It was easy and I got what I needed

I rented a large forklift and boom truck for a week, turned into a month. These guys gave me a great rate, and great service. I had a couple problems, including on a holiday weekend and had a service tech there within 2 hours.

First rate! Medford is a small town and businesses can vary widely in their professionalism and capability. I too was from out of town and fixing up a relatives house - found what I needed and it was as streamlined and simple as tool rental gets. They test-ran everything before loading it, have on-site service (if your rented tool breaks down, they find you and get it fixed) and are pretty laid back about it all. Completely painless and completely professional.( Theres a bad review posted here and Im going to bet its from a competing business. )

We rented a chainsaw for some quick yardwork. We didnt want to buy one - probably wont have another job like that for several years. It was a Friday, so we didnt have to return it until Monday.The gentlemen manning the counter were polite, friendly, and didnt treat me like an idiot because Im a female.They made sure we rented the right size motor for the job, and contacted a coworker in the yard to let him know to get it ready for us.We pulled up to the spot, the yard employee checked the chainsaw for defects, low fluids, and started the motor. He explained to my boyfriend some general tips for running the motor (I wasnt going to be wielding the tool).Anyway, good experience. :-)
