VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO USE THIS PLACE.I had insurance though this agent (insurance of Memphis) back in 2016 and then i was going out of seas for few months. I called the agent office and told them to cancel my insurance till the end of August witch was already paid till the end of august 2016. They told me it is cancelled till the end of Aug. 2016. I went overseas and come back and call them to have insurance , i had another policy with them for few months . i found cheaper insurance, so i call them in NOV. 17 to cancel my policy till the end of DEC. 6 2017 witch was paid in full already till the end of DEC. 6 2017 too. After two months General insurance sent me a bill for the month of DEC. 2017 witch i did not have insurance with them anymore. I called General Insurance and they told me that the policy was not canceled end of the month of Nov. 2017 by the agent. I called the agent (Insurance of Memphis ) she told me the policy was canceled and she will call General. i called several times and i did not get any reasonable answer from the agent. Excuses only and avoid my phone calls . She did a mistake and she did not want to admit and take responsibility. I end up paying general because i do not want to hurt my credit.I checked my credit one day in January 2018 and i found That Insurance of Memphis did the same thing to me back in August 2016 and the bill already in collection witch i did not know because i changed my address.The people working there Do not know what they do. They do not care and have bad service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO THERE.Thanks
