Adecco told me they had part-time and fulltime positions if I interviewed on Friday 9/24/21 I could start training on 10/1. Not the case! No part-time jobs and the training started on 10/25. I would not recommend working for Adecco unless youre desperate. Youre just a number.

The lady that I met with the 2nd day was completely rude and told me that the job wasnt for me. I couldnt get into my onboard documents. The lady should have told me that they werent sent to me yet. But no she was really mean and sent me home. I wonder if she ever realized that she was the one in the wrong. I have already worked there several times so obviously she is the one that lost out not me. She should have just let me wait until the original lady I worked with was available because she had made Adecco look really bad. I would never recommend anyone there n will tell everyone of my experience. I have both ladies names but prefer to keep it professional or if really embarrass them.

If I could rate this place less than one star I would, talk about unprofessional given the reputation of their competition in the area its a real shame that animals run this place. Great facility for workplace romance too bad it is unkempt, disease infested and they can afford to do so.

Like any other job, you get back as much as you put in. I have been there a year and have already been converted too a regular employee. I adore my supervisors, management, and coworkers. They will work with you not against you. The people in my department all work together, helping and encouraging each other.

Simply put, one of the worst places to work in Melbourne. Once a top destination for local customer service talent, it has devolved into a revolving door for every mentally unstable and / or otherwise hopeless soul in town. Radial will hire anyone with a pulse, as they have exhausted the local talent pool of customer service professionals, leaving a long trail of bitterness and resentment towards their inept management and substandard working conditions. Apply only if you completely lack any essential life skills, such as hygiene and the ability to play well with others.

Absolute worse place to work for in Melbourne, Florida. The management is terrible. These people do not care about their employees. This company has a “revolving-door” complex. Definitely would not recommend.

Came here for an interview and I waited two hours! None of the employees there gave me a reason as to why I waited that long.

Working here is ok. The pay is better than what I have ever had and the insurance is amazing. I just wish they did drug test like they say. EVERYONE HERE IS MESSED UP! I had one girl walked out because she what so messed up the couldnt hardly talk. Because of all of the people that they let In the building is dirty alot and so are the desks.Other than that I recommend to anyone trying to get back on their feet from unemployment to come here. They help alot!
