Very quick, easy and friendly. I was waiting at the door when they opened the doors at 6:30. I was a walk in and was seen and out of there in less then 30 minutes.

My experience here has always been a pleasant one. I book an appointment online and have always gotten in within a few days time. Ive never waited more then 5 mins to be taken back and every phlebotomist Ive had has been exceptional! It so nice to have someone that actually knows how to draw blood painlessly! Office is clean and maintained. What more could you ask for :)

We get there 15 minutes early for our appointment like the requested but ended up waiting over one hour past our appointment time before they saw to us... For a simple blood draw. They way overbook, what is the point of scheduling appointments if you have to wait over an hour for something that took them less than 2 minutes to complete.

I made an appointment for today at 9.15 am. After check in ,I was patiently waiting 15 min. As a diabetic, I had to be fasten, and unfortunately I started to fill worst and worst. I did tell the lady at the window at 9.35 that I am diabetic , and I cant wait so long. She informed me ,that she has 7 (seven) more appointments in front of me ,and ask me do I want to wait ,or I want to live.I left ,and will go to the doctor without bloodwork. What was the risen to make an appointment ???

They did not lable an important test that regards the health of my child which is time sensitive. They are also impossible to get on the phone. . Pathetic

Easy check-in by scanning my QR code at the kiosk. I then waited in my car for the text telling me to come in, which came a few minutes after check-in. Very pleasant staff. Lab orders from two different doctors were in the system. They took me back right on time. I was finished and on my way home within 5 minutes of my appointment time. This will definitely be my office-of-choice from now on.

Very easy checking experience. Ladies at the desk were very Calm and competent, and relayed to me exactly what I could expect from both my insurance and from their office. The lab tech was very calm, and easily accepted my admission that I have difficult veins. It took less than 30 seconds to draw two tubes, which is unprecedented for me.For those reviewers who spoke about how it was disorganized and understaffed: there are only three rooms for the lab techs; The Christmas season, end of year walk-ins are always extremely common. For a waiting room that probably seats only a dozen people, social distancing makes it closer to a half dozen people total. Please extend a little grace for those in the medical profession who are doing their job, and doing them well, though perhaps not quite as quickly as you would prefer.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - I know its not always possible, but I HIGHLY recommend that people make an appointment rather than walk in. I had an appointment for today and I was seen within a reasonable amount of time but there was a packed waiting room for walk-ins. The facility is understaffed so be prepared to wait if you dont have an appointment and even if you do. Its not fair to the employees who work there to have the facility overrun by walk-ins. Another helpful tip: Check back frequently for new appointment availability. Ive seen some new appointments open up as people reschedule existing appointments.

I booked an appointment online to get lab work done. I went up today and arrived at my appointment time and checked in on my phone. I waited for about twenty minutes before I decided I would check and see if they had received noticed that I was checked in only to find that THE SITE HAD BEEN CLOSED. Why was I able to book online if the site was closed?? Why was I not somehow informed that it was closed?? I took time out of my work day to get this blood work done and now I am quite upset. Please fix this situation with the website allowing bookings for a site that is closed. I’ll be getting my testing done at Quest in the future.

If you need to drop off your kid’s ready to go samples at Labcorp, they make you wait in a 2 hour line for others to do blood work just to give them the samples. We have to wait with sick people and there isnt even a chair to sit

They did fine work at a tough job. The receptionist and both technicians I interacted with were professional and courteous.

Very very very very very long wait, plan to spend several hours here regardless if you have an appointment or not.People may have COVID here & are sitting right next to each other; you would think that this place would be a little quicker working ir higher more people till things settle down. I could notcwaut and sit with other people who may have the virus so I had to keave.The women at the counter are not much help.I will try another facility as this place us ridiculous.

It is always puzzling to me that the medical industry feels keeping appointment schedules and times is optional.

You have to wait 3 to 4 hours just to get a simple thing . staff has nasty attitudes.

Unpleasant and unprofessional staff..Not Covid compliant....sign says only five people allowed in waiting room..there were twelve people waiting..not enough chairs..people lined up against walls..was not informed could wait in car and they would text me..until too late..wasted time at Kiosk..not accepting my insurance...Very Rude receptionist...And extremely rude office manager..in my opinion..I am a retired nurse..I mentioned that a very obviously Ill individual..not myself..should be brought in and not left in waiting room with so many of us..receptionist stated..could not take anyone out if turn..obviously no regard for coffee clients welfare....

Called 2 days ago to make an appointment. They said that they are doing walkins. Walked in and checked in. Then, they informed me that they are only taking appointments. I informed them that I had called earlier to make an appointment and was informed thats just walkins. I searched my phone and had talked to them for 6 minutes. This place is poorly managed, spread misinformation and have their patients in the mid of a pandemic waiting on a very small room together.

I was supposed to recieve my daughters test results within two days. A week later still no lab results. So I tried to call them a few times to find out why we havent gotten them back yet . Well that was a task all on its own because it took three different phone numbers to actually get a hold of a live person. I should also mention I had also tried to email them about this issue had zero response from them. It was on my third phone call with customer service that I actually got a hold of someone and not even after twenty four hours my daughters results were finally posted to the app. Imagine that .it really should not be that difficult to get a hold of a live person.

On July 15, 2020, went to the community college in Palm Bay. Filled out the paper work. They swabbed my nose and they said they would call me in a week to ten days. I down loaded their app. The app wont accept my e -mail address. Still as of today havent heard anything from them. So I went to Med Fast. They swabbed my nose. 3 days later they called me with my results. Still havent heard from labcorp

During the middle of a pandemic, the hand sanitizer dispensers didn’t have any hand sanitizer. Staff is not helpful. I went in with an appointment and people who walked in after me were seen before me. When someone finally came out I asked them why are people being seen before me when I have an appointment and she said couldn’t find my appointment. I showed her my appointment confirmation and she said “yes that’s us.” She asked me for my lab orders, I told her i was told it was sent here. She said she would have to check the fax machine. I left and came back out and got an appointment saying a lab technician was ready for me. When I returned the lady at the front desk stated she still didn’t have lab orders for me. She was less then helpful and had an attitude like she didn’t want to be bothered.

I had an appointment, and signed in as being there using the link I was texted when I made the appointment a few weeks prior, but I ended up waiting over a half-hour to be called in, and that was after having my credit card info taken and presented what looked like a bill when my insurance covers labs 100%. I will not be coming back to this location if I can help it.

Horrible place to go. When I arrived today this place was packed, not enough seats for everyone and some were sitting on the floor, obviously such a small place not keeping enough space for social distancing. So I checked in and left outside to wait when I was approached by a very rude man stating I had to leave because they didn’t allow people to wait outside, he said was the owner of the building, which I doubt he was. So ridiculous! Where was the social distancing in the waiting area? After reading all these bad reviews I decided to leave to the Labcorp in Merrit Island, I am glad I did. Very polite and professionalStaff. They acknowledged me right away, got in and out in 5 minutes.Please don’t go to the Labcorp on Hibiscuis, make it a ride to the other location if you can. I will never go back there again. It looked like a third word place

The gentleman who did my 12 month olds blood work, did a great job! He was gentle and quick and reassuring though the process! Great customer service!😊But, they never gave me a sticker after 😒...

I came 2 times to bring my aunt, and the wait was 1 hour. They should have more technicians, since this is the only Labcorp in Melbourne.

We were there two days ago and there must be a new team working in there. They were ALL helpful and friendly and well organized. My test required me to be there two hours and they consistently kept everything moving quickly that entire time.

Absolutely the worst went twice told me both times to drive 40 minutes to another location after waiting an hour waste of time terrible communications phones dont work neither

I have been To this location a few times both for me and my 1 year old son. This place is very professional and the wait time with appointment is minimal. By far the ONLY person I will ever have bloodwork done by is Kyle. He is amazing with adults and infants. No digging, one stick and done! Thats how it should be with everyone. Kyle I thank you for taking such great care with my son, its not easy to find someone that is good getting blood from babies. When we ever need bloodwork we will always request you.

Great place great employees very quick in and out if you make an appointment

I visited on a Wednesday. Apparently that is not the day to go. I arrived at 10 am. The kiosk didnt work and it was so crowded there were people standing around the walls. It took over an hour before I was called to the desk just to take my paperwork and two hours later I was still waiting. When I asked why people who came in after me were being called the staff became rude and indignant. I waited another hour for them to call me and three minutes for them to draw my blood. I hate having to go to this place.

Over crowded means need more personal to handle the volume of people.

My little boy had to have lab work done for the first time today, and we were directed to LabCorp by his insurance. I had some concerns, as hes only six years old, and also has sensory processing disorder. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, however. I was pleasantly surprised! The experience was better than most I have personally had at other labs before.

The LabCorp draw station at Hibiscus in Melbourne Fl is so poorly run. They have a kiosk system for checking in which does not work 80% at a time. Wait time is incredibly long and faxed orders disappear. I went to a local draw station and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I am not sure why everyone seems to hate their experience at Labcorp. I went today and everything went smoothly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The man who drew my blood was very good. He quickly took my blood. Normally they have a hard time finding my vein, but he found it easily. He even switched the tubes so seemlesssly I didnt feel it. I was surprised when he said we were done.

Self check-in kiosks worked very well. All staff friendly. Clean and tidy office. In and out for routine blood work in less than 15 minutes.

I had a great experience today. Signed up online for appointment. Was taken in before my appointment time and the tech was quick and efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes despite a full waiting room.

I went in to get blood work done the staff was nice and friendly, everything worked. However, when I first got there the door was locked... I was lucky some people came out and let me in. They told me at first that they didnt take my insurance. After that I told them I just wanted to be seen and they said id pay out of pocket (I found out afterwards that they do take my insurance) However, I wasnt driving to Orlando from Melbourne just for lab work. I was poked 5 times and the rule is that the first person gets 2 trys then, one other person gets 1 try. Also, in the car while I was driving! I was bleeding and trying not to get my white shirt wet with blood, from the previous places they poked before the last time and didnt make sure I stopped bleeding first!

This is the very worst experience Ive ever had with a lab. They lose everything. After a few weeks of not getting results from extensive bloodwork, the Dr complained and it was found in the to be shredded pile. Every time I have lab work done the Dr has to call for results. If youve been there an hour or more waiting and youre in the restroom doing your urine test and it turns 2pm before you walk out the bathroom door, they say, Too late.This place really needs some supervision. Dont use this lab if you dont have to.

Awful service. Not one member of the staff acted as if they liked their job. The total lack of professionalism was appalling. I had an appointment and still had to wait almost an hour to be seen. LabCorp really need to evaluate the staff at this location. Customer service is obviously not a part of the training at this location. Beware and expect institutional type atmosphere and attitude from the staff.

This location was sooo much friendlier and more professional than another location I went to with my young daughter. Edna and then Mark have done my 2 year olds labs and did an AMAZING job. We drive 45 minutes to come to this location because they are just that awesome. When my computer malfunctioned I could not print out a Chuck E. Cheese award for my daughter to receive after bloodwork, they printed one out for me and presented it to her afterwards. She loved receiving it from them!

I dont honestly understand all the negative reviews for this place. They have always been organized, fast, and polite in my experience. Then again Im not a crackhead trying to fake a drug test. Maybe that has something to do with it.

They are very fast for your lab work as long as you make an appointment. From appointed time to leaving the facility, it took literally less than 5 minutes. Their website makes booking appointments very easy.

I called to set up an appointment, but consistently got a busy signal every time I called. Unlike most businesses, they apparently have only 1 phone line. Maybe they could consider adding a line or 2 or at least call waiting. Nearly everyone with a phone has call waiting

Office was filthy, especially the bathroom. Today i have been calling non-stop for an hour, phone just rings until it disconnects, just kept dialing and a couple of times someone picked up then hung up!!!

I showed up as a walk in and was in/out within 20 minutes. The kiosk check in was very quick and easy and the staff was very friendly.

I was forced to use this lab in order to get a drug test. When I walked in, there were two females at the front desk talking to each other about rubbish and on their phones. I had to stand their and wait like an idiot until they called me over. I asked the lady in the lab coat a question about my drug test, and she said I dont know and that was the end of the conversation. She didnt even attempt to ask her coworkers or find out herself. Once I was done, she just threw around my vial like it was a toy (I get it, its urine and it doesnt matter if its thrown around, but still.) If I had a choice, I would never return here again. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

2 people working the front desk but you are required to use a computer to check in yourself. Very impersonal, and the front desk people personnel acted like everyone in the waiting room was bothering them.

4 hours waiting

Visited last month on the 14th almost a month later payment finally went through on my card.How fricking ridiculous. It shouldnt take a full month to process a payment method for a card.

No friendly greeting No smile. Robotic in nature. No sympathy or empathy toward patients t if they are nervous or unsure. Rushed, and very poorly managed towards handling appointments.

They never answer their phone. Long lines, long wait. Then they supposedly get hacked, go offline and it is worse. No lab results available to be able to start a new job.....nothing...no explanation..no help. Never again.

You can go on line and book you visit there and get all the paperwork out of the way before you step in the door, and then when you get there just scan your ID and your good to go viola!!!
