Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had with a business no question about it. Shes fantastic at her job and is extremely accommodating. But all that aside this is the sweetest lady Ive met in a long time. Someone wrote a review that said she makes me look forward to doing laundry and I could not agree more.Every time I see her my day gets that much better.

Walked in and right away was greeted... for the fold wash and dry. Im very pleased with customer service.

I used this wash house this morning. Nice cleaned place. Prices are good, will definitely use this wash house again. Attendant is very professional, sweet and polite.

My opinion about this place is that this is as follows:My 2Nd time here to this laundry I had moved from Colorado to Melbourne. The first time I came here Ms. Jaya helped me to washed I did not had enough money and she was very humble and gave me a courtesy wash and today I came back and Michelle the attendant was very pleasant. She helped me with one of the dryers and kept the place very cleaned and neat.

This place Sun Laundry is not very busy average customers but it’s very clean and spacious and can get my laundry done without anyone bothering me the restroom is very clean also the building is an old building but this lady the manager is so professional and kind to me and my children and I just would like to give her lots of credit for what she is doing and keeping the facility it is so comfortable

Your hours are 8:30am-8:30pm, your last wash is 7:00pm. We came back to take our clothes out of the dryer at 7:30pm on a Monday, but your personnel had already left and locked your shop with our clothes still inside. Please learn how to run a business properly.

I will come back to this laundry house anytime I came in to washed yesterday I didn’t see the manager there but she does have a good employee this lady was very helpful and was able to answer some of my questions after I had my clothes in the washer this employee cleaned all the washers and the dryer and mopped the floor it was so clean I just love the employees of sun laundry

The washing and drying price is just right for me I don’t have a whole bunch of money my clothes came out very clean and smells good the Spanish lady Ms J was nice to give me some dryer sheets to dry my clothes as well and the floors and washers are very cleaned you are the best love you and god bless you

Laundry washer and dryer is very clean cool and comfortable wash to your own pace the young lady whom I think is the manager does not bother anyone she greeted when you walked in and out very good manners I would come back it’s very peaceful...love it...

How do you give no stars. Not worthy of one. Health department should shut it down. These other reviews are all fake. They are made or solicited by the tyrant manager , Jaya. Easy to spot with the run on paragraph long sentences and bad grammar. She only trying to boost the bad review score. Google is complicit in allowing this to happen and doing a serious disservice to the community that rely on HONEST reviews. Do your research. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Need to keep restroom more cleaned up. Otherwise nice place to do laundry

I have been using Sun Laundry over 3 years and this place is very clean and I will recommend this place to everyone I came one time a title late but Miss Jaya had an emergency and had to leave I got there about 730pm she asked if I can come back in the morning and I understand people have emergency that don’t make them a horrible person she is human being and had feelings like everyone of us. Amen

Not good the only laundry mate with no quarters ans dirty

Terrible owner. Sign says open till 830 so I get there at 730 only to dry clothes. They were already washed. She tells me I only have 10 minutes cause she wants to leave. I said you are open till 830, right? No she says I want to leave. Drove all the way over there to be rushed out. Grabbed my wet clothes and now at a laundry mat that is ok with getting business. Stay away. You may drive all the way there to find the place closed cause the owner wanted to leave.

If you can help it, DO NOT GIVE this lady any of your money. The place was dead & she had her coworker take my clothes out of the washer, when i was 15 ft away in my car, anxious to put them in the dryer myself, then she saw another load i had & asked whos this 1 to a coworker? When 90% of machines were empty!! No bathroom, nasty place, tyrant owner. Took wet clothes somewhere else! F- her

The owner was always very sweet to me and my service animal. Sorry I never got the chance to say goodbye before I headed home.

Hours posted are until 8:30pm, but they locked the doors before 8 with our laundry still wet in the dryer. Management did not come open back up when called and informed of the situation, nor did they offer to rewash the clothes free of charge the following morning when I returned, since the clothes sat mildewing overnight. I wont be going there again and I dont recommend it as a consumer. Hours posted are hours posted and this was simply unacceptable and extremely inconvenient.

Place is horrible with bad management. Old machines. Dont waste your money

I had a very good experience with this laundry today I thought it was going to be an arm and a leg prices but the price was just right and the washer did a great job cleaning my clothes I was really satisfied with the washers and dryers the boss lady was very pleasant and kind and helpful she helped me with my 4 kids by giving coloring books with crayons it’s very clean and maintained I drove from Sarno road and I will do it again very humble place

This laundry mat is a great place to wash my clothes machines are always available and the price is cheap and I just love Mrs Jaya there very helpful.

I just moved from Tennessee to Melbourne and I was trying to find a wash house as I was walking to Publix I saw Sun Laundry and decided to stopped in and get some information on the washer and dryer I spoke to young lady she was very helpful so I back later with my laundry and this lady helped me with the washer and gave me some detergent as I was drying I was short .50 cents to dry and she offered me the quarters I asked her name and said it’s jayla I just want to say there is still good people in this world this lady jayla was very nice and pleasant and helpful I will give her my business again and again the facility was well kept also

Not my kind of place to wash. The machines are more expensive than I expected. You can get the job done and they have do have folding tables, but no AC.

Well I’m happy when I got to wash my clothes they were still opened but this lady Terri said if they are not too busy they usually closed up I finished around 8:20 pm but she was nice yeah

The several times I went there the managers were very helpful. The place appeared clean. The dryers I used did a great job. In fact, they were hotter than other places!

This place is GREAT!When not helping customers with change or understanding machine instructions, the pleasant attendant, Jaya, is always making sure everything is kept clean. She almost makes me LOOK FORWARD to laundry day! 😀

Now I know why I have a washer and dryer. I am waiting for a part for my dryer so decided to come here to dry my laundry. Every where you look it says no. No eating, no smoking, no trespassing, on and on with the NoS.You must even ask to see a magazine.Also no working bathroom. My question is where does the attendance go to the bathroom. I will go to a friendlier laundry next time.I understand they have problems with homeless abusing them but dont punish all your clients because it makes your business appear unfreindly.

Sun laundry is one of the most cheap price place and well kept very clean and the attendant is really helpful and knowledgeable...I would drive 30 minutes just to come here and wash my clothes...

Sometimes you cannot go by the reviews you read some maybe true and some may not but you should give this person a fair chance come and see for yourself Jaye is very helpful and kind and lots of patient she will goes her way out for anyone..I’ve been doing business here for a long time very pleasant business and I will continue doing my laundry here...

I want to share my experience with Sun Laundry I was washing my clothes this morning and I was a bit frustrated and did not have enough cash with me until I go to the bank besides I have to get to work as well this young lady Jaya walked up to me and asked if I needed help and I explained to her my situation and ms Jaya gave me $20 in quarters to start my wash I went to the ATM got cash and pay Ms Jaya but she didn’t know me and helped me that was very nice of her and I will always come to Sun Laundry god blessed you Ms Jaya

I had a very upsetting experience today. I went there with my daughter to help her with her laundry we spent 48.00 to wash and dry clothes. We started out at 5:40 washing the clothes we waited untill all the clothes was washed and put them in the dryers at 6:44.All of them went into Five dryer the dryer cost .25 for 6 min we put in 2.50 and each dryer and left to go and get her daughter from the sitter. We came back to at 7:30 before the time was up to get the clothes. As we are pulling up they are locking the doors. We ask if they can keep it open to get our clothes the worker said no come back in the morning we said no the sign says you open untill 8:30 so why are you closing our clothes in there at 7:30? She proceed to tell us she cant turn off the alarm not without alerting the police which is a lie then we ask to speak to the owner to ask if we could get our clothes she then said to call the number on the door I called it was the number to the business because I heard it ringing inside the building at this point my daughter was mad and started yelling. They had got our money and closed our clothes up in the place early and everything was off so we knew the clothes was not dry at this time because we set the dryer for them too run untill 7:44. So the cops came and made her open the door to get our clothes and like we thought she had turned off the dryers early so they could leave early even though the sign on the door said they close at 8:30. They got our money and we got wet clothes. Dont go hear they are not honest and close early to where you cant leave and think to come back to get your clothes I am very sadden that this happened and will never go back there I advise you to go else where.

I would give no stars of I could. This place is a dump. The lady attendant turns down business telling people they cannot wash cushions (small dog beds for 14 pound dog) in the largest washers (which I do all the time at other laundry places) because the washer will tear them up. Thats absolute bs. I wash them all the time in these large washers. Go to flamingo laundry in Palm bay. The attendant is friendly, helpful, and knows what shes talking about. Unlike this place.

Wash cycle was literally 5 MINUTES?!?!?! Used their Top Load washer.JUST LONG ENOUGH TO MAKE CLOTHS Stink LIKE DETERGENT. Cheap, 5min wash cycle!?!? Awful!Had to pay twice in order to get them properly cleaned. SO SICK OF THESE CHEAP CRAPPY LAUNDROMATS. Staff was kind.

I cannot stress enough how HORRIBLE this laundromat is! Manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. I would rather wash my clothes in a puddle on the side of the road.
