Very knowledgeable and attentive. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. My only complaint: I wish they were available for follow-up appointments evenings and/or weekends as I have to take time off of work to get to my appointments.

MY experience was more than positive. .Mr Wagner was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He told me Its a noisy world out there, and he was so right. But i walked out with my new hearing aids able to hear whatever my family and friends said to me. Miraculous!
