Absolutely the best experience we’ve ever had with a home improvement project. Workers were pleasant and respectful. They worked into the night and cleaned up every night before they left. The entire siding project was completed within 2 weeks and that included one rain day delay. I’m so pleased. Our house looks beautiful now. I definitely recommend other folks consider using Sears for their vinyl siding needs.

Great sales team and product. Only issue is I was told installers would be out a certain day which I took off work for but never showed up that day without even calling me. After waiting 6 hours I finally was able to get in contact with them and was told they would not be out that day but the next. Will give them credit they worked all day Saturday and even cane out Sunday to finish the project.

Salesman Purchase experience follow up.My experience with the sales team was excellent. They explained in detail what the cost, the benefits, the service plan and warranty. They also explained about Sears Financing Plan.Their names were Cody Camp and Bryan Presley, and I could not have had them be more courteous, respectful, and thorough. I would definitely advise Sears to keep these two young men.Installation process:I knew this would not be an easy installation job and I was really dreading it. The current AC Unit was installed and then, the closet containing it was built around it. And it was in a laundry room which was not much bigger.Mr. Earl Swan came to do the installation. I had cleared everything out of his way, but the working area he had was very small, maybe 3X3.He had to remove a half door along with facings. He took the old one out. He had to completely rebuild the Gas Line which had been illegally installed originally.Mr. Swan did what looked like the Impossibly and puts the new Unit in, totally insulated it, replaced the door and facings, and did it all in a tiny space while using a small fan but still burning up for 5 to 6 hours.Now there is no insulation fibers floating around in the return air vent area coming back out into my house. They cleaned up their mess and removed everything.I had just had another unit for upstairs replaced, but had turned it off the night before,because water was dripping throug my light fixture about 8 ft from the return air vent upstairs.I ask him if he could check it , and he quickly responded with a , Yes, Maam I will take are of it).Already tired, hot and exhausted, he climbed into my attic and blew out the exhaust line and leveled the drip pan which had been left uneven by the last person who had checked it.I am elated with my new AC Unit, with the Warranty and free service for five years.And Im more elated with Mr. Swans work, and the fact that he gave me his phone numbers and told me to call HIM if I have any problems at all, that he will take care of them.Thank you Mr. Swan and thank you Sears..

Very professional with excellent attention to detail by installers. Worked from sunup to after sundown using headlamps to cleanup the work site. Highly recommend the entire team and organization.

The friendly installers of our windows were experienced and efficient; they worked long and hard until our project was complete.

Overall had a great experience.

Bad Experience with a/c replacement. It wasnt Sears, it was the company that they sub-contracted out of Little Rock.

Sears wont follow through with price matching

Horrific. Projected started June 2016 - should have taken 1 week. March 2017 project completed but not to satisfaction. 6 different crews and horrible customer service. Would never use them again for a home improvement project.
