Amazing service! Our carpets have never looked better! Living room rugs are from 92 and they look brand new! Our stairs are so much brighter and cleaner who knew! Our couches haven’t been cleaned since we purchased them and I’m amazed at how well they cleaned! We also had our duct work done, something we haven’t had done in the 10 years we have lived here. The amount of dust, dirt and debris they cleaned from our vents was eye opening. As always professional, on time, and attention to detail is always impressive. One rug was left with large darker area patches. Couldnt be bothered coming to look at it. The patches were not there before the cleaning. While discussing it with us Scott became argumentative. No more C and S cleaning for us.

I was very impressed with how clean the area that was stained from cat urine looked when he was finished removing the stains. Like new again! He also recommended cleaning the rest of the livingroom carpet (at no extra charge) so that traffic areas didnt look noticeable and dirty compared to the areas that were just cleaned. C&S has cleaned the carpets at our preschool/daycare center now a few times and they do a great job! Not only do they do a great job cleaning the carpets and trouble spots but the carpet stays clean! We went from a monthly service before hiring C&S (50-60 kids in and out everyday, through all sorts of weather takes its toll on the carpets) to now C&S cleans every 2-3 months because of the process they use.

C & S is by far the best carpet cleaner. Scott is friendly and professional. He has revived carpets that I thought were not salvageable. He has removed stains that other cleaners left behind. Booking online is fast and easy too.

Scott stripped and waxed the vinyl tile floors in the Crawford County Humane Society Veterinary Hospital where I am the Manager. He did a fantastic job, and returned our discolored floors to a like-new appearance. Of the numerous other cleaning companies that we have worked with, C&S Cleaning surpassed all of the others. I have not seen our floors look this good at any other time since they were originally installed almost nine years ago.

I had them clean a newer (used) couch that I purchased... it had a bit of a cigarette smell to it and their doggies snuggled on it.... I had no idea how much suction their equipment has!! Very good job and totally thorough.

Scott and his worker came on time, and did a fantastic job on the vents in our home. These vents had not been done in 30 years and so it was a really dirty job. They covered their shoes so to not drag dirt into the house, and were kind and professional. I was amazed at the dirt they moved out of every vent and return in the house without leaving a spec of dust behind. You can tell they knew what they were doing. We had our air ducts and carpet cleaned today. We left our home for a few hours to run errands while the job was being done. Scott kept us updated with pictures as to how the job was coming along.
