Have been using them for a 2 months and they never sent any affidavits. They never answer the phone and their voicemail says to leave a message and someone will call within 30 minutes, which they never do. I believe that this business is taking the addresses of the people they are supposed to serve and selling them. This is the only thing I can come up with. I got 2 emails from them stating that they will re-send the affidavits or walk into the office and give them to us by hand but, when that never happens, I email them about it and they dont return the emails. Stay far away from this scam.

Recently have started using Fast Break for all of our landlord/tenant eviction cases at our complex in Holtsville and so far we have been completely satisfied. Everything is served in a timely fashion, and all of it filed with the courts correctly and efficiently. Will continue to use. Highly recommend for other businesses out there.

Super Fast and affordable. I needed documents served the same day during this weeks snow storm after another company accepted the job but then stopped returning my calls. I would’ve have had to start the entire proceeding over if it wasn’t for Fast Break. If ever in this situation again I’d use them with out hesitation.
