I obtained about 10 different quotes before going with A Better View for a complete home window installation. Immediately I knew this company stood out from the others. Number 1, being a family-owned local business is really awesome, but seeing how this family works together and is in their 2nd generation together is purely amazing. Number 2, everyone was extremely nice, professional, and responsive. NOT A SINGLE ISSUE! The crew was prompt, professional, and funny! I was so excited to get my windows and they seemed to be just as excited while working! You can truly tell the crew loves their job, the company, and that reflects on the business as a whole. I am so glad I chose A Better View for my windows. This is a lovely family and Brevard small business that takes great pride in their work, and I hope others will support them as well!!!

Highly recommended. We bought a home in Satellite Beach that needed about 90% of the doors and Windows replaced- and we were looking for Hurricane Impact options. We received multiple quotes from companies and our friend who used A Better View recommended we get a quote from them as she loved them and found they were also best price. We did and she was right- they were less expensive than the other quotes. Our good friend in another state deals sells Windows and Doors there and he confirmed to us that PGT - the brand A Better View carries - is the high quality ....as I wanted to be sure it was not a subpar brand. Thus we booked to have installed. However what really hooked us a lifetime customers was the service Diane in the office was super responsive and helpful- and the owner who came out on install days blew us away. They actually went above and beyond and installed them for us early - literally the 2 days before a massive Cat 4 was suppose to hit us. They did not have to do that - but they did . Beyond impressed with their service and have recommended them now to countless people as I truly thankful to share a local family owned company that is top notch!

A Better View did a fantastic job installing my PGT impact windows and doors as a long overdue upgrade to my 20+ year old single panes. For an effort of this size, everything was handled with friendliness and professionalism and went smoothly all the way from measurement to install to cleanup. Bob and his son came out and took measurements that were precise and ensured there would not be any gaps upon install. Once my scheduled install day came, Omar and Kevin with the install team arrived on time and did a great job making sure things looked great inside and out. I used their recommended guy for stucco work on my bay windows, and Im very happy with the finished look. I rarely leave reviews but felt I should share this recommendation for anyone who has even a slight hesitation with their investment. I took a long time before choosing a company to do the install and in the end, I know I made the right choice to go with A Better View. Thank you guys!

The crew was very profession, they arrived early had a game plan and was in and out quickly. They did a great job. Theyre a family owned small business with great customer service. We are ordering new windows for another one of our condos.

The team from Better View did an amazing job installing my impact windows. Bob and Omar came to my house on a Saturday right before the last hurricane to install my impact windows right in the nick of time. The install was fast and efficient and my house is now protected. I got several quotes from multiple companies, Better View had the most competitive quote and was the only company that could confirm PGT impact windows which is what we wanted for our home. Other companies ignored my request to show me the spec of their glass because their salesman told me they used PGT but then couldnt prove it. I highly recommend Better View if you are in need of new windows. We couldnt be happier! Saved money and got exactly what we wanted.

Requested a consultation call online. Didnt get one. I called in, spoke with someone that told me the salesperson would call me the next day. A week later, still no call. :(

6 broken window sills out of 11 windows installed. Paid top dollar for excellent quality products with extremely poor workmanship when it came to installation. Requests for missing caps and drains go ignored. Side by side windows with mull bar between, one window cut 1/2 short and huge gap filled in with sloppy caulk. Ill never use them again and should have read these reviews first!

Had all my windows replaced with PGT hurricane windows. Very happy with the windows, the installers were very professional and the schedule was met. Very satisfied with the price. Would recommend their services.

The job started off ok. The installation quality wasnt great, but it was acceptable and the PGT product is pretty good. I had them do two jobs, each with windows and doors - a total of $25k since they were hurricane glass. On one of the first doors they installed, some solvent must have gotten on the top weather strip and it was sticking really bad. I asked for a new one which I thought theyd bring for the second job, but they didnt. The second job was lesser quality than the first. They did a terrible job caulking, so I ended up fixing it and they forgot some things - a trim piece, a couple screens, plugs for the screws, and they ran out of foam to fill in around the windows. The door was also sticking because it wasnt adjusted properly. They told me theyd come back to finish up and I never got a call back for a month. I finally called them and was told several times that they would get me the stuff and finish up. Finally after several weeks and several calls, I got Bob Peters to come out. He didnt have the screens or any of the other things he was supposed to bring and just put in some foam and adjusted the doors. Its now been 6 months of me calling every week and being told he should have everything and theyre coming out and it never happens.Ive learned my lesson - never pay a contractor until they are completely done. He started out very responsive and helpful, but once I wrote the check, there was nothing. I wouldnt count on getting any support from these guys if youve got any issues and definitely dont pay them until they are completely done.
