Terrible service, poor quality, had us waiting 3 to 4 hours constantly saying they will be here. They made a new fob and programmed it for my Land Rover. Fast, inexpensive (less than half of what the dealer wanted) and they got it right the first time. Can’t go wrong with them at all!!! Used genuine Land Rover fob, not a cheap knock off like some places.

My car key broke from my controller, so I had been putting my key in my ignition and then using my controller to turn the key. Well tonight my controller finally broke to where I had no way to turn my key while in my ignition or get my key out. Luckily my husband was able to get the key out with a wrench. After calling so many places for them to tell me they could not program my controller or they simply could not help me tonight with such short notice, I called Techno Key and they said they could reattach my key and give me a new controller and program my controller. I called at 6:30pm and they close at 7pm and they stayed open to see me today, otherwise I would’ve been without a vehicle. They were very professional and friendly and extremely accommodating. I feel like I was charged reasonably as well. I got home, and my key works and my controller works and I never had to bring my car to their store. I would definitely recommend! Thank y’all so much.

They were amazing! I locked my keys in the car outside of bargain Hunt on Summer Avenue. The gentleman showed up within five minutes of me calling and had the car door open within 10 minutes. This is the cheapest and best company listed. I called every locksmith and no one called me back or gave me a great quote. I have a push button so it was higher than normal and they gave me the best deal. If you want to go to a locksmith choose them, very reasonable and fast.

I never write reviews, but this company blew me away. After literally destroying my car key, I had no way of driving my car. Techno Lock Keys was at my car within 20 minutes, and had made two new keys and programmed them in 20 minutes. Almost $150 cheaper than the dealership and so nice and friendly. I cant recommend them more.

This is actually the first review Ive ever written for ANY company, but dont discount the five-star rating because it is absolutely well-deserved. They were out to my location within twenty minutes and had my car unlocked within two tops. Im also new to Memphis and was by myself, and the few other locksmith experiences I had, the technicians always made me feel uncomfortable. Happy to say that the exact opposite was true here! I never even thought to ask the technician his name but he was simultaneously kind, knowledgable, and professional. If I ever find myself needing a locksmith in the Memphis area again, I know exactly who Im calling. They offer other helpful services too (Im definitely getting a spare key made with them in the near future) and you really cant beat the price. Other companies, Triple A, and dealerships charge so much and take so long in comparison. Seriously couldnt be more impressed and cant recommend Techno Lock Keys enough!

Lee helped me out of a jam, Id recommend/use him again. He was quick and came even though it was a bit late at night. 10/10 - NealEdit - I also wanted to add that I have a car that has the smart chip inside of the key, Lee was able to get me a new key made, on location, in around 20 minutes. He was able to set me up with a new smart key for my 2017 Toyota Highlander, and all other lock smiths I called were telling that they werent sure they could do it and it would take 3 days. I called most locksmith companies in Memphis and they all told me they can’t do them and that my cars need to be taken to the dealership so when I called the dealership to get prices they were unbelievable. After what I have experienced with this amazing company I need to let people know about it. I was having a problem with my 2006 Dodge Charger lately, it would crank sometimes and sometimes it won’t so I decided to call a locksmith. The locksmith told me that there is something wrong with the key and it needs to be replaced. After charging me and leaving the car was still having the same problem. I called another locksmith that I found on google and after checking the ignition he claimed that the cylinder is messed up and it also needs to be replaced. After he left I tried the car five times and it was working fine so I thought my car’s problem was solved. When I was on my way home from work the following day I stopped by the gas station and the car won’t crank at all. I called the same people who worked on my car and told them that they haven’t fixed the problem of my car and they were extremely rude and disrespectful. The guy who works in the gas station referred me to a locksmith so I rushed to call him and he unfortunately couldn’t help me then he explained that it’s a mechanical problem and the car needs to be seen by a mechanic. And even though he didn’t help me I still had to pay him the service call just for looking at the car. I had to tow my car all the way to the mechanic hoping that my car will get fixed and it will get back running. After it got checked by the mechanic it showed that it’s not a mechanical problem and it’s an electronic issue and he referred me to Techno lock keys. So I gave them a call and they were here on time and got my car fixed in less than an hour and gave me an explanation of the exact cause of the problem and that there was nothing wrong with my old key or ignition cylinder as the other locksmith were claiming. I definitely recommend Techno Lock Keys they are professional, polite and they know exactly what they are doing with the best prices compared to other locksmiths.

Great locksmith! No one even Dodge had an ignition or replacement key for my 1979 Dodge D100. Well Techno Lock keys had a new ignition and gave me a great price! These people are liars. They made an appointment to meet me and never showed up. I called. They were 10 minutes away. Called again, they were pulling up (no one even on the street); Called again, they were on the way. Called again, they wouldnt answer the phone. Oooooooh. This company deserves more than 5 stars if there is a possibility to do more than this ranking. Lee is not only a locksmith because two locksmiths came and they couldnt diagnostic what was the problem and the chip wont to be programmed. Lee is more than a locksmith when he has the ability to see whats going on to the car. He didnt leave unless get it fix and he said its just about a challenge to face and over come the problem. Finally he got it fixed.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.The guy got to the place was on the phone discussing personal issues in Arabic or some other language for 20 minutes. Not talking to me not explaining the issue. Of course, it took him one hour to make the key correctly because he was distracted most of the time.He then said he needed to make another key because the one he made wasn’t working. I told him I won’t pay for another key and that I will call another company. He proceeded to told be to be quiet. It was very rude, very misogynistic, the worst customer experience ever. I didn’t say anything else to not get in additional discussion.

This is to say that your technician Lee did a professional job on our Honda which was damaged by someone trying to steal it. The ignition repair was very efficient. The door lock was a problem because it was dirty and rusty, but he worked consistently and patiently. I particularly liked the fact that he did not leave until I had tried the starter and the lock and that he knew I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend him for being both professional and polite. Thank you very much.

I lost my only car key for my Infiniti SUV .. I first called the dealership thinking that was the only option I had.. when they told me it was going to $400!! I almost had a heart attack! So I called Techno lock keys .. they were very helpful and quoted me a very fair price.. but I thought I should research it more.. I called another company that said $19 service call.. yeah well they wouldnt tell me the price until AFTER the guy came.. sounded shady to me.. These guys did an amazing job. Not only were they extremely fast, but they did in 20 minutes what 3 other locksmiths couldn’t do. My Infiniti is a push to start and 3 other people came out and tried to replace the key but couldn’t. Techno Locksmith came & did it in 15 minutes. Not only did they do that, but they brought a brand new factory key in the box and cut a new emergency key free of charge. Call them before anyone else.
