Ive taken some tools in here that were unfixable and to my surprise tom and his crew got it running again . Great customer service from everyone . I would absolutley recommend them for pressure washers or construction tools and they have a bunch of cool stuff in there . I just wish they could have a few more hands to process the orders quicker but they are worth the time and money !!!!

I went in this shop just needing information from a professional with they answered all my questions and seem very nice I would gladly go through them for repair or parts in the future .Thanks Hudson

My wife brought our Craftsman chainsaw in because it wouldn’t idle and the bar oiler was leaking. The person who took the saw said it should be done in a couple of days. Days go by, no call. Three weeks later, we called and found out they hadn’t even started on it! Another week and it was finally “done.” The technician I spoke to insisted that it was running properly (was he working on another saw?), and didn’t know about the oiler leak. When I went to use the saw a couple of weeks later - it still wouldn’t idle! And just now, I picked it up off of the garage floor - noticed a puddle of bar oil under it! For this, they charged me $170 (more than the little saw is worth!). Never again. Very disorganized place. One positive - friendly staff. Not recommended.

Great service and great guys to work with

This place... I met the owner Jack at the Tulelake Fair. I stopped at their booth where he offered to come and pick up my hot water pressure washer for repair. He showed up in Klamath as promised, and hauled the unit to their shop in Medford. Once they had it they were no longer concerned over who the pressure washer even belonged to. I found this out when I started calling months later, and no one knew what I was talking about, or who I was. I was told the owner was on leave, and that he would call when he returned. Months turned into almost two year trying to get an answer, so I called again. This time they knew who I was, but blame me for not communicating; “they don’t just start working on stuff without knowing the issues...” I explain everything AGAIN, and eventually get called back with an estimate touching the heavens. The best part is the estimate includes replacing parts that are now missing from the homeless pressure washer that was just left in the corner. Evidently Jack just wheeled the unit into their shop and left it months prior to his taking a leave of absence. Eventually I got a return call from Jack, and he seemed sincere as he apologized for all the run around. Promising that he would make it right by”taking good care of me”, I agreed to moving ahead with the repairs instead of just having the unit returned to me. Well here we are almost another year later, and nothing! I call and talk to Jack and it’s like our last conversation never took place. Jack explains how they got back to me with an estimate, and they were waiting on me. Not one call from them unless they miraculously call you back. What a sh*t show! I can tell you the only thing they have followed thru on was picking up the broken machine and delivering the broken machine back to a shocked customer almost four years later. I should add they stole the brand new 50’ hose and gun from the machine before bringing it back too.

These guys know their tools. Ive had then fix stuff other repair shops told me wasnt repairable.

They are the best!!!
