sense since Joey told me he basically gives away their monthly service, (although their prices are competitive with other local pool services) and they make their money on their repairs. Fortunately there are many options for pool service.

Unprofessional, unprofessional, unprofessional!!! Terrible experience with pool etc. management/ owner- I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone respond to my request in such terrible manners, - the owner is rude and should retire- canceled my Service already-

Pools Etc. has been servicing our pool for several years now. They are super dependable and keep our pool in tip top shape. They have responded quickly to urgent issues and have been great with repairs.

I had a terrible experience with Pools, Etc., and would never recommend them to anyone. I hired them to start a new pool service. They charged me well over the amount quoted, and didnt complete the job. I changed to another pool service who has been terrific. Pools, Etc is bad news and I would stay clear of them.

Many extras added to monthly service that are unnecessary. Jon, the owner, is very rude. Take your business elsewhere.
