Not only did Ceasar have prior knowledge of the Defendant, but got the documents served less than 24 hours of me getting them to him, and took the initiative to call me both before, during, and after the serve. He worked diligently in getting this defendant served and got him to come to the door when it was confirmed he was home. He was able to do what two other servers were not able to do. The pricing was reasonable, as well. In a world full of lazy and ineffective process servers, Ceasar is among the best I have used.
