This company has been fantastic all around from the get go. The owner Steve came over, inspected and gave up great prices for a bunch of options. This is in addition to him coming to adjust our old door that was out of whack a couple of times. had a small issue with our newly installed door and he was here the same day. incredible service and great people.

We had a great experience with Maynard Door and Window. Steve was knowledgeable and gave great advice when picking new windows. The company was able to help with with the Mass Save paper work. They day of install, the guys were great and installed really nice windows. I’m glad we went with a local company that is close to our community. We are very happy with the windows. I’ll be calling again for doors when we need them.

I contacted Maynard Door and Window for a quote on a roof, siding, and trim in October. The owner said he would hand deliver the quote to my home. I contacted them two months later, still no quote. They said they would not deliver the quote until 30 days out from the project. I noted that I needed to have a rough estimate to get comparative quotes and plan accordingly. Have not heard back. Very disappointing response. I imagine the project management is not much better.
