Absolutely phenomenal service for brush removal in the town of Neenah. Extremely quick, courteous and flexible. Office team were great to work with as were the crew who did the work. High quality work and bailed us out of a jam with downed trees. Definitely recommend Bucklins!

Just experienced one of their Semi drivers driving down the highway with the back of his truck open dumping mulch all over the road. If they cant even be bothered to make sure their doors are secure before driving or notice when the door is singing back and forth while theyre driving I dont know how you can trust their service.

Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. I had a tree fall on my garage from the storm in July. Called them the next day and they came out for an estimate not to long after. I then called the next day to schedule the removal. The receptionist told me they would give me a call before they came to do the removal. I thought it was odd I didn’t have to schedule anything but I figured with the storm damage they would just work down the list. I asked for a time frame and she just told me they would call. A week passed and I figured they would be swamped so I just simply asked for a time frame. The receptionist mentioned they were hoping to get storm related removal done by the end of the week. Another week passed and I called again. Again the receptionist mentioned they would call me before they came and I mentioned the urgency and she asked if I wanted a phone call to confirm. I just received a voicemail today asking if I wanted to schedule the removal for AUG 26?!!? I thought I was already scheduled. I then called to talk about the issue and again the receptionist asked if she could call me back because she was going to speak with the contractor to see if she could fit me in next week. I obliged only because I was trying to be reasonable. I never received a call back so I called back around 430 the same day and was told the lady that does the scheduling was gone for the day. So I am taking my business elsewhere. And now I will probably be towards the bottom of someone else’s list. So not only did you make me wait but now you cost me a spot somewhere else. I tried to be reasonable because of the circumstances but when you tell someone you will call them back, you do it. I am extremely disappointed...

Gave pretty simple instructions on dropping gravel for our driveways. Guy didnt call ahead like the instructions on the invoice said. Didnt bring two small loads(one for each driveway) like it said. Ton of gravel left in my yard and not on the driveway. And the 3/4 inches gravel is about 75% sand...Asked if the could spread it initially over the the phone, they no. Called back after this awful experience and a different girl said they couldve done it for a fee. Definitely would have paid that fee, but they probably wouldve messed that part up too.Save your money and your back and go somewhere else.

Bucklins took a cotton wood out of the river for us after a big storm. It was amazing to see it. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Super friendly. Its the only place I could find in the Fix Valley to get rid of concrete and it didnt break the bank.

They have a clause in their contract that says that they are not responsible for lawn damage. Unfortunately, this means that they have no concern at all about your lawn. They came to our house the morning after heavy rain. So of course the lawn was very soft. Its obvious their employees didnt care at all about the mess they were making. After I saw the damage, I called their office, and the response was you had work done, you should expect marks Marks!?! Your destroyed my lawn! After repeated attempts to talk to someone other than the receptionist, no one at Bucklins even bothered to return my calls. We had been a repeat customer, and had recommended them in the past. Weve learned our lesson, We will never use Bucklins again!

I just had my tree removed, very friendly people, did a great job getting rid of my tree, and cleaning everything up, i most defently would call them again to remove more of my trees, and i highly recommend these people for your service, there great

I would never recommend this company. They were extremely disrespectfully, and were horrible to get ahold of. If I were you I would definately look to another company to do your work even if they are a little more expensive. Please listen to my advice and never use this company

Horrible service, do not use them for any reason. Did not have a contract with our neighbor, while trimming another neighbors yard came over to my tree and began cutting branches without getting our approval. When my husband told them to stop they told him to go in the house and mind his own business, as well as there was a group of guys cheering on the guy cutting the branches to upset my husband. When I called and talked to the owner he did nothing, but said they could cut them, and tried to tell me what was what. Proper business would be to have a contract with the person, make sure that the person whos tree is being cut is aware, and also do a good job. The tree has a gaping whole in the middle, a beautiful 50+ year old silver maple now will probably die due to the poor skills of this company. They can guarantee if the tree dies they will be be compensating use for that tree

The owner is very disrespectful! I would not recommend this business to anyone and I would not recommend it as a place of employment either! Employees are not respected by the owner. He degrades them and yells at them. Very very rude.
