I discovered TechLOOP when COVID forced the Stanford MicroSoft store to close down - what a gift ! Easily accessible on Santa Cruz Ave. in Menlo Park, and extremely capable and helpful, they managed to replace our office computer and transfer all its software systems and data most efficiently, as well as provide a fully empowered duplicate of a Dell laptop as a safety back-up, all at very fair costs with excellent ongoing support. Thank you Hector ! A FIVE GOLD STAR operation.

My MacBook Pro needed a new battery. They did this in 35 minutes while I got a mocha. This particular repair was less expensive than the next three closest places. I am going to get my iPhone 7 battery replaced. They are $10.00 more than others, Apple is $49, but the wait does not work. If these dosnt work out, I will repost.

Avoid at all costs, wanted to charge me $300 in parts and $50 in labor for a repair that took 3 minutes and $50 in parts. Always look up repairs before taking repair quotes at face value, Do Your Own Research!

Terrible!!! I was told my Mac would be fixed in 3 business days. Two weeks later it hadnt been touched. When I finally got it back it wouldnt even start up. I returned it and left it there another week. When I picked it up it seemed OK but when I got home the bottom fell off! None of the screws had been put back. I returned it for that to get fixed. Now it wont start up again!?!

Do not go to this store the staff try and take money from you and the quality is not good. I went 3 times and the first time I get my phone repaired for 90 bucks. the second time I went there I go to fix the screen and battery and the employee tells me it’ll be 100 for the screen and 60 dollars for the battery when it was fixed my home button was Crooked the screen worked but after a while half the screen (left side to be exact) would looked messed up and the battery started automatically shutting off the phone even though they were supposed to fix it and put a brand new battery in... my last time they tried to raise the price of fixing the screen to 115 and they said they could fix it and then I mention my battery and how they didn’t fix it. the employee says he couldn’t fix it because there was no warranty for battery’s (understandable I guess) he then tells me the battery would be 80 dollars but he could give me a discount of 69 dollars to fix it i say no thank you and then he starts to lie to me and tell me he can’t fix my screen unless I fix the battery because where the battery is laid out on my phone it was pushing the screen up I tell him no thanks I’ll go somewhere else and I go to Chinatown where I got my screen fixed with better quality of service and a better screen for 70 dollars.

The staff was very professional. It may seem silly but my phone is a very personal and valuable item to me. When they checked out my phone they let me know exactly what they were doing and why. I was also worried i was going to be sold items i didnt need. That was not the case at TechLoop. The prices were competitive from the sound of the other places i called on when doing my research. the work was done in UNDER 30 mins! If I break my phone again, I will definitely seek to do more business with them.

This place is awful. I took in a Dell XPS 13 and was quoted a price of $150 to replace the back, which had started to come apart from the body of the computer after I dropped it. The machine worked fine. After dropping it off, I later get a quote of $175, which I agree to. When I finally get a call that its done the computer has two screws drilled through the keyboard panel. The crack between the back and the main body is still there and it wasnt replaced at all. After complaining, the owner dropped the price to $150 and held my computer hostage until I agreed to it. Avoid this place at all costs. Im sure it will go out of business before my six-month warranty is up. There is no way a company like this can survive.

I have a year-old PC Envy laptop that developed a problem: the battery would not charge when the PC was on, which I could love with for a few months until it worsened to the battery will not charge and I cannot power up the PC. HP support was friendly but useless, when this was a clear electrical problem. I took the PC to Tech Loop and they agreed. They said it would be 3 - 4 business days to order the necessary part. They called me on the morning of the 4th business day to say the part arrived. I took in my PC and it was fixed and back to full function the next morning. I was happy with TechLoops service.
