I agreed to contract Terminix to prevent dry wood termites. The salesman, Andre Lemaitre, was instructed to withdraw only the deposit of $160.00 and that I would pay the service charge of $792.80 with my same as cash credit card when the service was to be done (4 days later) and that I would NOT be financing through Terminix. He stated he understood and I agreed to have the service. The next morning, I checked my account and he not only withdrew the deposit but the total amount of the service ($952.80) My bank (SCCU) has the transaction as pending. The contract money (792.80) came out of my savings which I will now be penalized (interest). I now have to wait until they release the funds. The money will be tied up for days. This practice is absolutely shady. I have called corporate and filed a formal complaint. I have discontinued this contract and may be discontinuing the pest control as well. This sales person can not be trusted.

Mr Fudge communicated his schedule in advance and showed up a bit early which was great. He perform the services quickly and gave a good explanation of what he had treated almost immediately after he finished. Excellent!

I was receiving service from Terminix while living in NY and I was so happy. Everyone in the office was helpful, everyone that came out to service our home was kind. So I figured when I moved to FL, Id keep them. WORST idea ever. This branch is why. The gentleman that came out to service our home was kind but everyone in the office just doesnt care about you. Especially the service manager of the termite department, Dave. AKA, The main reason why I cancelled service within the first few days of starting. We just moved in, we noticed some termite looking bugs swarming 3 of the rooms in our new home. I called first thing in the morning and got nothing but attitude and no help whatsoever. I wasnt even rude, I know because I called another exterminator moments later with the same story and tone in my voice and they were kind and immediately sent someone out to check out our home and perform a treatment. Whereas Dave didnt want to help and made it clear that he didnt even care because he made sure to tell me available days, I have him something that worked for me within the time he gave me and with intense annoyance in his voice told me no cause his techs are busy that time. So why did you even give me that time range? To top it off, when I cancelled, they told me theyd call me back if our contract posed any issue or if we had to pay for the termite bait traps. Guess what? No one called me ever. I got a cancellation email the next day and 1 month later, a bill for a service I no longer have. 3 months go by and I keep calling billing to dispute this issue and they keep telling me the branch manager Jeffrey was supposed to call me. This happened FOUR times. You think I ever got that call? Of course not. Why would I? I took matters into my own hands and called this branch myself multiple, of course no branch manager but everyone kept telling me they see no open balance no contract issues nothing. Now, someone called me this morning from a sales department of Terminix (not this branch), telling me I have a 1 year contract that needs to be paid. He kindly worked things out with me. But this branch in specific is just awful. I switched to an amazing exterminator that actually cares about me and my family. Not to mention, theyre 1/3 of the price Terminix was charging me. Truly disappointed that it took THREE months to clear something so simple up and it was all this branches fault. None of this wouldve happened if you guys could speak normally on the phone and call customers back.

We have been using Terminix for about six years and are extremely satisfied. We have always had the same pest control technician, Kelvin, and he is very friendly, efficient and thorough.

Great service. I gave our technician a 10. He came back 5 days after first treatment and got them all.

We used Terminix to install treated insulation in our attic. They also closed some roof holes and helped rid us of some visitors in our attic. They were friendly and professional and did a clean installation. We highly recommend them.

After paying for a years worth of service and only 1 visit, we haven’t been able to get in touch with the technician, Richard Thrift, I believe, nor the company. Every time I call customer service it hangs up or sounds like someone answered but did not say anything. Not only do they have the WORST customer service but their treatments do not work and they do not care once they receive your money.

We have been with Terminix since 2003. I am covered for Subterranean Termites and was just informed that it does not include Dry-wood Termites. Who knew? Not me. I was shocked to hear this after all these years of service but I immediately did what my inspector suggested. Now my home is protected from top to bottom, inside and out.I own a wood structure house and know from experience the damage that termites can do. That is why I am so relieved to be protected by the services that Terminix provides.

Ive been a customer for a few problems and so far never less then extremely satisfied. The best way I can sum it up is I have trust in Terminal and believe me thats not something I state easily. I appreciate all you do and hope more people do the same.

I was able to negotiate price down to where is was cheaper to have them do it and their service works. before we had ant and spider problem. Almost never see bug anymore.

Do not use Terminix company to services your pest control. These people will do nothing and still charges you money for it. Do not trust this company’s employees because they will sweet talks you in the cheating contracts. After signing contracts they will billing you for money and do nothing.

We (existing customer) have now been on hold for more than 30 minutes trying to schedule a visit outside of their normal schedule to deal with an insect problem. 30 MINUTES AND STILL waiting for the next available representative! Consider carefully, as we will now, the difference between a local and a national service!

Very, very poor service, they pop up at your house without notice, did half the job and promise they’ll come back, and to cancel their service you have to pay more than the service fee. Regina in customer service is rude, no compassion for customers. Please don’t talk to anybody in customer service with the name REGINA!!!!! There are other services ,please know what you signing up for. Other services are out there that are way better. Take my advice .

The initial consult appointment was easy and straight forward.There was a bit of confusion after, when 2 technicians called to confirm appointments. The lady at the local dispatch wasnt helpfulin sorting it out. It wasnt until the actual service tech contacted me, that it got straightened out. Apparently, an inspector comes first to determine what service is needed, then the guy who does the exterminating comes after. Not sure what the point of the inspector is. He showed up an hour late, didnt call to let us know, and then sat in the drive, took a photo of the house and left. I was really ready to cancel. Then Bruce arrived. Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, nice, and effective. Explained everything and was a consummate professional. Thank you Bruce and his assistant! Excellent customer service.

Its been continuous and very effective for protecting my home....I am curious of what kind of pest controls that can be done in my backyard where I am raising chickens I dont want to harm them or think the egg production but there are things Id like to get done if possible

They are always here in a timely manner. My Terminix guy always calls me to let me know that hes arrived and calls again when hes done. Hell also let me know if he found anything that hes concerned about. I was recommended Terminix by my landlord, and they have been amazing so far. Anytime I need someone to come out between my quarterly appointments, they respond quickly and efficiently. I was having a really bad sugar ant problem, and they came in and set bait and traps. I noticed the traps were empty for the longest time, but once it got warm again, I started seeing ants in the traps, but never in my house. Thanks to Terminix. I would definitely recommend them for any bug problems you may have.

I loved my first time service! Bruce came out and he answered all my questions. He made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen and what he was doing every step of the way. He wanted me to be comfortable in my home and with what he was doing to it. That made all the difference to me. He was there to make sure that my home is better. Just had my first service from Terminix. This visit exceeded my expectations. I expected someone to come and spray and be done. William was so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! Beyond the expected spraying, he was informative about the roaches which have invaded my home. He explained their behavior and why the chemicals used were going to be effective in eliminating them. I now have a peace of mind that I don’t have to worry about a bug again! And I can stop wasting money on do it yourself sprays!

I absolute appreciate that I am notified in advance of the technician’s arrival. Techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. I have 3 different plans with Terminix. That says it all!!!!

In the last 3 years we have gotten more bugs instead of less. They are always putting out traps and catch some small amount of bugs, but we now have small and big roaches and all kinds of ant. Long enough going to try another service.

Weve been with Terminix since we bought this house in 2001. They have been thorough and effective. Besides maintaining our annual termite bond, we use them for outside pest control and have had their pesticide-treated blown-in insulation, which works great. Recently we used them for a rat issue in the attic in conjunction with our outside pest control. They were great! Ensured all access points were blocked and then trapped any remaining in the attic. Thank you, Terminix!

Bruce made what was a really stressful situation really easy. He was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond. It was like dealing with family. We have much more confidence with the service done without it. We have unfortunately experienced termite damage prior to the service. Each year the inspections continue to find no activity. I would highly recommend it.

I have had them for three years now they came in and drilled around all doors and windows and treated I have had to call them back about 3 times I had some termites on the stairs to my deck and steps gave way because of the termite damage had the tec come out look he told me my deck was not covered they came out for there yearly inspection and said everything is good I have been finding termite dust in a lot of areas of my home I emailed them yesterday still no return emails I decided to call in a different large termite company and they found 3 or 4 openings outside that termites are getting in they are in the wall around my sons bedroom.they are in the walls of my upstairs deck and in the stairs in my large deck that faces south and also in the frame of the window in one of the bedrooms they are in the frame of my front door I have cleaned up many piles of termite pellets throughout my home this house should have been tented it has no attic I have vaulted ceilings I am now out over 3 thousand dollars and still have termites after about 3 years I am now going to have to.have my home tented for a cost of over 4 thousand dollars all this time I am out of a lot of money I did not have had to take out a loan for this and I still have termites a very angry soon to be ex customer

Worst company I have ever had to deal with paid over 3 thousand dollars to get rid of my termites they cancelled my contract because they say I would not give entry to my home and that is true for there last visit I wanted to speak with a higher up that is what I told the technician and to not bother coming in my home I had just had heart surgery and was not allowing any one in my home at this point because of the fear of covid but I also said I was not happy with there service I still have multiple colonies in my home and they say I cancelled my contract not true they got in way over there heads and just did not want to lose money.and they tried to say that I hired a new company far from the truth I called another company to look at myhome to see if terminex had my problem under control well after 2 years I still had multiple colonies in my home so be careful I put up a lot of mo ey and still have termites

😲 OMG. Dont ever use them! Im getting charges for I dont even know what? My account online says I have a zero balance but Im getting notices from debt collectors. This is going to affect my credit. Cant email them they get returned. Ill have to call them again. No one ever know whats going on and Ive had services that were never completed. Sure. I want to spend all my time trying to get bogus charges removed and repairing my credit. Thanks Terminix!😵

Service and price. I could easily talk about an instance 20 years ago when I witnessed Terminix living up to its guarantee on repairing termite damage. My Terminix technician always texts me as a reminder they are coming. Just prior to arriving, I get a phone call. Even though I am not there, my cameras show the thoroughness of the job they do. Thorough enough to wipe down the cobwebs and dead bugs on the stucco and to spray down the ground areas as they search for problems, and they do this every time. When they leave I get a message on what the did emailed to me and a text where to find the report online. For the last year or more, I have had the pleasure of Francisco Rodriguez as my technician. He is always on time and ready to respond to questions or provide support as I have asked for. It is this type of service that has kept me as a Terminix customer for nearly two decades. easy to give a 10+ or 5 star review.

My mother had Terminex come to her house for a estimate for pest removal . My appointment was scheduled from 8am-10 am at which I had to switch shifts so that I could be home for this. I was contacted at 1pm that the employee was running late. Which honestly wasn’t a big deal just wish I was told earlier today. When the employee finally did show up he took one step in my home and asked if I’ve considered selling it, at this point I had the other instinct then to laugh because I assumed he was trying to be funny . But then he refuses to look at my house after I tell him no I’m not selling my home. He continued to belittle me in my own home telling me that who ever built my house was a idiot and it would take $1,500 for someone else to exterminate my house (that he still has yet too look at ) but continued to tell me that anyone else who would come here would hate to do the work . I then told him how I guess I would have to figure it out myself and he told me that hopefully I’m a handy man and if not I should consider just leaving a candle out and burning my house down. This was very unprofessional and should have been handled much better. I’m a easy going person and could have been talked to rather then belittled about something I’ve worked hard to earn .
